My setup: AMD Phenom II 2.80 GHZ processor 8GB Ram ATI Radeon HD 6570 graphics card. I run everything at Full spec with best Resolution and highest FPS. Runs perfect!

Its on par with the original sims, with some minor tweaks. Good enough to pass the time, if you have the cash blow.

On the 360, my sim is going steady with the maid that stole his dining room chair. Expensive one too :lol: So far, I haven't had anything stolen on PC. My wife plays on the 360, and she is constantly being robbed. Cops even called her a liar once! :lol:

I play TS3 more than any game, as of late. I just bought the game yesterday, and I'm in love. No need for a 4th game, when they perfected it(IMHO) this time around.
