I, myself, are a casual Simmer. My wife, is hardcore Simmer. She hates 4, and I love it. But, I see why EA/Maxis went this route. TS3 had some major issues. The fact that having all EPs installed at one time, and the amount of glitches and overlapping bugs, was absurd. We had to uninstall the majority of them. We fought…
Get To Work was on sale recently for 20 bucks. Maybe that sale will come around again, during Christmas. I might pick it up around then, but I'm not bored of the base game yet.
PC, I play The Sims 4 and Star Wars The Old Republic. PS4, I play MGS, The Witcher 3, and Dragon Age Inquisition. Xbox One, I play Gears of War UE and soon to be Fallout 4.
There is another icon that you can click on that has pretty much every character, that you once had in a household. What I was doing wrong, was clicking on a house, in manage worlds. That only brings up your original sims, from your gallery.
DAI is Bioware, and The Sims 4 Maxis. Really all EA is the publisher, and rights owner, of both franchises. The people working on things like patches and content for games are done by their respective developer companies
Weird thing. It just started working out of the blue, this morning. I don't know why, but it works. However....the new update fails when it tries to finalize the update. If its not one thing, its always another...
I have not encountered this problem...yet. My issue is when they get up from the dining room table and bunch up in the kitchen staring at the ceiling and talking. Its creepy.
Two things happened to me most recently. My dude had a mermaid gf(had is key). One day, he invited her over. When she rang the bell he got up to let her in, only to see that she had turned into a ugly floating werewolf chicks head! I tried to reset her, but it would not work. Every time she came over, thats what she looked…
I don't know if anyone posted this or not(will not check every thread), but if you keep your hardware drivers current, it should help in performance. Every few months, you should at least check for new drivers. Helps keep your year old or two year old computer, current.
Play Online on consoles is not fixed by just clicking on the tv. Or at least, its not fixed for the WallVu tv. Sometimes the option shows up on the console, but it is not showing up at all on the WallVu TV. And when I can get it to show up on the console, nothing happens. EDIT: My game is vanilla, other than expansions(of…
Pathing issues don't really bother me, as they happened so infrequently. What bothered me the most about TS3 was trying to feed my kid on the ground in their room. No matter how much space there was, my sim would pick the child up, and take it downstairs to feed him on the floor. If I wanted to feed him down there, I'd…
There is nothing offensive about the OPs original thread. Cool down, and relax, then re read. All she said is, there is more to life than video games, and we should all just take a look at whats going on around us, rather than caring about what EA is doing. She has a point. A good one. Mass Effect series gamers need to…
I enjoyed this variation much better than TS2's. They fleshed it out really well. My only complaints are that friend pics is broken, and that when school is out, no one lives in the same town as you unless your roommate or family went with you to school. However, you can invite college friends over to your house and hang…
You do realize they are working on 3 different sims games right now? Medieval, Social, and The Sims 3. Medieval just got an expansion, and Pets is coming out. Could be sometime next year...who knows.
