I built this home on a whim, I have a young sims couple that I've been playing and they are expecting their first child. They're currently living in my SouthBay Estate build that will soon be a bit small for them so I built a budget friendly brick starter. This was a fairly quick build, nothing fancy but I thought I would share here since it is in the gallery.
Traditional Brick Starter is a very nice home The brickwork texture of the exterior looks great and it looks nice that you used the open shutter windows in the build. The flower cart on the front porch is nice for sims to see when they are entering their front door. The flowers look pretty on the edges of the front of the home and on the edges of the porch. Great layout of the interior of the home. The coat stand and shoes rack are nice touches beside the front door. Nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting on the sofa there watching tv or reading a book. It looks great how you have placed the bookcase in the corner of the room. The patterned floor rug adds a nice look to the room. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen! The kitchen wall tiling looks nice, and it looks very nice how you have placed the fruit pictures either side of the plates display decor item. The pans on the wall and the fruit bowl on the counter are great kitchen touches. The type of ceiling light that you have used there looks nice. Great bar stool counter. Very nice bedrooms. Nice colours and patterns that are on the beds. The walk in clothes/dressing closet room in the master bedroom is great! The shoes racks and clothes shelves in the girls bedroom look nice there. The floor rugs in the bedrooms are nice touches in the bedrooms.
It is a great home!
It is a beautiful starter! How much does it cost? You have managed to make it look so cosy and inviting inspite of it being a starter! Love the brick and the shutters!
Ooh, I love the 3br starter! I could have done with that a couple of nights ago when I was struggling to make my family a budget 3br home! But I may move them into that one instead anyway, since it's much better than my own efforts
@yanti68 I am a fan of walk-in-closets! Traditional Brick costs around 46k furnished so I guess technically it isn't a base family starter. I apologize if I misrepresented "starter." I will try to add a nicely furnished, under 20k starter version of this home today. I moved my existing family and their current items since the house is purchasable under 20k without furnishings.
I have added a version of my build, Traditional Brick Starter to the gallery that is under 20k. Find it under Brick Starter Under 20k. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Haha. It is very stripped compared to the original house but has all the necessities a starter family should need.

Here are the angles you requested @MasonGamer Let me know if you would like more pics.
Your Brick Starter version of your Traditional Brick home looks very nice too. It will be a great home for a family of sims to enjoy moving in to and starting their sims life.
Love your builds! This is probably a silly question, but is the sim version of your house available? I checked your gallery and I can't find it. So either I'm blind or it's not there, lol. If it isn't there, do you plan on releasing it? Thanks!
@BlindxSecrets Thanks for the comment! I just checked my gallery to make sure I uploaded it in addition to saving it. I made it the showcased item so hopefully that helps. It's titled New Construction. You might try #NewConstruction as I added that to the description.
I still can't see that house for whatever reason. Wish I knew what was wrong with it! If you ever decide to upload it anywhere else, I'll definitely snag it. But I'll keep checking the gallery in the hopes that one day it'll show itself, lol.

I think my game is bugging out. Let me close it and open it again, because it's not showing. *slaps it*
Noopppee...still not showing. I'll keep checking, it's bound to show up eventually.
