Hello my Simming friends! Welcome to my lot showcase thread. 
As the title stated, my name is Ryan and I am from the Philippines. Everyone called me Rye because this is the short for Ryan. Yeah, I know the real spelling is "RY", but with an 'E' at the end looks very cool for me, ha!
Anyway, I became in love with The Sims series since the first game, but didn't got a chance to join the official community until The Sims 4, and this game really gave me some building skills.
In this thread, I am showcasing all my The Sims 4 residential lots, community lots, and rooms that I uploaded to the gallery. You can browse my creations by typing my Origin ID, RyeCris16, or use #RyeCris16 (Only exists on new builds after Creepy Creekside Manor. Past builds will be #RyeCris16 if editing a description is possible.) upon searching.
Comments, constructive criticisms, and revising suggestions are always welcome in this thread.

* 4/14/15 - Index list of lots now updated. If you see a
after a lot name, this means it has been faved by Maxis.
* 10/26/15 - From #RyeLots, #RyeRooms, and #RyeSims, Now I merged it as one #RyeCris16 so it won't be too hard to search individual tags per category. If an Edit Button on a description exists, past creations will be #RyeCris16 as well!

* What is this thread about? - This thread is all about showcasing my lots (residential & community) and styled rooms in The Sims 4, with lot sets are also showcased here to make it more formal and more organized.
* What about showcasing your sims and households? - You may check it here.
* Wait, I heard you said lot sets. What are those? - Good question!
* What about room sets? - Room Sets are consist of 4-6 rooms from the same theme.
* Are all of your rooms compiled in sets? - No, some of them are showcased individually, but not going to post here to avoid clutter, but instead on Rose' room thread.
* I want to follow you. What is your EA ID? - As I mentioned above, my Origin ID is the same as my forum ID; RyeCris16
* Do you have a special hashtag for searching your creations? - Yes, as I mentioned above, you can search my creations by using #RyeLots (for lots), and #RyeRooms (for rooms). Now as #RyeCris16.
* Are you using Expansion/Stuff Packs in your builds? - Absolutely yes!
* What about Game Packs/DLCs? - Yes, but it depends on what I owned or what I'm going to own.
* Are you using bonus contents too? - Just to encourage, I want Standard Edition simmers to have all of my fully-finished creations. But just to clarify, I may use them to some of my creations, depending on the theme I'm tackling to.
* And what about mods/custom contents? - Absolutely not! All of my creations (including sims) are mod/CC-free so everyone can have my fully-finished creations as I don't wanna risk my game from crashing because of it.
New Questions:
*Are you using debug items (bb.showhiddenobjects) in your builds? - Yes! But similar to MOO, some of them are still non-transferable, so I still need to be careful about using these objects.
*What about reward items (bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement)? - Yes, depending on the theme I'm tackling to.
*And what about items affecting in MOO (bb.moveobjects)? - Yes, but since it's currently unstable as @BryonyRae stated, I need to be cautious about using it.

Anyway, my Tutti Frutti Modern is almost complete and getting ready to upload in the gallery on weekends. And while I'm here, I give you a last sneak peek on this lot. This time, you'll discover my two bedrooms; The apple-lime/pear master's bedroom, and the bubblegum kid's bedroom.

NOTE: My master's bedroom seems to be incomplete, so I might consider adding more objects.

Anyway, I'm not here for bumping, but I'm here for announcements.
While my Tutti Frutti Modern is almost to my completion (the only remain is landscaping), I'm going to delay the release for now, even the new sims showcase thread.
Sorry again for delaying the release and I hope I can finish the lot and upload to the gallery at the time when electricity came back.
EDIT: As for now, I'm not going to make a comment on latest creations from my fellow simmers, but I will catch up all comments as I can when I come back.

And while the typhoon is currently striking in Philippines, I was thought it would head to our area this day.
Unfortunately, I just heard a news about our area could possibly strike either this night, Monday, or Tuesday. And while the sky is clear, we still need to be alert and we're hoping for our safety.
And while I'm here today, I'm going to catch-up every comments from my fellow simmer's creations as I can before the typhoon totally strikes in our place.
EDIT: Even I'm still here, I'm still delaying my latest lot and my new sim showcase thread. Safety is more important than playing video games.

Yesterday, the typhoon was struck in our place, but fortunately, it's just only raining, not even a storm nor wind, just a rain with a cold temperature.
I am glad that me, our family, and even our neighbors are very alive. However, I'm still sad for victims who got injured, lost their property, and relatives.
But at the bright side, now I'm back, I'm going to catch-up my comments on every creations as I can, finish my latest lot project, and create my new sims showcase thread.

EDIT 2: I almost forgot to say thank you @rosemow and @AngelKatryn for being supportive and caring about my latest thread announcement.
I will keep those people that have been affected by the typhoon in my thoughts. It is very sad to hear of those killed, and for those who have lost homes or have damaged homes.
