Do you have sims that got exceptionally lucky with genetics? Or who are just your favourite?
I really like my current sims' daughter. She's only a child now, but I am curious and always cheat to see how sims will look as YAs.
Her appearance is a good mix of her parents' features.
Also I was very suprised when I saw this sim.
She's the daughter of two sims I've created as backround townies, and what's interesting is that her parents are just average-looking, her brother has interesting features, but he's also not a model, and she looks like a sim from the gallery haha. She also has an identical twin sister.
And these sims were not actually born, they were randomized in CAS as children of an elderly couple. All three turned out exceptionally good-looking.

Omg I love her. She's gorgeous. You should upload her to the gallery. I would totally use her in my game 😍
They are so cute!
Okay, I'll upload her later! I was planning on sharing all three siblings anyway, just didn't get around to it.
Erik Cantrell, holding his firstborn, a son named Jamison, and his second child which turned out to be identical twins, Melody and Harmony.
This is Andrew, but not a good look at his sweet little face. Erik is comforting the tot.

She was a happy little accident as the result of my male sim getting abducted, but she stays in human form basically all the time
What a doll she is.

I also don't play with aging, so most of my born in game children stay babies indefinitely, but I have manually aged up a handful of them. I'll share a few more
This is Adrian Thorpe, born to a teen a couple in my game. They actually have another baby on the way. They need to start being more careful LOL, but they sure do make cute kids
This is Frances and Leo Turner. They are actually cousins to the sims I posted above, Beatrix and Isla. They also have two baby sisters, Elsie and Louise.
And finally, here is Melody Seymour, also an alien, born to a gay couple, Bobby Seymour and Atharv Patel. Well, born to Bobby when he was abducted and then lovingly accepted by Atharv as well. They always wanted kids so it worked out that the aliens provided them with one haha.

(and well broken genetics makes me sort of wait for fix before I continue to expand the families)
but I do have this erratic and very paranoid spellcaster boi with looks of emo casanova

OMG, I don't have any after all these years.
I have a bunch of CAS sims that I am playing, but progress is slow.
The first three just started University. There will probably be another game pack and expansion pack before there are born in the game babies.
@GalacticGal @Onverser @permanentrose yes, toddlers and kids in this game are super cute! I love toddlers especially.
@hunniboo1 such a unique sims! I love the fourth one, so cool.
@Admiral8Q I mean your favorite ones, or most pretty, or most weird haha.
@ArtsyBanana yess I saw him in another thread! Very handsome!
@Simmingal haha, he is awesome! So cute.
@CK213 wow, can't imagine playing for so long with the same sims and even without kids. I'm guilty of abandoning a lot of my poor families. 😅
Kai is the sim I'm currently playing. He is the 6th generation of my Gardner legacy and probably the most handsome sim thats ever been born in my game. His facial structure is almost identical to his maternal grandfather's (his mother looks a lot like her father) but he has his father's eyes and colouring. When I paired up his parents this was pretty much exactly the result I was hoping for.
Claire is from the second generation of the same legacy. She also has mostly her mother's features but with her father's face shape and colouring. Her parents had 4 kids and she was by far the best looking.
Haifa is a sim born to some random townies (thanks mccc) I changed her hair, makeup and clothing but I didn't touch her face or body. I thought she had a very realistic beauty about her.
I find it so interesting how different simmers like their sims to look. Personally I clearly prefer a slightly more realistic look in terms of proportions (though I'm strictly maxis match). I often struggle with giving my sims faces more character and more exaggerated features without straying to far from this realistic look.

This is Georgia:
As a kid:
This is Wilma
(she and Darling really did not get along so well)
As a kid:
This is Jonathan
As a kid:
And Anna:
As a kid:
Sea may rise, sky may fall, My love will never die..
My heart, my heart, My drowning heart, Oh all the tears I've cried
Oh I may weep forevermore, My love will never die..
I actually find it really hard to make and especially play realistic sims
but thats probably because my playing style is like mix between occults death and soap opera and it'd just feel really weird if they were staring into my soul with their soulful realistic eyes while im feeding them to my cowplants or some stuff
has to look somewhat cartoony y kno

Both were born in-game. She's a descendant of my legacy family and he's a townie. He came like that. I didn't change his skin/hair, etc. I only put him in a tux or maybe it's his default formal, I don't remember.
All the Sims in my signature picture were born in-game too. Most of my Sims are.

It's easy when you keep getting distracted by new packs and play new saves with sims just to test them out.
Plus I did start over by aging all my favorite YAs down to toddlers and giving them parents.
Oh, and I was constantly distracted by playing modded Skyrim, Mass Effect, and The Sims 3.
Actually, I did attempt to have my sims start a family back in 2014.
I did not like the idea of a walking, talking child leaping out of the bassinet at all.
It felt sort of creepy in a way.
I was getting use to them.
I also had her adopt a child because of an aspiration requirement at the time.
The mom is my sim, Melonie. I aged her down to a child herself and am now playing her through Uni.
She is going to dress herself and her first daughter like this when she eventually has one.
I do believe I will have her buy this house as well.
Oh wow, I forgot that I was going to have her raise a large family.
I'm looking over old pics from my simming thread as I am writing this.
But this is what killed family play for me at the time.
Going from that to this and I was done until Parenthood and toddlers.
And then there is this bunch:
First is the son of my sim and Akira Kibo. Then the 3 kids of the first sims I ever created. Third is the teenage daughter of Johnny Zest and a randomly generated townie. Last is the daughter of Cassandra Goth and my first Run-Away-Teen Shaun.
I have more, but don't have any good pics.
