UI disappears after switching to Build MODE

Sorry, but i can't post in Help Center, don't know why.
I have a problem when UI disappears after switching to BUILD mode. I can't exit the game through Menu or do anything. Removing Mods or Fixing the game does not help.
It only happens with one family

I've seen this problem before but have never had it occur to me, so I wouldn't know how to fix it.

As for not being able to post in Help Center, the main Sims 4 help center is now located at Answers HQ.

Is one of the sims in that household in a custom career by any chance?

Hey @AlwaysTheSun ^^ The Help Center has been moved to AHQ. @EA_Mage has posted about why here and @crinrict has created a thread to help users who have questions about using AHQ here. Could you recreate this post here to flag the issue and get some from the Sims community and staff? In the meantime, I'll close this thread.
