Hi Sims4 creative minds! I created this discussion to showcase some of my builds and invite feedback and comments! I'll be posting some of my favorite builds I've done here because I don't think the Gallery has the best pictures sometimes. I would love to hear what you all think and and of course if you comment, I'd love to check out some of your builds as well! Stay tuned for some builds (rooms and lots).
The first Room I want to showcase is my build for the OneRoomOneWeekOneTheme Challenge 286 hosted by @Rosemow Gallery name of the room: Hygge Fall Kitchen Link to Challenge Entry:https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/comment/17738101/#Comment_17738101 Notes: I love this kitchen build. It was fun to do. I used the Scandinavian concept of Hygge which is meant to evoke a cozy homey yet light and modern feel. Highlights are a massive island with double ovens, Dining table with banquette seating, an area to hold all a dog's needs like treats, a caffeination station, and modern open shelving. Pictures:
It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds and rooms!
Hygge Fall Kitchen is very lovely and warm! BB14 Modern Farmhouse is a very nice family home! I have posted about them on the challenge threads so I won’t post about them here again but they are very lovely designed!

As always thank you for your great comments and support
This is the first tiny house I've built so far and I actually like it! I built it with the inspiration of those overwater bungalows in places like Bora Bora or the Virgin Islands. It was made with the intention of a honeymoon overwater bungalow so it's a VERY open floor plan and a little kitchenette rather than a full kitchen, but it functions as a Tier 2 Tiny Home Residential with 64 tiles exactly. Access to jump directly into the water from the back and a couple spots to see through to the ocean underfoot. Also includes a romantic bed with unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean, a luxurious claw foot tub, a seating area, bistro table out front, and a jet ski and boat to take advantage of the beautiful scenery!
Hope you all like it! Gallery Name and Link:Overwater Bungalow Pictures below:
Overwater Bungalow is a lovely restful tiny living Island home! Very nice exterior design. thatched roofing, and warm wood walls texture! The tropical flowers garden beds are very pretty! The bbq deck with open glass flooring to see the ocean is very nice! The hanging greenery is lovely over the archway to the deck! Sims will enjoy cooking meals there in the outdoors area. Very nice open plan interior layout and lovely furnishings! The curtained bed is very nice and pretty flower petals around the edges! The beauty items and towels are a nice touch on the bed. The hanging ceiling lights are very nice! The kitchenette area with pretty flowers and candles on the ledge is pretty! Very nice sitting area to relax and enjoy reading books. The windows bath tub nook is very nice for sims to enjoy bathing in the sunlight.
It is a lovely home!

This next build is a lot made for @AlJay's blueprint build challenge #15 and I had a ton of fun with it. I used modern and eco-conscious decor to make a desert paradise. See the link in the gallery here: Modern Eco Paradise

Some pictures of the inside:
Below are pictures of the Mancave/Second bedroom that actually got a Maxis fav (my first ever)!! This is a Garden I built for the #oneroomoneweekonetheme challenge (link here). The theme for the week was a dining room for Love Day. Gallery name and link of room :Galentine Garden Description: I took a ton of inspiration from some of the other gardens/rooms posted for the last two weeks of this challenge thread because they were all AMAZING. I decided to go for a garden with a dining space for a nice Galentine's day Brunch because I definitely need to work on my landscaping... I used a TON of content from the Romantic Garden stuff pack and I HEAVILY relied on MoveObjectsOn to layer a lot of the items. Unfortunately when uploaded to the gallery it doesn't include the roof over the dining area, but you can see it in the pictures below. It's a bit French-inspired. Hope you all enjoy and have a lovely Love Day of your own (if celebrating) Pictures of the room:
Galentine’s Garden is so very beautiful! It is a very special garden to enjoy eating a very nice Galentine’s meal with friends! The landscaping and design of the garden is so very lovely! Very beautiful central area water fountain feature! The hanging greenery, flowers and lilypads are very nice on the edges of it! Very nice water fountain with statue near the dining area. Very pretty patterned glass roof dining pergola! The white curtains and floral trellis’ are very nice on the edges. The dining table is lovely to sit and dine at, with the pretty flowers and candles on top of it! The ladies will enjoy having cups of tea from the teaset after their meal. Very beautiful corner area with the statue, floral arch, birdbath, vase and pretty flowers! The other corner with the statues, fairy and flowers is also very lovely! The plaques are a special touch amidst the flowers. Very nice curved sitting corner nook with pretty flowers for the ladies to sit, chat, and catch up with news. It is very nice that the large water fountain is in the garden. Very pretty floral arch entrances to the garden!
It is a very pretty and scenic garden to enjoy a special Galentine’s meal!
My next build is a HUGE Restaurant I built for @AlJay's Blueprint Build Challenge #BB16. Gallery Link:Sakura Tea House Notes: I found this one SUPER challenging because I've never built a community lot and I had a TON of ideas I tried to cram in there. I stayed pretty true to the shell provided for the challenge which I am VERY thankful for. I think I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, but it took me a LONG time. It's a modern Japanese inspired Tea House and Restaurant with traditional Japanese influences that I placed in Mt. Komorebi. See pictures and descriptions of the different areas below: Front Entrance pictures:
Pictures of the Zen garden Sims can walk through while waiting for a table or after dinner
On the side is an Outdoor Lounge which includes a bar and outdoor mini kitchen and various seating areas:
On to the Main Restaurant, here's an overhead shot which breakdown of the different areas:
At the front we have the Entryway which includes a Seating Area, a Coat Closet and the Front Desk:
From the front desk, there's a slight view into the main dining room and bar areas and you can see a little raised decorative display:
Towards the front of the main dining room I added the "Bamboo Room" which is a private room for parties with a nice view of the Zen Garden:
The Main Dining Room has tables and booths for different size parties and up on the platform are private rooms with Kotatsu Tables to have Hot Pot. Each room has a set of hooks for parties to hang their items after hitting the slopes:
In the center of the platform area I added a Waterfall Display with the restaurant's logo and behind that is a full Serving Station with extra supplies, a wine fridge, a sink, etc.:
Back to the Indoor Bar area, there are two bars and additional high-top seating as well as a tea tasting area. You can also see the stairs to the basement and service window to the kitchen:
Bathrooms are pretty standard, but I added some amenities in the women's bathroom like cotton swabs and lotion at the wall of mirrors so ladies can freshen up. I'm including a pic of the hallway leading to the bathroom and the kitchen just cuz:
Just inside the Kitchen is a chalkboard to keep track of specials and a corkboard for employee news, then comes the walk in freezer. There are a few workstations, sinks, supplies, a simple employee bathroom, and a supply closet. I also added a locker area by the employee entrance for employees to leave their stuff. The employee entrance leads out to the back of the restaurant:
Lastly, we have the Basement which includes a wine cellar, some storage, and a simple office for the boss:
Hope you all like it and I would LOVE feedback
Sakura Tea House is a very beautiful Japanese themed restaurant! It is so very detailed! Each area is very lovely! You have designed and furnished each area so very well! Very special outdoors and indoors areas! The zen garden is very beautiful! It looks so peaceful and restful! Very lovely pathway, lilies water area, rocks garden and pretty blossoms and red maple tree! The outdoors lounge with bar area is very nice! Dream House Shell Challenge Build
I built this family home for @Clousinators Dream Home Shell Challenge. Gallery Link:Coastal Country Dream Home
I had a lot of fun doing this shell challenge and making a dream home for a family. I even made a young family and moved them in and played for a while. See pictures below. Front and Back Pictures:
Overview Pictures of the main house and converted garage into a Mancave:
Overview Pictures of the back deck, pool, and guest/pool house:
Random Shots of the Backyard spaces and Guest/Pool House including Carport, Gazebo, Patio, Pond, pool/hot tub and outdoor shower:
Random Shots of the Mancave which is in the converted garage:
Into the Main House, if you enter the side door from the driveway/carport, you'll see a "mudroom" area and the door to the walk-in pantry, then you'll enter the main living area with the kitchen, dining room, formal living room and a little reading nook on the side of the stairs:
Off of the formal living room with the fireplace is an informal family room/den with spaces for kids to play and a makeshift sectional for the family to watch tv together, there is also some sliding double doors to the pool:
Moving upstairs, some random shots of the upstairs hallway with views to the main living space below. There's also an heirloom antique side table in a little nook at the entrance to the Master suite:
Over the Family room/den is a Dino themed bedroom for a little boy (or girl!), a guest bedroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom between the two of them (I couldn't get good shots of the bathroom but you can see it in the overviews:
At the other end of the hallway is a Pink nursery which I envisioned for a babygirl and across from that is a laundry room which also has it's own deck with a laundry line strung up:
Next is the Master Bedroom which includes a door to the nursery, some seating areas, an office area, an attached balcony and a secret bookshelf door which has a ladder that leads down into the Mancave:
Last but not least, we have the ensuite Master Bathroom with a toilet closet, dual vanity, open bath and shower, and the His and Hers Master Closet:
Hope you all enjoy and I welcome any feedback/critique!

Notes: I styled this base to have a modern farmhouse style with some pops of color. I also had some fun with the backyard creating an in-ground firepit and Greenhouse that can both be found in the Gallery. I'm also pretty happy with the built in planter boxes I was able to create with the use of the new platform feature in front. Some other individual rooms uploaded in the gallery are the Modern Farmhouse Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom, Kids Room, and Second Floor Bathroom,
