Bartenders are an exception to the rule since that requires a sim with Mixology, and I've seen Bob Pancake there. However, as for the others I do think once they are moved in they lose their NPC jobs.

Ruthless made a beautiful idea.. put create a observatory from the roof (like those building ones), just put the object between two roof pieces or something (make them as round as possible), and you have a very high-tech mansion.

I'd say those two are staple ones (especially Pets), but they are a lot more complex than you think and require a lot of change so it might take a while before we see it. But I think I can safely bet my money that either of those two WILL come eventually.

Wow? you can go "Deep Diving" in Bridgeport? That's my point, none of the worlds compliment each other, and there's limited room that you can't actually enjoy most of the expansion packs, yes, you can just plop down an ugly skyscraper in Sunset Valley and all but in the end it just doesn't feel right.

I'm pretty sure they are focusing 100%, the bartender bug was a by-product of a patch, not a Day 1 thing, they accidently broke it and they didn't realize it got broken Pretty sure this won't be the case on Day 1, maybe one day they'll accidently break it somehow but I doubt it.

They are very limiting, and I was refering them. Even skilling their skills is a ton time slower. I noticed SimGuruLyndsay was inquiring about this worry (someone suggested split timelines since everything continues to happen in Real Time in Sims 4) so it might have not crossed their minds (everyone plays differently).

Not sure, but I do notice that my seem DO seem to have a higher performance if the Daily Task was completed, Ideal Mood usually wears off 4 hours in. I would recommend doing the stuff. I do think it makes a huge change.

I would hope so, I'd be nice if it had a hood seperated for the new career lots and some residential for businesses and stuff.
