I believe I already had Alex ask Mikey about his degree, but I forgot what it was. I'm guessing it's one of those degrees I mentioned.

Lilith knows Eva and most of the Windenburg folks, I am going to have her introduce Eva and Caleb and see how it goes from there.
Morgyn had work next morning, so he did not remain totally broke for too long. He is actually on a pretty high level on the secret agent career, earning over 2,000 a day, but as he is still furnishing the house, the money goes out as soon as it comes in. The least he´s had on his bank account at the time is 9 simoleons, before his paycheck came in.
We´ll see about Diego and Lilith and what the future brings.

Damien and Dylan went to Del Sol Valley where Tobias lives at.
"Is this the house your friend lives?"
"Yeah."
They were then greeted by Tobias, who was happy to see Damien.
"We're going outside to play basketball, Dad!"
"Be careful, don't fall in the pool!"
Dylan was then met with Tobias's father. Not who he was expecting to see.
Logan and Dylan settled down in the living room, and Logan decided to make a move...only to get rejected.
Logan wanted to apologize after what happened between them and Atlas. He was blinded by rage and had been under the influence of his mother, who had threatened to harm him and those he loves if he doesn't get rid of Atlas and take Dylan as his own. He too wished that they haven't met if it wasn't for Logan's mother and Dylan's father's idea to merge their coven.
Damien and Tobias playing basketball, and Tobias got the shock of his life.
Jamie had a chance to meet Dylan after what they had went through. Dylan wondered what does Jamie see in Logan, even though he was such a plum.
Jamie told Dylan that Logan isn't such a bad guy. He's not saying this because he loves him, but because he knew the real Logan after he cut his tie with his mother.
Not sure who broke the dollhouse, but the toddlers became very sad.
"Don't worry, guys, we can fix your dollhouse as good as new."
Pamela, not knowing who this kid is, was happy and hugged Damien.

"My father had a talk with one of your followers, or something like that, about this vampiress causing a lot of deaths all over Sim City. Except she's accompanied with someone."
"Hmmm. There has been a talk of that, and I'm currently having a meeting about it. I suppose you can join in."
Vladislaus led Curtis and Atlas to the living room.
"Nice crib. And I thought mine was better."

Rooftop Romance and the Starlight Accolades!
Chloe had just discovered that she could get onto the roof via the power of meditation teleport. Shine did the same. Benjamin casted the teleportation spell, and Roddy had just about got the hang of his teleportation:

'Looks like your mum and dad could be about to make love to each other, Roddy!' Chloe said, noticing the look Benjamin and Shine were giving each other:
'Way ahead of you!' Roddy said, quickly teleporting off the roof and onto the first floor. Chloe followed suit:

@ryttu3k now I can reply about the mythology, but I'll put it under spoiler just the same:
Cass is water, Caleb is earth, Morgyn is air, Lilith is fire
The mythology merges elements from the Greek mythology and Celtic mythology... Also, Morgyn's magic comes from the fairies (that's why he's air, Cass is water for the relationship existing between Apollo and dolphins) but I'll say anything more than this.
@AlwaysAsking It MAY be something with the Island Living expansion. Just have your Sim sunbathe in either a lounge chair or beach towel until they get a tan buff. If you put on any clothes skimpier than what they got a tan in, they'll have tan lines. Tans last about 3 days.
@haneul No, Mia did more swimming while April did more lounging. And no, she can't get pregnant from that. Only males can, from what I understand. Though, that does give me an idea for their storyline...
So, uhhh, I decided to use that cube and it just gave me this answer:
I was about to have a chuckle but it turned into full-on laughter when my Sim's response was to pump his fist into the air cheerfully and get this moodlet:
I'm not sure if he's just, like, totally given up on life or if he's become so used to my eternally tormenting him that he's grown used to things looking hopeless for him.
On another note, after they got home from a lampoon party, both my Sims (and both aliens themselves) got abducted... within hours of each other.
This actually turned out pretty neat for my storytelling, because the first alien recently came out as alien to the entire world (he's a global superstar), and I'm sure Sixam isn't feeling all too great about that one.
So what better punishment could they think of for this guy, than to impregnate not him... but his fiancé?
In case you wondered how out there he has been to deserve this... well...
I started a new challenge that focuses on all the packs. This is my starter sim, Kamala. She is in University and she is my favorite sim at the moment.
She likes to do weekly face masks to help keep her skin looking and feeling flawless.
I also love her with this shorter hairstyle.
To make a long story short she dated a guy and he flirted with one of her friends so needless to say she dumped his sorry behind. She later found the absolute love of her life, Ranji who is part of her debate club.
He's so cute and she is head over heels for him.
She kissed him for the first time after she won a debate against him, it gave her the confidence to make the bold move.
She loves watching him debate, she is one proud girlfriend.
He's the reason she keeps smiling all semester long.

Near the end of the event, Chloe called everyone over.
'Thank you all for attending. Your donations will be going to charities that support people with mental health issues. Mental illness can affect us all at some point in our lives. Some are born with it, others, due to traumatic experiences. Celebrities aren't immune from it either...' Chloe said. The people and celebrities in attendance had a moment of silence as a mark of respect. After 2 minutes, Chloe continued. 'But there are ways to deal with it. Talking to those whom you love and trust is one way. I'll end by saying be kind. And as my nephew would say, Let that smile spread!' A roar of applause echoed around Orchid A Go Go. When the event ended, Chloe and the others went back to Dianthus Hall.

Griffin has been diligently working towards getting his degree at Britechester.
He’s taking a full load and turning in his homework, term papers, and presentations on time everytime. He’s never been late to class either.

Sure enough, he gets a blind date call. He meets a lady named Aimee. She’s a geek like him but also a kleptomaniac. I don’t know if that will work. But they had a good time anyway.
Griffin started a club called the Morecombe Clan consisting of himself, Barnaby, Jo, Harry their dad, Uncle Eddie, and his own vampire creation, Bjorn Bjergsen. They would meet in public places and do some good public works like picking up trash, tending to gardens, and repairing things, in addition to just being friendly with everyone. Griffin wants to make sure people get a good impression of vampires in general. There were a few bad eggs around causing trouble. Their house is registered as a vampire household, so they get free plasma packs etc daily. The lot has the vampire nexus trait, so any vamps wandering throught the neighborhood will stop by.
Sure enough, “young” Vlad deMagpyr showed up at their doorstep one night. Jo answered the door and introduced herself.
This Vlad is pleasant, he is married to a witch named Agnes Nitt and they have a young daughter together. Jo gives him a plasma pack

Griffin finished his 2nd term. He just had 4 credits left!
Then I got the notice that he had failed 1 class. He had As in all the others. He was suspended and could not apply for his last term for an additional 5 days. Which made me so mad. For whatever reason, one of his classes glitched and even though he attended class, it showed that he didn’t?
I had him drop out of university. Turns out his charisma and logic is high enough that he was able to enter the private attorney career fairly high up! So much for university, huh? He gets paid like 197 simoleons an hour!
@sarabeth2984 Nah, Vlad's not into his own gr-gr-gr-gr-great-grandniece. And aside from that, he's gay. He's into Edvard, and Edvard feels the same way. That is a problem bc this Vlad won't make a move while Edvard is in his employ.

We adopted two new dogs. One black lab (boy) who I mistakenly named after my real life female black lab, Summer. He has a girl name but he's a boy. Lol. Didn't think about that one hard enough.
We also adopted a FEMALE yorkie. And actually gave her the gender appropriate name of Sophie. We have two black lab mixes in real life. One is Summer she's older and bigger (about 80 lbs) and a smaller one named Sopapilla (Sophie for short) she's younger and smaller (55 lbs)
Kirby had a birthday.
I really like her.
We visited Eden and her kids. They are toddlers now.
Two boys. Weird names... Pink shirt toddler is actually a boy. They are both boys. I'll keep up with them and check up on them as they grow up. They are Fallon's younger cousins. I set it so Eden wouldn't have anymore offspring. I didn't know Eden would get pregnant as a lesbian, but she surprised me. I don't want to be over crowded with relatives and distant cousins.
“Hi Don,” Mary-Alice smiled. “I’m so happy to see you.”
“Hey Suzie,” he said. “Yeah, I’m here.” Yeah, he thought to himself. I’m at the Von Haunt Estate and Gardens! What am I doing this for? I can’t get anywhere with this girl.
Although, him saying that he hadn’t gotten, “anywhere” with her was not entirely accurate; he just hadn’t gotten much further.
Their time together in the closet at the library had given Mary-Alice enough of a taste of what Don was offering that she craved it, and she had no issues going that far …. But the microscopic steps beyond that were an uphill battle that Don wasn’t winning, and it had him bewildered.
In most respects Mary-Alice was a dream date for Don. She was very conscientious of the fact that he didn’t have any spare money, and the places that she offered to meet him were always free.
She didn’t expect him to buy her dinner, or pay for movies, or bowling, or anything. Don offered, but she always refused. She said she only wanted to spend time with him, alone, just he and her.
Which always sounded very hopeful to Don. Unfortunately it never meant anything more than it already had. Still, Don didn’t want to give up on her. She was so sweet, and funny, and pretty, that he just kept at it.
Don had done his research, and he said, “I’ll bet you already know there’s a closet here for us, don’t you Suzie?” Mary-Alice still hadn’t told Don that her name wasn’t actually Suzie. She also hadn’t told him her last name yet.
“I didn’t know for sure if there was one, but I was hoping there was,” Mary-Alice teased him. Once again Don’s hopes soared.
“What are we waiting for then?” Don asked her, and a rush to the closet ensued.
So the dance continued, and Mary-Alice was the choreographer. There would be no deviation from the steps she had approved.
And Don had to accept that, or get nothing.
“Isn’t it cool up here?” Don asked her. “How come you’ve never been up here before?”
“My father, of course,” Mary-Alice answered. “He says this lighthouse has a bad reputation. He says people are always up here being inappropriate, and he didn’t think I should go up here in case there was graffiti showing it. Or even worse, there could actually be a couple here, you know, doing it.”
“Inappropriate, huh?” Don echoed her.
“Do you mean like this?”
“Yes, exactly like that,” Mary-Alice said, and then they didn’t say anything for a while.
“Hey, Suzie, wanna get more ‘inappropriate’ with me?” Don asked her.
“You know the rules Don,” she reminded him.
“Yes, I know the rules, trust me, I know the rules backwards and forwards,” Don assured her. “Clothes stay on, I know.” And Don continued to follow the rules.
Finally, one night, Don was convinced it was going to be The night. Mary-Alice had agreed to go out on a date, at night, at the ruins in Windenburg, a very secluded spot. Little did he know, Mary-Alice had agreed to this, because she completely trusted Don.
When Don first invited her he told her that they would have a campfire, and she could bring marshmallows. And she’d told Don that he could wear a t-shirt if he wanted to, because she was going to wear jeans, and a sweatshirt.
In Don’s mind it all added up to … this is the night! She’s giving the green light.
Mary-Alice was very excited to see Don. “You’re so sweet Don! I can’t believe this, I’ve never been invited to the ruins before, and you made a fire for us! I’ve never done anything this adventurous before.” She gazed at him tenderly.
Don freaked out a little. Oh s--t! he thought to himself. She’s about to tell me she loves me! Whoa …. That’s not in the plans for tonight.
He quickly sat down and didn't catch her eyes in that tender gaze, She must've understood what he was doing, so she quickly said, “Can you show me how to roast the marshmallows? I haven’t done it since I was a little girl in girl scouts.”
So he sharpened a stick, she gave him a marshmallow, and he showed her where to hold it over the fire so that it would melt and get brown, but not start on fire. Mary-Alice was enchanted. “That’s so amazing! Do you always have that pocket knife with you, or did you bring it just for the sticks? How did you learn to sharpen the sticks without cutting yourself? How will you know when the marshmallow is done? What will you do if the fire starts to go out? Where did you get the wood for the fire? Did you have to bring it? Do you have a lighter, or did you bring matches?”
Don’s head was spinning.
Then it was Mary-Alice’s turn to roast one. It caught on fire and scared her.
So Don took over. He roasted marshmallows for them until she said she’d had enough.
Then he said, “Now that we’re done with marshmallows, maybe you should come back over here with me.”
She sat down with him again, and recognized the look in his eyes. This could go the way Don wanted it to go, which involved a whole lot of begging from his end, or it could go the way Mary-Alice wanted, and that’s what she chose.
She laid her head on his shoulder, and could instantly smell the perfect scent that was Don. A cross between his cologne, his soap, and his deodorant. She could feel the tiny little bristles on his chin, where he’d shaved and it had started to grow back. She could feel when he breathed in and out, and she tried to breathe at the same pace. His hand, on her back, held her gently, and she could feel him softly rubbing her back in a tiny little circle, like he was unaware that he was doing it.
She felt the tension leaving his body, as she relaxed into him. His leg, where her hand was, softened, and she could tell that his feet were flat on the ground now, not taut, and ready to jump and run. Eventually his shoulders unclenched, and he leaned forward, as his spine loosened.
Mary-Alice felt grateful. Her Don was ok again. This was her favorite part of being with him. Knowing that she could calm him, chase away whatever demons pursued him, and let him know, without words, that somebody loved him.
At that point Don realized that tonight was not The night, but he couldn’t deny that she made him feel better. So he decided to go her way. There would be other nights. Anyway, a bed might be a better place for her first time than a tarp on the ground. But he wasn’t going to waste the tarp.
He’d use the beginning of his plan anyway. Why not continue to assure her that he would not harm her or force her to do anything? “Would you like to look at the stars with me?” he asked her. “I promise, no pressure, ok?” He looked very sincere, so she agreed to do it.
And it was very nice, and kept him calm. He knew that she would know much more about the stars than he did. So he pointed things out, and asked her to tell him about them. At one point he said, “Someone told me that there’s a ‘North Star’ and that it’s easy to find. Why is it called the North Star, and how do you find it?”
She answered, “It’s called the North Star, because if you always keep it directly in front of you, you’ll always be headed north. Then if you’re lost somewhere, and you always keep it in front of you, you won’t end up going in circles and never find your way back. And it’s very easy to find. Do you know which stars make the Big Dipper?”
He could easily find the Big Dipper. “That’s it right there,” he said, “right? It looks like a scooper.”
“Yes, that’s right,” She answered. “Now look at the last two stars. If you draw a line straight from the bottom one to the top one, and then keep going past the second star, still in that straight line, you’ll see a star that’s slightly brighter than the stars around it. Can you see it?”
“Yeah,” he said, “So that star can keep me from getting lost if I just follow it?”
“Yes, it can,” she told him. “You’ll never be lost if you can remember to look for the star that twinkles brighter than the ones around it. The North Star is actually the tip of the handle on the little dipper. So you can look for it that way too.”
The moon was now high in the sky, and Mary-Alice checked her phone to see the time. Unfortunately, it was pretty late already, and Mary-Alice said, “Don, I have to go home now. I don’t want to, but I have to,” and she stood up.
“Ok,” Don stood up too, and said, “Do you have a couple more minutes for me?” He put his arms around her, and pulled her close to him. She did not resist, and apparently she had quite a few more minutes. Because Don had plenty of time to make her want to stay longer.
She could feel her resolve dropping. Would it really be so bad to do what Don so clearly wanted to do? Mary-Alice knew that she wanted to do it too, because she wanted Don to be happy, and she wanted to be the one making him happy.
While Don stood in the bedroom remembering Mary-Alice, and crying about what he'd done to her....
Thorne stood in the hallway, proud, and happy about what he'd done to Don.
His mind wandered back to the day he'd found out about Mary-Alice and her baby. He'd gone to the dismal little apartment where they lived. The first thing he said, the very first thing, before he even said hello, was, "Who did this to you? What's his name?"
She'd refused to tell him. "Thorne, I'm not telling you and I'm not telling Bryce. I believe you guys will actually kill him."
"And why shouldn't we?" Thorne demanded to know. "He needs to pay for this, he needs to suffer!"
“I’ll tell you what Thorne, go on in the bedroom and meet little Danni,” Mary-Alice said. “She won’t be afraid of you. You go get her, and I’ll talk to you about reasons.”
Thorne went to find the little girl.
Mary-Alice was right, Danni was not afraid of him.
“Hi Danni,” he said. “I see you have green eyes. Your mommy has blue eyes, so the man I’m looking for has green eyes, doesn’t he?”
Apparently Danni didn’t know, because she didn’t answer him.
“Ok,” Thorne said, “Now I know he has green eyes, what else are you going to tell me about him?”
“I said I’d tell you the reason I won’t ever tell either you or Bryce his name,” Mary-Alice told him.
“Because without that man, who you hate,” she explained, “I wouldn’t have this little girl, who I love.”
“Ok, so she’s a darling little girl,” Thorne said. “Why did you have to have her alone? Why couldn’t he help you take care of her? You could’ve become a nurse, you wouldn’t be living in this hell hole.”
“I don’t know!” she said. “I don’t know why he disappeared on me, but it doesn’t matter. Maybe I’m not good enough for him, but Danni loves me, and I love her, and he’s the one who’s missing out on this.”
“She’s amazing. Ask her how the ocean says hello,” Mary-Alice said.
“Danni,” Thorne said, “How does the ocean say hello?”
“It waves,” Danni said, and they all cracked up.
“What’s brown and sticky?” Danni asked Thorne
“I don’t know,” Thorne answered. “What?”
“A stick.” Danni answered, and they laughed again.
Thorne stood there in his hallway and remembered how adorable Danni had been that day.
And how happy she was that he was coming back the next day to take her to a toy store.
He thought about all the pain that Don had caused Thorne’s “baby sister,” Mary-Alice.
And they were both picturing her life, before Thorne found her.
They knew she’d had no money.
No support system.
She was living in public housing.
And the only job she could do from home was telemarketing, and she was very bad at it.
But the thing that both of them failed to realize was that the only sadness Mary-Alice ever felt after Danni was born,
Hecate gives me strong Morgyn vibes too, that's the reason I'm trying to transmit it in the story and I'm glad I'm achieving it. She's a complex figures and also very well linked with vampire lore for some reason:
Garlic is sacred to Hecate and she's the protector of the doorways... Vampires are weak to garlic and cannot enter unless invited in traditional lore, even without bringing in the Empusa... It's weird how things sacred to her are the things used to protect themselves from Vampires in the Slavic lore, given the geographic closeness between Greece and Romania/Bulgaria

The life of my sims. Elina & Don.
The Deppiesse family is up next and apparently I rolled all the families that don't have older children to begin the rotation. No teenagers in this update.
Anika continues to do well in school and has been keeping her A+ average. Her favourite school project so far has been the planet model her science class did. It is proudly displayed in her room.
Abhijeet teaching Rohan his numbers to make sure he is ready for school once he graduates from pre-school.
Other than science class, history club and experiments, Anika also loves to read. She loves to curl up in her reading chair with a good book whenever she gets a chance.
Rohan aged into a child with the happy toddler trait. He also rolled the neat trait so he is quite happy that his parents are both neat freaks and that his sister likes order in all her belongings. He also loves school and enjoys anything to do with space.
Abhijeet maxed out his cooking skill while Melissa relaxes after a long day of work.
Rohan and Anika get along well as they both enjoy school and are quite grounded. They can often be found doing their homework together after school. Rohan also joined the History Club that Anika is a part of.
It was Friday evening and the Deppiesse family decided to go out for dinner. They all got dressed up and headed out to the local Seafood restaurant.
They got to the restaurant at 6 PM and weren't seated until 9 PM. I'm not sure why it took so long - as you can see by all the empty tables, it is a very busy restaurant.
However, the food was delicious and it was well worth the wait. They didn't get home until after midnight but at least the next day was Saturday and they could all sleep in.
Ugh - the bear phase....not my favourite.

I pretend that he's the host, producer, and really sole contributor, of the "The Truth Watch," a relatively insignificant blog publishing all manners of weird stories. Most folks think he's just another oddball but he knows he's onto something big this time... if only people could take him seriously!
I'm planning to buy Get Famous before the sale ends and I want to find a way to use the new self-employed careers for Fred, have him launch his own SimTube channel. As far as building is concerned, I'm working on a club hangout for a group of like-minded illuminaries Fred is gathering. Still after all this time, I love making good use of Get Together's club mechanic and I'm delighted by how the devs kept supporting that feature with each new EPs.
Alejandra Sánchez, fed up with living at home strikes out on her own... and end up as a freelancer in a trailerpark in Strangerville, the only place she could afford with no real job and no education...
But she is very happy trying her wings, as it were. Also, knowing her habits, I bet her parents are happy not having to clean up after her...

Lilith knows Eva and most of the Windenburg folks, I am going to have her introduce Eva and Caleb and see how it goes from there.
Morgyn had work next morning, so he did not remain totally broke for too long. He is actually on a pretty high level on the secret agent career, earning over 2,000 a day, but as he is still furnishing the house, the money goes out as soon as it comes in. The least he´s had on his bank account at the time is 9 simoleons, before his paycheck came in.
We´ll see about Diego and Lilith and what the future brings.

Dylan was then met with Tobias's father. Not who he was expecting to see.
Logan and Dylan settled down in the living room, and Logan decided to make a move...only to get rejected.
Logan wanted to apologize after what happened between them and Atlas. He was blinded by rage and had been under the influence of his mother, who had threatened to harm him and those he loves if he doesn't get rid of Atlas and take Dylan as his own. He too wished that they haven't met if it wasn't for Logan's mother and Dylan's father's idea to merge their coven.
Damien and Tobias playing basketball, and Tobias got the shock of his life.
Jamie had a chance to meet Dylan after what they had went through. Dylan wondered what does Jamie see in Logan, even though he was such a plum.
Jamie told Dylan that Logan isn't such a bad guy. He's not saying this because he loves him, but because he knew the real Logan after he cut his tie with his mother.
Not sure who broke the dollhouse, but the toddlers became very sad.

The mythology merges elements from the Greek mythology and Celtic mythology... Also, Morgyn's magic comes from the fairies (that's why he's air, Cass is water for the relationship existing between Apollo and dolphins) but I'll say anything more than this.
@AlwaysAsking It MAY be something with the Island Living expansion. Just have your Sim sunbathe in either a lounge chair or beach towel until they get a tan buff. If you put on any clothes skimpier than what they got a tan in, they'll have tan lines. Tans last about 3 days.

I was about to have a chuckle but it turned into full-on laughter when my Sim's response was to pump his fist into the air cheerfully and get this moodlet:
I'm not sure if he's just, like, totally given up on life or if he's become so used to my eternally tormenting him that he's grown used to things looking hopeless for him.
On another note, after they got home from a lampoon party, both my Sims (and both aliens themselves) got abducted... within hours of each other.
This actually turned out pretty neat for my storytelling, because the first alien recently came out as alien to the entire world (he's a global superstar), and I'm sure Sixam isn't feeling all too great about that one.
So what better punishment could they think of for this guy, than to impregnate not him... but his fiancé?
In case you wondered how out there he has been to deserve this... well...
Pretty out there, I'd say.
She likes to do weekly face masks to help keep her skin looking and feeling flawless.
I also love her with this shorter hairstyle.
To make a long story short she dated a guy and he flirted with one of her friends so needless to say she dumped his sorry behind. She later found the absolute love of her life, Ranji who is part of her debate club.
He's so cute and she is head over heels for him.
She kissed him for the first time after she won a debate against him, it gave her the confidence to make the bold move.
She loves watching him debate, she is one proud girlfriend.
He's the reason she keeps smiling all semester long.

Ok here’s what happened in my game today!
Griffin has been diligently working towards getting his degree at Britechester.
He’s taking a full load and turning in his homework, term papers, and presentations on time everytime. He’s never been late to class either.

Joanna came home from work really bored.
But she was very proud of Vincent
They celebrate by heading to the humor and hijinks festival
For whatever reason, Vince twirled into his old fatigues, (not that I minded:)
They had a hilarious time trying out the bubble blower.
I was laughing too because they kept getting squeaky voices lol.
Joanna got a call from her coven/foster sister Luna. She wanted to meet Jo at their restaurant in Brindleton Bay. It was perfect, because she was in desperate need of girl time!

Griffin tells him to get back out there!
Sure enough, he gets a blind date call. He meets a lady named Aimee. She’s a geek like him but also a kleptomaniac. I don’t know if that will work. But they had a good time anyway.
Griffin started a club called the Morecombe Clan consisting of himself, Barnaby, Jo, Harry their dad, Uncle Eddie, and his own vampire creation, Bjorn Bjergsen. They would meet in public places and do some good public works like picking up trash, tending to gardens, and repairing things, in addition to just being friendly with everyone. Griffin wants to make sure people get a good impression of vampires in general. There were a few bad eggs around causing trouble. Their house is registered as a vampire household, so they get free plasma packs etc daily. The lot has the vampire nexus trait, so any vamps wandering throught the neighborhood will stop by.
Sure enough, “young” Vlad deMagpyr showed up at their doorstep one night. Jo answered the door and introduced herself.
This Vlad is pleasant, he is married to a witch named Agnes Nitt and they have a young daughter together. Jo gives him a plasma pack

Griffin finished his 2nd term. He just had 4 credits left!
Then I got the notice that he had failed 1 class. He had As in all the others. He was suspended and could not apply for his last term for an additional 5 days. Which made me so mad. For whatever reason, one of his classes glitched and even though he attended class, it showed that he didn’t?
I had him drop out of university. Turns out his charisma and logic is high enough that he was able to enter the private attorney career fairly high up! So much for university, huh? He gets paid like 197 simoleons an hour!

Our dog passed away.
We adopted two new dogs. One black lab (boy) who I mistakenly named after my real life female black lab, Summer. He has a girl name but he's a boy. Lol. Didn't think about that one hard enough.
We also adopted a FEMALE yorkie. And actually gave her the gender appropriate name of Sophie. We have two black lab mixes in real life. One is Summer she's older and bigger (about 80 lbs) and a smaller one named Sopapilla (Sophie for short) she's younger and smaller (55 lbs)
Kirby had a birthday.
I really like her.
We visited Eden and her kids. They are toddlers now.
Two boys. Weird names... Pink shirt toddler is actually a boy. They are both boys. I'll keep up with them and check up on them as they grow up. They are Fallon's younger cousins. I set it so Eden wouldn't have anymore offspring. I didn't know Eden would get pregnant as a lesbian, but she surprised me. I don't want to be over crowded with relatives and distant cousins.

Part One:
“Hi Don,” Mary-Alice smiled. “I’m so happy to see you.”
“Hey Suzie,” he said. “Yeah, I’m here.” Yeah, he thought to himself. I’m at the Von Haunt Estate and Gardens! What am I doing this for? I can’t get anywhere with this girl.
Although, him saying that he hadn’t gotten, “anywhere” with her was not entirely accurate; he just hadn’t gotten much further.
Their time together in the closet at the library had given Mary-Alice enough of a taste of what Don was offering that she craved it, and she had no issues going that far …. But the microscopic steps beyond that were an uphill battle that Don wasn’t winning, and it had him bewildered.
In most respects Mary-Alice was a dream date for Don. She was very conscientious of the fact that he didn’t have any spare money, and the places that she offered to meet him were always free.
She didn’t expect him to buy her dinner, or pay for movies, or bowling, or anything. Don offered, but she always refused. She said she only wanted to spend time with him, alone, just he and her.
Which always sounded very hopeful to Don. Unfortunately it never meant anything more than it already had. Still, Don didn’t want to give up on her. She was so sweet, and funny, and pretty, that he just kept at it.
Don had done his research, and he said, “I’ll bet you already know there’s a closet here for us, don’t you Suzie?” Mary-Alice still hadn’t told Don that her name wasn’t actually Suzie. She also hadn’t told him her last name yet.
“I didn’t know for sure if there was one, but I was hoping there was,” Mary-Alice teased him. Once again Don’s hopes soared.
“What are we waiting for then?” Don asked her, and a rush to the closet ensued.
So the dance continued, and Mary-Alice was the choreographer. There would be no deviation from the steps she had approved.
And Don had to accept that, or get nothing.
“Isn’t it cool up here?” Don asked her. “How come you’ve never been up here before?”
“My father, of course,” Mary-Alice answered. “He says this lighthouse has a bad reputation. He says people are always up here being inappropriate, and he didn’t think I should go up here in case there was graffiti showing it. Or even worse, there could actually be a couple here, you know, doing it.”
“Inappropriate, huh?” Don echoed her.
“Do you mean like this?”
“Yes, exactly like that,” Mary-Alice said, and then they didn’t say anything for a while.
“Hey, Suzie, wanna get more ‘inappropriate’ with me?” Don asked her.
“You know the rules Don,” she reminded him.
“Yes, I know the rules, trust me, I know the rules backwards and forwards,” Don assured her. “Clothes stay on, I know.” And Don continued to follow the rules.
Finally, one night, Don was convinced it was going to be The night. Mary-Alice had agreed to go out on a date, at night, at the ruins in Windenburg, a very secluded spot. Little did he know, Mary-Alice had agreed to this, because she completely trusted Don.
When Don first invited her he told her that they would have a campfire, and she could bring marshmallows. And she’d told Don that he could wear a t-shirt if he wanted to, because she was going to wear jeans, and a sweatshirt.
In Don’s mind it all added up to … this is the night! She’s giving the green light.
Mary-Alice was very excited to see Don. “You’re so sweet Don! I can’t believe this, I’ve never been invited to the ruins before, and you made a fire for us! I’ve never done anything this adventurous before.” She gazed at him tenderly.
Don freaked out a little. Oh s--t! he thought to himself. She’s about to tell me she loves me! Whoa …. That’s not in the plans for tonight.
He quickly sat down and didn't catch her eyes in that tender gaze, She must've understood what he was doing, so she quickly said, “Can you show me how to roast the marshmallows? I haven’t done it since I was a little girl in girl scouts.”
So he sharpened a stick, she gave him a marshmallow, and he showed her where to hold it over the fire so that it would melt and get brown, but not start on fire. Mary-Alice was enchanted. “That’s so amazing! Do you always have that pocket knife with you, or did you bring it just for the sticks? How did you learn to sharpen the sticks without cutting yourself? How will you know when the marshmallow is done? What will you do if the fire starts to go out? Where did you get the wood for the fire? Did you have to bring it? Do you have a lighter, or did you bring matches?”
Don’s head was spinning.
Then it was Mary-Alice’s turn to roast one. It caught on fire and scared her.
So Don took over. He roasted marshmallows for them until she said she’d had enough.
Then he said, “Now that we’re done with marshmallows, maybe you should come back over here with me.”
She sat down with him again, and recognized the look in his eyes. This could go the way Don wanted it to go, which involved a whole lot of begging from his end, or it could go the way Mary-Alice wanted, and that’s what she chose.
She laid her head on his shoulder, and could instantly smell the perfect scent that was Don. A cross between his cologne, his soap, and his deodorant. She could feel the tiny little bristles on his chin, where he’d shaved and it had started to grow back. She could feel when he breathed in and out, and she tried to breathe at the same pace. His hand, on her back, held her gently, and she could feel him softly rubbing her back in a tiny little circle, like he was unaware that he was doing it.
She felt the tension leaving his body, as she relaxed into him. His leg, where her hand was, softened, and she could tell that his feet were flat on the ground now, not taut, and ready to jump and run. Eventually his shoulders unclenched, and he leaned forward, as his spine loosened.
Mary-Alice felt grateful. Her Don was ok again. This was her favorite part of being with him. Knowing that she could calm him, chase away whatever demons pursued him, and let him know, without words, that somebody loved him.
At that point Don realized that tonight was not The night, but he couldn’t deny that she made him feel better. So he decided to go her way. There would be other nights. Anyway, a bed might be a better place for her first time than a tarp on the ground. But he wasn’t going to waste the tarp.
He’d use the beginning of his plan anyway. Why not continue to assure her that he would not harm her or force her to do anything? “Would you like to look at the stars with me?” he asked her. “I promise, no pressure, ok?” He looked very sincere, so she agreed to do it.
And it was very nice, and kept him calm. He knew that she would know much more about the stars than he did. So he pointed things out, and asked her to tell him about them. At one point he said, “Someone told me that there’s a ‘North Star’ and that it’s easy to find. Why is it called the North Star, and how do you find it?”
She answered, “It’s called the North Star, because if you always keep it directly in front of you, you’ll always be headed north. Then if you’re lost somewhere, and you always keep it in front of you, you won’t end up going in circles and never find your way back. And it’s very easy to find. Do you know which stars make the Big Dipper?”
He could easily find the Big Dipper. “That’s it right there,” he said, “right? It looks like a scooper.”
“Yes, that’s right,” She answered. “Now look at the last two stars. If you draw a line straight from the bottom one to the top one, and then keep going past the second star, still in that straight line, you’ll see a star that’s slightly brighter than the stars around it. Can you see it?”
“Yeah,” he said, “So that star can keep me from getting lost if I just follow it?”
“Yes, it can,” she told him. “You’ll never be lost if you can remember to look for the star that twinkles brighter than the ones around it. The North Star is actually the tip of the handle on the little dipper. So you can look for it that way too.”
The moon was now high in the sky, and Mary-Alice checked her phone to see the time. Unfortunately, it was pretty late already, and Mary-Alice said, “Don, I have to go home now. I don’t want to, but I have to,” and she stood up.
“Ok,” Don stood up too, and said, “Do you have a couple more minutes for me?” He put his arms around her, and pulled her close to him. She did not resist, and apparently she had quite a few more minutes. Because Don had plenty of time to make her want to stay longer.
She could feel her resolve dropping. Would it really be so bad to do what Don so clearly wanted to do? Mary-Alice knew that she wanted to do it too, because she wanted Don to be happy, and she wanted to be the one making him happy.

Part Three:
While Don stood in the bedroom remembering Mary-Alice, and crying about what he'd done to her....
Thorne stood in the hallway, proud, and happy about what he'd done to Don.
His mind wandered back to the day he'd found out about Mary-Alice and her baby. He'd gone to the dismal little apartment where they lived. The first thing he said, the very first thing, before he even said hello, was, "Who did this to you? What's his name?"
She'd refused to tell him. "Thorne, I'm not telling you and I'm not telling Bryce. I believe you guys will actually kill him."
"And why shouldn't we?" Thorne demanded to know. "He needs to pay for this, he needs to suffer!"
“I’ll tell you what Thorne, go on in the bedroom and meet little Danni,” Mary-Alice said. “She won’t be afraid of you. You go get her, and I’ll talk to you about reasons.”
Thorne went to find the little girl.
Mary-Alice was right, Danni was not afraid of him.
“Hi Danni,” he said. “I see you have green eyes. Your mommy has blue eyes, so the man I’m looking for has green eyes, doesn’t he?”
Apparently Danni didn’t know, because she didn’t answer him.
“Ok,” Thorne said, “Now I know he has green eyes, what else are you going to tell me about him?”
“I said I’d tell you the reason I won’t ever tell either you or Bryce his name,” Mary-Alice told him.
“Because without that man, who you hate,” she explained, “I wouldn’t have this little girl, who I love.”
“Ok, so she’s a darling little girl,” Thorne said. “Why did you have to have her alone? Why couldn’t he help you take care of her? You could’ve become a nurse, you wouldn’t be living in this hell hole.”
“I don’t know!” she said. “I don’t know why he disappeared on me, but it doesn’t matter. Maybe I’m not good enough for him, but Danni loves me, and I love her, and he’s the one who’s missing out on this.”
“She’s amazing. Ask her how the ocean says hello,” Mary-Alice said.
“Danni,” Thorne said, “How does the ocean say hello?”
“It waves,” Danni said, and they all cracked up.
“What’s brown and sticky?” Danni asked Thorne
“I don’t know,” Thorne answered. “What?”
“A stick.” Danni answered, and they laughed again.
Thorne stood there in his hallway and remembered how adorable Danni had been that day.
And how happy she was that he was coming back the next day to take her to a toy store.
He thought about all the pain that Don had caused Thorne’s “baby sister,” Mary-Alice.
And they were both picturing her life, before Thorne found her.
They knew she’d had no money.
No support system.
She was living in public housing.
And the only job she could do from home was telemarketing, and she was very bad at it.
But the thing that both of them failed to realize was that the only sadness Mary-Alice ever felt after Danni was born,
Was her heartbreak over losing Don.

Garlic is sacred to Hecate and she's the protector of the doorways... Vampires are weak to garlic and cannot enter unless invited in traditional lore, even without bringing in the Empusa... It's weird how things sacred to her are the things used to protect themselves from Vampires in the Slavic lore, given the geographic closeness between Greece and Romania/Bulgaria

The life of my sims. Elina & Don.
Anika continues to do well in school and has been keeping her A+ average. Her favourite school project so far has been the planet model her science class did. It is proudly displayed in her room.
Abhijeet teaching Rohan his numbers to make sure he is ready for school once he graduates from pre-school.
Other than science class, history club and experiments, Anika also loves to read. She loves to curl up in her reading chair with a good book whenever she gets a chance.
Rohan aged into a child with the happy toddler trait. He also rolled the neat trait so he is quite happy that his parents are both neat freaks and that his sister likes order in all her belongings. He also loves school and enjoys anything to do with space.
Abhijeet maxed out his cooking skill while Melissa relaxes after a long day of work.
Rohan and Anika get along well as they both enjoy school and are quite grounded. They can often be found doing their homework together after school. Rohan also joined the History Club that Anika is a part of.
It was Friday evening and the Deppiesse family decided to go out for dinner. They all got dressed up and headed out to the local Seafood restaurant.
They got to the restaurant at 6 PM and weren't seated until 9 PM. I'm not sure why it took so long - as you can see by all the empty tables, it is a very busy restaurant.
However, the food was delicious and it was well worth the wait. They didn't get home until after midnight but at least the next day was Saturday and they could all sleep in.
Ugh - the bear phase....not my favourite.

I'm planning to buy Get Famous before the sale ends and I want to find a way to use the new self-employed careers for Fred, have him launch his own SimTube channel. As far as building is concerned, I'm working on a club hangout for a group of like-minded illuminaries Fred is gathering. Still after all this time, I love making good use of Get Together's club mechanic and I'm delighted by how the devs kept supporting that feature with each new EPs.
Alejandra Sánchez, fed up with living at home strikes out on her own... and end up as a freelancer in a trailerpark in Strangerville, the only place she could afford with no real job and no education...
But she is very happy trying her wings, as it were. Also, knowing her habits, I bet her parents are happy not having to clean up after her...
(She's a Genius and a Vegetarian, but also a Slob).
