A wee bit off topic, but can you guys help me out a lil bit?
:evil: LAG ISSUES!!!!! :evil:
I have searched all over and already tried a few things but no luck.
I now have quite a lot of store content installed, and it has slowed my game soo much.
Everytime i install a new item it seems to slow it even more!
I am pretty good with a computer and am normally good with fixing these kinds of issues but this time no such luck
Basically I was wondering if any of you guys who have had the same probs can either tell me how they fixed thier lag issues caused by a lot of store content, or if you can give me links to websites/forums with answers.
Please only give answer that ACTUALLY WORKED for you.
But i really wanna keep my game as clean as possible so I really dont wanna use any mods or anything.

For those who do own HEAPS or nearly all of the store content. Do you play with ALL the content actually installed? Or do u un-install what ur currently not interested in not playing with to help your game work smoother?
I'm not having as many lag issues in Roaring Heights as I do in some other worlds. I delete the caches before I start playing any game in any of my worlds. CASPartcachepackage, CompositorCachepackage, scriptCachepackage, simCompositorCachepackage. Be careful and don't delete any of the others as they contain essential things, don't ask me what as I really don't know, but you can lose your store stuff and have to redownload it as well as many other nasty time consuming things.
I also do the resetsim * cheat when any game starts to get laggy as it may be npc etc are stuck and causing the lag. That really helps in china where they get stuck alot. I usually will try to do it when I need my sims to go home anyways.
Just those two things help me alot, but some people use the mods to help. I'm not quite ready to install any of those. Its taken me this long to learn custard that checks things you want to install.
I do practically own the store. I have not removed anything yet, but probably will take some things out that I won't use.
I'm also a 'patternaholic' in addition to being a DD addict so I have tons of patterns. I just saw on my page that my favorite designer has uploaded more today so will be checking before I leave the site. I am not sure if the pattern addiction has a support group or not.
It takes a game appx 10 min to load if I've played it for awhile, 2-3 minutes if it is a newer game. My biggest problem is in CAS and the load time for clothes is boring.

I hope they've had a nice discount applied to them, dear MMAO please take note something I want with a nice discount always gets my money.

I highly doubt it would go on sale within the first month of being on Origin. That would really surprise me. If it did, I would say no more than 25% off. It'll probably be a couple of months or more before it goes for 50% off.
