Awesome poem @Teanias - I loved it. It was not too long for me. And the bingo game will be the final week of October closer to Halloween. We'll try to plan a good time for everyone to be on. I found some fun bingo cards for it! We only have one trick or treat "game" each week and this starting week, I chose for our game to be writing tricky poems.
Decided to do a short twist on a favorite of mine...
Twas the night before Spooky Day, all is quiet in the living room
No potions are brewing, the rider is out on her broom
The IF-shaped candy bowl placed by her door with care,
Hoping none would come so she wouldn’t have to share!
Sim children are asleep, tossing & turning in their beds
Visions of fairies and mermaids filling their heads
Sim dad watches tv while sim mom soaks in the tub
Both hoping for an amorous hug or a shoulder rub
When suddenly… somewhere… outside… came such a loud clatter
Both sim parents looked at each other as their teeth started to chatter
Sim dad isn’t brave, but decided to go take a look
Grabbed the frying pan since he is a natural cook
The yard is quiet and eerie with the greenish glow from the full moon
Sim dad almost tripped on the can knocked over by the raccoon
Nothing else is in the yard so sim dad turns to start heading back
Almost dropped his pan in shock seeing the zombie prepare to attack
Fortunately for sim dad the attack was a false start
A routing error caused the zombie to quickly depart
Sim dad ran back inside and yelled to his wife, “Run and hide!”
“Those creatures are real and we’re NOT venturing outside!!!”
The next day the sim children were sad because they weren’t allowed to go out there
However, this ends on a good note because the witch didn’t have to share.

Maybe I will, I'd like to (mighty tempted to try my hand at decorating the lot), but already doing a few things sim-wise and non sim-wise so I can't fully commit at this time. Will have to take a good look at my calendar and see what's what and who's who and maybe I won't have to say sorry, no-can-do.

Love, love, love that poem @AMofOz - that fits so perfectly! And Addams family would be awesome, but any family will be interesting. And, with late night, you have Vampires @Teanias, so I know you can have a spooky, ooky family!
Everyones poems have been SO good! I had a hard time making Murman Munstar, it was hard to translate classic frankenstein monster into create a sim for me. Maybe someone else will have better luck!

Semi-humorous question - does breaking their hearts and killing their 'spirit' count?
In one of my regular games my boy has aged up, gone to university and come back, and met an Alien he fancied. Poor Jelly-Bean the Imaginary Friend shadowed him everywhere while he wooed his new sweetheart, and would let out random cries and screams as he did. And would then proceed to try and argue with him... lol... She's had a crush on him since highschool it seems, always sending him 'Love Letters' in the post and such. So now the poor thing is completely heart-broken, slumped over in a depressed state.

@AMofOZ, you've certainly been busy! Love Frankenstein and Birdie and love your take on "killing" the IF's spirit by breaking her heart. It's ingenuity like that I love to see!

It's the first day of October and Halloween is now just a little bit closer. This is a perfect place to get in the holiday spirit, isn't it?
@AMofOz that IF must feel really bad. I once had one follow my sim when he went to woohoo (don't ask) with his girlfriend. He looked like he felt really heartbroken and I felt bad for him. But then the boy made a potion to make the IF real, so he gave it to her and then she moved away.
I've decorated a lot It's not very sophisticated but I had fun so thanks again to the hosts for this Hopefully it's Ooky, spooky and just a little bit kooky Or possibly just kooky
No CC, CAP or Spawners but I have used some debug items and MOO if that's ok?
The Mausoleum Maze
When Ol' Man Jenkins passed away in mysterious circumstances in his will they found he'd left a 30x20 area, complete with maze, to the town to show his love for the citizens. The locals were quite excited, that is till they saw their first glimpse of the mausoleum at the grand unveiling. Turns out Ol' Man Jenkins wasn't very fond of the locals…..but he was very fond of the dark arts, cow plants and frightening small children….
To see more you will have to enter the maze! If you dare!
