That happened to me too, quite frustrating! All I had to do was go onto Origin, go to My Library, then select Sims 4. Don't hit play, hit 'info'. It will show the stuff, game & expansion packs you've bought. I launched Perfect Patio from that menu instead, and now Sims 4 recognizes it and works fine. :) Hope that helps.
My sim family of 3 and their cat live on the smaller, curved bow one. I've had no issues for space so far. I have a main floor on just over half the boat (in front is a deck), above is an open deck/lounge area with bar, seating area and golf, plus plenty of space for the kid to play. Below I have a basement that's the full…
So my longtime family had their 2nd child while living half in their private home on one of the islands, and half on their houseboat. I found no problems with having the child, and I've always preferred smaller living spaces over the super sized mansions/homes. I've decorated to have the things I need but still have plenty…
Hmm..perhaps she is a hybrid and the brother isn't? I haven't seen anything witch like from her, and neither of her parents learned that fast. However, they were maxed in all skills when she was born. I haven't had her learn anything as a YA yet, which I was reading some people say that they stop learning quickly..I shall…
I've never had an issue with zombies spawning in my yard with a fence. They always popped up in the front yard and were stuck at the gate. Now I just use my greenhouse :) Or before I'd have a sun room in the house with lots of plants and decor, with a few pots and plant inside.
Hmm..I know my vamp has the reward, but I've never tried it either. I would think that she'd lose it and go back to regular aging? You could always try, then just not save your game in case it does?
I say yes! My simming days were coming to and end. I felt bored with it all, couldn't commit to a family, etc. I decided one day, after months of Supernaturals already being out, to grab it cheap off origin. I wanted it for the items and minor stuff. I definitely don't regret it! The amount of fun I have with my witches,…
Thanks for the replies :) Too bad I'm afraid to use mods..would be lovely to have the daughter move to Sunlit Tides, then visit her family in Twinbrook. I'll have to figure something out! Thanks again!
Hey all! I just wanted to stop by and thank everyone for working together on this thread =) I had been waiting for Serenity Retreat for the last two weeks and was able to get it yesterday because of this thread! Wish I had discovered this long ago. Thanks!
I agree with LaBlue0314. I forgot to check my messages that popped up. I had 43 messages from sims who wanted to get to know my sim better! Apparently everyone is attracted to everyone in UL :P
Personally haven't had any real problems at all. I have, however, noticed the bill thing people were talking about, and sometimes when my sim orders a herbal tea/any drink from the barista, it disappears before they can drink it? Other then that, nothing :) Love it so far.
I just started having this problem today! Not sure what to do, but I don't want to lose her :( The father sim was moved to a new town, and she's in Appaloosa Town trying to have her baby. I send her to the hospital and she just walks in circles, over and over. I reset her, and she stands on her front lawn with the 'have…
I found I had the same problem with the bartenders in the LN bars. They're always working! I ended up just cheating and adding to household, because they ended up 'going steady' yet he couldn't even get her on a date. Hanging around the venue while she's working just doesn't cut it :P
Okay just played my game, and yes there was both :) Just have to make sure you have an actual bar in your club, not a juice bar & a stage. Sorry for all the messages.
-HappySimmer3 Just found this. Could have sworn that I was at a custom made bar with stage I put in last night and had both a bartender AND proprietor. I'm going to go check again.
I believe you'll have to modify your NL clubs with stages to be able to perform and there are new venues, you'll just have to make room in your town to place them. That's all I know, haven't played much for actual careers yet :)
You can add whatever songs you want to your custom music file, then when your sims goes to listen, just select 'custom music' :) It's cool. You can only hear the music playing when you have that sim selected.
Can I just say that your pics/walkthrough of the generations stuff pack completely inspired me to edit my own towns? I honestly never took the time before but when I read through your posts and saw the pics of how amazing your lots looked, I just had to start! This was quite awhile ago now, but I just thought I'd say…
I've tried to go as long as possible without installing LN again (after a comp crash), but it's just so hard considering there's so much within that EP that I love! Have you noticed how extremely empty a town feels when there's absolutely no bars, highrises, etc? I had to do it, but I'm hoping that my family remains…
Yep! I've always done that :) Now that we have pets, I have a few pics of past animal friends hanging around. I always try to make sure to bring the pics with me when my family moves too. Can't forget the pics of the great great great grandparents, etc.
Wow, I never even thought of setting it individually. I just get so impatient sometimes, with my kids not being able to learn certain skills, etc. I usually play my game without aging, because I get attached to my sims xD but I think I'll try that. I need to beat my old record of 8 generations! (not much, I know) Thanks…
