Making posts is pretty simple. You just click the icons at the top to make a text post or photos ect. It only gets complicated when you try to change your theme. Luckily there are awesome people out there that make theme codes that you can copy/paste, some of which can be customized without ever going into the "edit HTML"…
Hey, fan of yours here. :) I was wondering if you've ever considered creating a showcase thread? I ask because I've noticed that you tend to make individual threads for each new lot you create. From the point of view of someone who does check out the creative corner, I find showcase threads are a nice and convenient way to…
100% with you. I was so disappointed that we only got 4 plots of land. It would have been cool to have a main street lined with shops or other community buildings.
I am pretty disappointed with the idea of regular stuff packs. I thought Game Packs were more reasonably priced and I don't want to see Expansions get gimped on items because they wanted to put it in a Stuff Pack and charge extra. I do not like the idea of a store/stuff packs at all.
I love TS4 graphics in comparison which is evident by how many screenshots I take now. I think my only complaint is the terrain textures. I've never liked them in any Sims game.
I usually binge play until I get bored of it and then take a break for sometimes months, lol. It's not just Sims though, I do that with every game. I think the only game I have consistently played is WoW and that's only because I raid with an awesome guild. \:D/
That's an interesting viewpoint. I'm not a teen, I've been with my boyfriend for 10 years, and until we get engaged he's still considered to be my "boyfriend". I don't think it's childish, it's just a label for what it is.
I only have about 3 stuff packs from TS3 because $20 just wasn't worth it to me for some objects, clothes, and hair. I think Game Packs are much more reasonably priced because they have much more content. Granite Falls is very scenic, I love it.
It was pretty amazing watching the forums build up this patch so high. I definitely didn't expect anything major but I'm really happy about the gender influence and alien CAS being opened up.
I remember thinking the entire time I spent playing TS3, "where are the patches?" I've never seen a game where every patch was a disappointment because x bug was still not fixed. I would not have continued buying expansions if it weren't for modders. I'm so thankful to them and the current Sims4 team for their effort.
If you go into it with low expectations, you may be pleasantly surprised. There will be things that you won't like or things that irritate you, which is to be expected with any game, but take the time to explore all the shiny new features and focus on what you do like.
