This thread serves as a place to nominate threads to be moved from these forums to our new EA forums later this year, as discussed here.
If you would like to nominate a thread, please do so in this format:
As a reminder, all threads that have had activity on them in the form of comments will be automatically moved if the thread was created after October 18th, 2022.
The cutoff for nominating threads is March 8 at 10am PT, at which point this thread will be locked.
Please be aware, if the OP of a thread here does not have an AHQ account we will not be able to migrate that thread.

Both threads gets almost daily posts with new screenshots from the community, but it would be great to know how imgur linked images will be handled on the new forums and what they will look like, will there be any sort of previews of the new site?
This is my showcase thread where I post all my sims 4 creations. I often use it to look up the pictures of my old creations and I still use it for new creations. I'd like everything to stay together in 1 thread.

A legacy challenge I created where each generation revolves around a different year of content from the sims. For example, Gen 9 blends game play from My Wedding Stories, Werewolves and High School Years. Would not want to rewrite this.

Where would we even start with a new thread? It's still active and it has a wealth of information. When I first started playing, I skimmed through many pages of this discussion for interesting tidbits, and I still dip in often.

I do think we need to keep the master story and challenge threads, to make it easy for readers to find where their favorite stories are (or where they went) and for creators to update on an existing thread. (Despite the title, the challenge list has much more recent traffic.)
Stories and Legacy Index Gateway.
Reasoning: All the stories posted there that will otherwise be lost when individual threads go down will be (mostly) in one place for people to find if readers forget to bookmark a story's website or whatever. To have it all in one place there, it'd be good for readers post-migration to still find either new stories, or stories that they were halfway through reading.
These are all great! Keep your nominations coming, we need to cut off nominations on March 3rd to give us time to move the threads to specific spot for exporting.

The Art of Sims Storytelling
This thread is quite old, but it's still very much alive. It's the most comfortable simlit writers' thread for more introverted simmers like me, because the pace of discussion there is slower and more focused than other writer support threads like the Writer's Lounge. And I want to maintain contact with the other writers who post comments there.

While it's been old and could be sealed, it can be use (and it was already) as an example to encourage players to play a different version of the decade challenge if non-us-american want to try the decade challenge and aren't sure about it, because of its us-centric rules. As for my own story, in case anyone nominates it, I’m considering doing a reboot of the story. I might be doing something different. There are a lot of unknowns for me at the moment. If it doesn’t get transferred, I will be ok.
