Lucy delivered a harsh slap to his face and walked away before she did something she regretted.
Lucy needed to cool down, so Albert and she tried out the love tester together. Her mood was lifted when they got the highest score just like Jessica and Irwin.
Albert asked if she was all right. Lucy caressed his cheek and insisted that she was fine. She was only trying to defend her sister.
A few more people started to dance along to the Spring Festival music, including Elise and my SS, both of whom had pie faces.
I totally forgot that I added Betty Simovitch to this world, but she was seen out and about.
Ron and Robina started a water balloon fight together and, apparently, she didn't break from it. Maybe Irwin had made her water proof as well.
Jessica left the festival to enter Cherry into an International Jumping Competition and earn a bit more money.
Irwin's job forced him to fight an angry ghost or two, but he proved that he was not one to be messed with and they were banished anyways.

Dalia woke up first and found Mortimer sleeping in her bed....she was miffed! She woke him up and told him in no uncertain terms that he can't just climb into bed with her.
"It's not right Mortimer, you're my friend but, you crossed a line climbing into bed with me, I'm not your girlfriend!"
Mortimer tried to apologize but he knew whatever he said would come out wrong...he had to get out of there before he embarrassed himself even more.
He made it back to his room but the whole night came flashing back to him: How he woke up from sleeping on the couch and had every intention of going back to his room. How he didn't even think when he went over and laid down on the bed, over the covers...harmless enough. How he woke up to go to the bathroom at around 3:30 and had an overwhelming desire to sleep in the same bad as Dalia, to pretend that she didn't think of him as a just younger brother. He knew he was being careless, and playing with fire, he knew she would most likely be very mad at him in the morning, but he had to do it, teenage hormones were a very bad thing, he did have a brilliant plan to leave before she woke up. Why he decided to strip down to his underwear he will never know, but like everything else he had done this night he would later chalk it up to this overpowering all encompassing crush he had on Dalia.
His emotions were in high gear, his body couldn't take the stress anymore...she yelled at him, she was mad at him...Mortimer was not a crier, he had cried maybe 5 times in his whole life, the last time was 3 years ago when his goldfish Jeremy died, he loved that fish. This was no fish cry though this was all out bawling and it went on until his eyes were red and he collapsed on the couch
He was physically and emotionally...tired.
Dalia in the mean time was doing her chores, she only had a half day of work today as Gunther told he he would be home early and he would take over after that.
It was fall and Dalia loved raking the leaves and smelling the Autumn air, it was so refreshing, and it took her mind off how mad she was at Mortimer, he just kept crossing lines....why did he keep doing that she wondered. She decided she was going to do a little match making and try to set him up with his friend Lilah who she had met at his graduation, she seemed to like him maybe they could become more than friends with a bit of nudging.
Mortimer woke up a little while later and decided to try and stay away from Dalia for the rest of the day, he doubted she would want to see him and it was all just too embarrassing to even think of what he had done the night before. Though he did have to admit the first few minutes after he climbed into bed with her were the best moments of his life, he had laid very still and just listened to her breathing, he could feel the heat radiating off her body but didn't dare get too close or touch her, though he desperately wanted to.
Yeah Mortimer the Romance channel will take your mind off everything!
Dalia came in the house a little while later and heard the stirrings of Meghan, Meghan's stirrings were usually full fledged screaming...
She brought Meghan downstairs and got her fed and changed...
Then brought her into the play room, Gunther would be home soon so she decided to stay in the play room and watch a bit of TV, while Meghan played happily with her dollhouse.
Mortimer heard Timothy waking up and brought him down to get him fed, Mortimer loved spending time with his siblings and helping Dalia out with them.
Mortimer could hear Meghan cooing happily in the playroom so he decided to bring Timmy in there too, the kids could play together while he vegged in front of the TV.
Mortimer saw Dalia watching TV intently, it looked like the scary channel. Against his better judgment he decided to venture over and try to talk to her, he couldn't stand the though of her mad at him, though he also knew this could be round two of getting yelled at...
He sat in silence for about 10 minutes, and she made no attempt to talk to him either.
It was Dalia that finally decided to talk first, she knew she had hurt Mortimer but he Had to know he was stepping over boundaries that she was uncomfortable with.
After close to an hour of talking about it they had come to an agreement and boundaries for Mortimer, he agreed to texting her if he wanted to visit her at the apartment, she loved him visiting but it was not right that he just walked in whenever he wanted. He apologized profusely for his behavior the night before, she accepted....all seemed okay between them again.
Cornelia came in and asked Dalia to empty the trash and take the recycling down to the bucket, Dalia did as she was told. Dalia also took this opportunity to sneakily call Lilah and tell her to meet Mortimer down at the diner, and goosing the conversation a bit she told Lilah she thought Mortimer might have a crush on her.
She then went in the house and asked Mortimer if he would like to have supper at the Diner, he agreed. Dalia was going to sneak out after they got there so Lilah could meet up with Mortimer.
Mortimer was confused when Dalia seemed to vanish when the got to the Diner, he walked around outside trying to find her and ran into Lilah. Lilah was thrilled that Dalia had suggested this, she had had a crush on Mortimer for years and was fully ready to make her move.
Mortimer however seemed more concerned with Dalia's whereabouts than talking to her so she gathered her courage and planted one on him...
It did not go over well...
Dalia heard yelling and ran over to the source...Lilah and Mortimer...Mortimer was yelling at Lilah, so Dalia started yelling at Mortimer to not yell at her, Lilah being evil and a total jerk was eating this up!
Dalia apologized to Lilah for Mortimer's behavior and took off in a huff. Mortimer knew he was once again on Dalia's "list"...
Mortimer quickly followed Dalia....kinda wondering why she was driving his dad's car..(she must have borrowed it, I hate it when Sims swipe other Sims cars even though I set ownership).
He broke all the rules and ran right into Dalia's apartment and found her laying in bed pretending to sleep...he quickly and quietly went back to his room.
Later that night......both were having uneasy dreams about each other....it had been an emotional day.

@Karritz One was Maya Ocean and I did fix her. She is the one Derek talked to in the pics I posted in my story. The other was male, but not Salty or the King. I usually disallow Mermaids in my towns with SP, but, since this was IP and it made sense for mermaids to be a part of this town, I kept them as allowable occults. He could have been a game generated townie that showed up at the dive spot. I didn't bother fixing him since I didn't take a picture. They never saw any of the other mermaids, but, they only went to the first two level dive spots.

I don't usually play late, but hubby commented last night that I was up kinda late and I realized how much time had gone by after he got off his machine. Was trying to solve the dilemma of the windows in the build.
I started building larger rooms when I added pets and realized how tight most rooms are for large dogs to route through. Even though I don't have pets in now, it became a habit.

@lanlyn I tend to name all witch cats in my game Binx. I'm kind of obsessed with that movie Hocus Pocus. I really love Moonlight Falls, but don't play it enough. I don't like the LLAMA transportation because sometimes my sims get stuck and they have to be reset. Once they get more money and are able to get a better house, it'll be more fun.
@Mikezumi Great job on your Connor and Jared sims! I really love them, but always tweak their noses and Connor's lips since they seem to be a little low on his face originally.

I used the Consort mod to give Jeromy a mixture of both his parents' hair colors. He seems to favor more his dad though.

The dog will, he does get in the way a lot with following everyone around.
I did a little bit of cheating to get Albert's kids living with him, but when he moves in, his kids are obviously coming with them as the mom seems to be dead. Her portrait is grayed out and everything. They won't be eligible for heir though.
I never thought that Scarlet would be a single mother, but she seems to be doing pretty well for herself. Now if only Grayson and Beverly would get married and pop out a few kids. They seem to be taking their time with that.

@Ilikethesims30, As per @bekkasan's hail. I did find a world that could be considered exclusively Canadian created right from the get-go but rarely have I ever seen a world like that created exclusively as a Canadian Sims 3 world.
So I get a phone call from Fred Claus asking me out on a date but I went and turned down the date telling Fred that I'm with Donny and that we now have a family that we are raising together.
After I hung up from Fred's phone call, I decided to go and pick up Nathan from his crib...

(I was testing out the nectar rack for a friend who was looking for the counters and wanting to know how to fill it up without having to buy the bottles as she was trying to build a house and had wanted the rack to already be filled up.)
So I take the glass out to the kitchen to sit at the table to drink my nectar...
Then Scout wanted to play with Donny for a little bit, so they came out to the kitchen to play...
After finishing up my drink, I had to use the bathroom. So afterwards, I needed to clean the toilet as it got dirty...
I then upgraded it to self-cleaning so that there is no need to keep cleaning it every time it gets dirty...
So then Nathan woke up, so Donny went in to get him as he needed his diaper changed...
Then Donny gave him a bath to clean him up from his dirty diaper...
Then after Donny had dried Nathan off and wrapped him up again, he picked him back up and told him that he smells clean again...
Then Donny gave Nathan a kiss on his tummy and then blows raspberries on Nathan's tummy...lol... :P
Donny then goes and sits in the rocking chair to rock Nathan back to sleep...

However, I don't think in our mortal state we'll ever be able to understand what goes on in the spirit world ie: the other side. But it's kind of fun to try and figure out though!

@coco I thought you probably knew about rabbit hole venues since you're a long-time player, so I wasn't sure about your question. I was posting too quickly and thinking too slowly! Yes, sims walk by the rug, pause, then vanish. You have to have a few squares around the rug for them to walk past it. I try to make sure there is at least 1 1/2 to 2 squares around the edge of the rug.

It was fall and Dalia loved raking the leaves and smelling the Autumn air, it was so refreshing, and it took her mind off how mad she was at Mortimer, he just kept crossing lines....why did he keep doing that she wondered. She decided she was going to do a little match making and try to set him up with his friend Lilah who she had met at his graduation, she seemed to like him maybe they could become more than friends with a bit of nudging.
Mortimer woke up a little while later and decided to try and stay away from Dalia for the rest of the day, he doubted she would want to see him and it was all just too embarrassing to even think of what he had done the night before. Though he did have to admit the first few minutes after he climbed into bed with her were the best moments of his life, he had laid very still and just listened to her breathing, he could feel the heat radiating off her body but didn't dare get too close or touch her, though he desperately wanted to.
Yeah Mortimer the Romance channel will take your mind off everything!
Dalia came in the house a little while later and heard the stirrings of Meghan, Meghan's stirrings were usually full fledged screaming...
She brought Meghan downstairs and got her fed and changed...
Then brought her into the play room, Gunther would be home soon so she decided to stay in the play room and watch a bit of TV, while Meghan played happily with her dollhouse.
Mortimer heard Timothy waking up and brought him down to get him fed, Mortimer loved spending time with his siblings and helping Dalia out with them.
Mortimer could hear Meghan cooing happily in the playroom so he decided to bring Timmy in there too, the kids could play together while he vegged in front of the TV.
Mortimer saw Dalia watching TV intently, it looked like the scary channel. Against his better judgment he decided to venture over and try to talk to her, he couldn't stand the though of her mad at him, though he also knew this could be round two of getting yelled at...
He sat in silence for about 10 minutes, and she made no attempt to talk to him either.
It was Dalia that finally decided to talk first, she knew she had hurt Mortimer but he Had to know he was stepping over boundaries that she was uncomfortable with.
After close to an hour of talking about it they had come to an agreement and boundaries for Mortimer, he agreed to texting her if he wanted to visit her at the apartment, she loved him visiting but it was not right that he just walked in whenever he wanted. He apologized profusely for his behavior the night before, she accepted....all seemed okay between them again.
Cornelia came in and asked Dalia to empty the trash and take the recycling down to the bucket, Dalia did as she was told. Dalia also took this opportunity to sneakily call Lilah and tell her to meet Mortimer down at the diner, and goosing the conversation a bit she told Lilah she thought Mortimer might have a crush on her.
She then went in the house and asked Mortimer if he would like to have supper at the Diner, he agreed. Dalia was going to sneak out after they got there so Lilah could meet up with Mortimer.
Mortimer was confused when Dalia seemed to vanish when the got to the Diner, he walked around outside trying to find her and ran into Lilah. Lilah was thrilled that Dalia had suggested this, she had had a crush on Mortimer for years and was fully ready to make her move.
Mortimer however seemed more concerned with Dalia's whereabouts than talking to her so she gathered her courage and planted one on him...
It did not go over well...
Dalia heard yelling and ran over to the source...Lilah and Mortimer...Mortimer was yelling at Lilah, so Dalia started yelling at Mortimer to not yell at her, Lilah being evil and a total jerk was eating this up!
Dalia apologized to Lilah for Mortimer's behavior and took off in a huff. Mortimer knew he was once again on Dalia's "list"...
Mortimer quickly followed Dalia....kinda wondering why she was driving his dad's car..(she must have borrowed it, I hate it when Sims swipe other Sims cars even though I set ownership).
He broke all the rules and ran right into Dalia's apartment and found her laying in bed pretending to sleep...he quickly and quietly went back to his room.
Later that night......both were having uneasy dreams about each other....it had been an emotional day.

Moonlight Falls is so lovely, I hope you have fun playing there. I like Beverly and Grayson a lot so far. Grayson's wolfy antics are too cute. I hope he doesn't scratch up all the furniture until they're a bit more settled in. I made over Deedee Wynn once, I think she's really cute. Beverly's getting better at magic!
Chip is a perfect name for him. I hope Zoey likes having another furry friend around. Having a plumbot around must be very different, but it's a good thing for Jessica to have more free time to work on the garden. Jeromy is so adorable, I love his hair colour. Elise looks very exhausted but she and Norm do make a great couple.
@king_of_simcity7 I hope The Squire doesn't get angry about Courtney choosing to go out with Laurence.
@lanlyn Sorry I didn't mean to confuse, I meant that when sims go inside rabbit holes they disappear so if you have a rabbit hole rug in the middle of the room does a sim disappear or do they do some other action?

@Karritz One was Maya Ocean and I did fix her. She is the one Derek talked to in the pics I posted in my story. The other was male, but not Salty or the King. I usually disallow Mermaids in my towns with SP, but, since this was IP and it made sense for mermaids to be a part of this town, I kept them as allowable occults. He could have been a game generated townie that showed up at the dive spot. I didn't bother fixing him since I didn't take a picture. They never saw any of the other mermaids, but, they only went to the first two level dive spots.

I don't usually play late, but hubby commented last night that I was up kinda late and I realized how much time had gone by after he got off his machine. Was trying to solve the dilemma of the windows in the build.
I started building larger rooms when I added pets and realized how tight most rooms are for large dogs to route through. Even though I don't have pets in now, it became a habit.
@Nyx_Nightmare Hopefully your Sam will start feeling more comfortable as she gets to know the sims and be more comfortable in social situations.

I used the Consort mod to give Jeromy a mixture of both his parents' hair colors. He seems to favor more his dad though.

I did a little bit of cheating to get Albert's kids living with him, but when he moves in, his kids are obviously coming with them as the mom seems to be dead. Her portrait is grayed out and everything. They won't be eligible for heir though.
I never thought that Scarlet would be a single mother, but she seems to be doing pretty well for herself. Now if only Grayson and Beverly would get married and pop out a few kids.

After I hung up from Fred's phone call, I decided to go and pick up Nathan from his crib...
SS: Come here my little man. Momma wants to hold you for a little bit...

Then I took Nathan to the rocking chair so that we could rock for a little bit...
While I was rocking in the chair and Donny was on the computer, the gnome came inside and turned on the radio so that he could listen to it for a little bit...
Then Nathan was ready to go lay down again, so I took him to his crib in his room so that the music didn't keep him awake...

Then it was off to play with Scout for a little. Don't want Scout to think that we are ignoring him now that there is a little baby in the house...
Scout chases me down the hall...
And into to the dining room where he finds me at...
I then go over a grab me a glass of nectar from the tray that Donny had poured earlier...
So I take the glass out to the kitchen to sit at the table to drink my nectar...
Then Scout wanted to play with Donny for a little bit, so they came out to the kitchen to play...
After finishing up my drink, I had to use the bathroom. So afterwards, I needed to clean the toilet as it got dirty...
I then upgraded it to self-cleaning so that there is no need to keep cleaning it every time it gets dirty...
So then Nathan woke up, so Donny went in to get him as he needed his diaper changed...
Then Donny gave him a bath to clean him up from his dirty diaper...
Then after Donny had dried Nathan off and wrapped him up again, he picked him back up and told him that he smells clean again...
Then Donny gave Nathan a kiss on his tummy and then blows raspberries on Nathan's tummy...lol... :P
Donny then goes and sits in the rocking chair to rock Nathan back to sleep...
