I did, by buying the cheapest lot with no home as my home lot, then I didn't build a home on it. I immediately bought the empty retail lot in Magnolia promenade (although you can buy any lot in the game and set it to retail) and made a very bare essentials living area for my sims in the basement of my store. Now that my…
I see it all the time, particularly at farmers markets and craft fairs, etc. It is an easy and low cost way for someone to enter into a vendor agreement with a credit card processor. Most of them proess sales via an app called Square which allows them to accept debit and credit cards in venues that just a few years ago…
@Sorciechan This link http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2015/04/save-error-531/ was posted by @rosemow upthread and it explains the issue. It happens when youhave your baker decorates the items they bake, then remove the restock signs after they sell. You can avoid it happening by either not decorating your baked goods, or by…
It has been really hard to resist cheating, I am so happy it is getting easier. I hope to have enough perk points soon to buy that "sure sale" bonus, hopefully that will make the selling process faster per sim.
Have you tried posting this in the technical support forum? There are some really knowledgeable posters there that can probably offer better troubleshooting help than I can.
Yes, my scientist invites her co-workers over all the time, and they call and visit. None of them live in any of the homes, they are all "townie" sims.
One of the items that you can invent is a satellite dish. If you use it to contact aliens, a game dialogue comes up saying something about they are on their way , and maybe they might borrow some sims. (Paraphrasing, I don't remember the exact wording). I think that is why people have been saying being a scientist…
Logic seems to be the big one for science. I personally think that creativity helps it as well, when you are creating serums, etc, but I'm not completely positive the creative trait lends a bonus to it. I haven't played Doctor or detective yet.
That argument workds on both sides of the coin, though. By the same logic , people on the east coast finish work (or school, or whatever commitments a person has) 3 hours earlier than people on the west coast, so they can start playing 3 hours earlier the next day, when you have more time to devote to it, rather than just…
@odie09 When you are switching worlds, you have to choose the destination world icon to see the Ourdoor Retreat neighborhood. Is that maybe why it looks like it's not in your game anymore?
VPN is just a type of connection. I use it when working from home, as it allows my company to have greater security. There are illegal actions one could do with a VPN connection, but there are also illegal actions one can do with a normal connection.
Some Asian countries already have it, it released when it became the 31st in their time zone. For North America, it will release at midnight EST tonight when it becomes the 31st
I am getting to the science lab without trouble. I would agree with removing any mods and repairing the game if necessary. Not completely on topic, but I had he impression from people who were playing it at the preview event that my scientist co-workers end up not "workin", mostly playing games on the computers, etc. I…
Mountain and pacific are not the same time zones. Mountain is GMT -7 and Pacific is GMT-8. The game releases as soon as it changes from March 30 to March 31 EST. So, as the clock rolls over from 11:59 Monday night to 12:00 AM Tuesday morning. I am in Mountain, which is 2 hours behind EST, so that happens for me at 10 pm,…
I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to report you for posting about a kitten without a picture of said kitten. I'm pretty sure that contravenes a law of some sort.
Based on the content included such as the number of CAS and build objects, new career content, and the retail system, I do not think it is overpriced. If it only has $20 value for you, then it would probably be best to wait to purchase it until it goes on sale.
