Hello rosemow, I need some help. I just bought a new laptop and added some cc. my mods folder works fine but the cc I put in my tray folder will not show up in my game in builder's mode. The cc is enabled in my game. I did remove the tray folder to the desktop and restart the game and added my cc back into the new tray folder and yes I have no subfolders...still not able to get to them in builder's mode. Could you please help me.

  Cc can’t be put into the tray folder. It needs to be put into the mods folder.

Hey i just watching you helping others with their sims 4 problems, i ask you to help me if you would :(

my sims 4 is suddenly closed just after i make character, while loading to play suddenly closed before even i play. right at the loading screen. my device is Hp pavilion 15 and the set is auto high, so i think is not my device lacks. i do all oyur tips but still doesn't work. and i look in EA folders in document, in mods folder is nothing there. i just confused here. pls help me :(

Hi there! Thank you for doing the One Room One Week One Theme thread! I love doing building challenges. I actually want to go all the way through the challenges from Week One - would it be okay to use the hashtag for that? Or would you prefer I keep it separate so as to not flood the hashtag with it? :)

  You’re welcome :) When you are a full member, you will be able to start your own thread
  You need to have 25points and 15 posts before you can become a full member and can then have an Avi picture, post pictures, have a signature, start new threads, edit posts , post links that show up correctly and have quotes appear in grey boxes . This thread explains about it.

Hi Rosemow,

Could you please help me? Since the update my game is lagging like crazy, it's unplayable. I took out the cc and it made no difference. I deleted the cache file, I changed my graphics, I played in windowed mode and nothing is different, it's so slow to play. I don't know what else to do as I'm not very tech savvy, could you please help?

  If you have cc/mods in your game, move your whole mods folder to the desktop.
  Delete the cache files
  https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
  Then start the game and see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem,
  If the issues remain, it would be best to post on a thread on the AHQ EA site about your issues

Good Morning Rosemow I am trying to find out without success about renovating the Magic Academy HQ as I would love to change it but I dont want the Sages to lose their rooms or places in the build that would stop them teaching. I know there are basement rooms and some people delete them, so do you know anything or anyone who has explained how not to upset how the build works?

Hello! I'm still having an issue with the fashion photographer career, where I'm posting my approved photos to Fashion Simstagram, and nothing is happening. All it says is how many likes the picture got, and I'm not able to complete the gig. I got this pack the day it came out, and I've only been able to successfully complete 1 gig so far. I was having the issue of not getting my approved photos back, and 1 time everything actually worked, but now this is happening. I did only try to post portraits because those were the only ones that were approved..I can try to do landscape and see what happens. Do you know if this issue was fixed or is it being worked on? I saw in the last patch they said the issue of not getting your photos back had been fixed, but this is different. Sorry for the long comment lol Thank you for all your help!!

  I actually think there is a workaround. There is a thread on EA HQ that is about tasks not checking off even though you've done them, and apparently traveling off the lot while a gig is open is causing an issue (which I've also experienced lol) So people are either taking gigs and not leaving the lot until it's done, or saving and exiting, then going back in as you're able to complete it since your Sim hasn't left the lot. I'll try that until they fix it. Thank you very much!!

hello! i see you commenting and knowing alot about the sims 4. im having issue with transparent clothing and shoes at the bottom of my sims legs. i have no clue what it can be. do you know anything about this?

  If you use cc, the cc may be broken. You may also need to have installed the mesh for the clothing.
  Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop.
  Delete the cache files
  https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
  Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issue for clothing that isn’t cc
