@celdys0n Thank you very much! I really liked your build, your use of wall decorations made the whole place seem like a gallery! Definitely a place I think a collector would love to live :)
Yeah, it's not like EA added anything new to TS4! Like a completely rebuilt build mode with new features, or a completely rebuilt CAS with new features or hundreds of new collectibles or new careers or new interactions or...oh wait... It's almost like TS4 and TS3 aren't the same game or something. All right, I'm done being…

Are you sure you're downloading it from the right website? Try this one: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm Get the trial version. You can just ignore the pop up that opens after 30 days or whatever. It will never actually FORCE you to pay or stop working.
Yeah, I think the only way to remove a Sim from the household is to use manage household. But you can move them off world instead of to an existing household, which is basically the same thing. I did this when I had my sim marry a townie only to find out that he was 1 day from becoming an elder...and she was a young adult.…
Lucky you, mine took ages. Sims 4 loads much faster for me, and with higher graphics settings. Plus, no giant blocks of grey that sit there while I pause and wait for textures to load.
Why are people interpreting "works better on low end computers" to be "can run super fast on low end computers with everything on ultra and 3 second loading screens and no crashes". Your expectations are completely unrealistic. What some people are forgetting is that Sims 3 had an extremely long loading screen before…
I agree. It is rather frustrating that there isn't more cohesion in the color palates that they chose to provide. Even without CASt, I would really appreciate a color wheel. I understand that CASt did require a lot of processing power, but if they take out all the patterns and just let us change the colors that would be a…
There is a reward called Potion of Youth that you can get with Satisfaction points which resets your sim back to the beginning of their life state. You can also grow a cowplant which eats Sims, then you can milk it for a drink which will make your sim younger.
Return it and buy it again when the price drops. Continue to play Sims 3 in the meantime. I bought it, I love it, but if you aren't excited about the game then that probably won't change for you. Save yourself some money and get the game again when the price drops and there's an EP or 2 for more gameplay options.
OMG thank you so much, I was wondering how to get this to work! Also, did anyone else have the issue that when you rotate the house, it deletes your staircases?
I had a bit of the same issue. What helped me was looking at the creations in the Gallery. WOW! Some of the builds there gave me some awesome ideas and got the creative juices flowing. Maybe that will help you too :)
Looks like they have their Mom's eye color and shape, as well as her chin. It's kind of hard to tell, as the sims are all male so they will naturally look a bit more like their Dad.
I don't think it was laziness, I think it was so they didn't have to re-code hundreds and hundreds of animations in order to give teens a slightly lower height. Time vs. Payoff. Plus, teens do have some minor changes in their body types that make it easier to tell. Their hips are narrower, their limbs are lankier. Easiest…
I'm pretty sure that it was said somewhere that The Sims 4 base game has included the most content of any other Sims base game. I completely agree. Even just looking at all the furniture, decor and collectibles, it's staggering how MUCH is actually in the game. And I feel like there are a lot more base clothing choices…
@rosemow Thanks! @Caitarina I agree, it looks kinda weird. I had the foundation part pretty small for the tutorial but you can make it larger which would even out the stair lengths a bit more.
