      Yes (It has to do with being famous)
      I am being optimistic and saying yes. I mean there was all that hoopla over the Sim voice actors sooo maybe they added singing. My pessimistic side says they have sims acting in these dramatic voices LOL and there is no singing career.

      You can increase stardom as a singer like real life media Star and Singer Baby Ariel. But it is a separate focus than the acting career and a different career. They have mentioned this as well as the fact they have more info, trailer and discussion live coming on these very thing. You have a sneak peak more or less - indepth dates are listed over the next 5-6 weeks.

      We really need lots more instruments. Currently musical instruments are highly limited especially in regards to their animations. We need wind instruments like the saxophone and flute, and drum kits, just for a start. Where's a music pack when you need it?
      Prepping a list of mods to add after Infants are placed into the game. Because real life isn't 'nice'.

      No but it's been said that if your sim sings in front of other sims with the mic they can become celebs and they don't have to live in the new world either. I'm looking forward to this. I have a sim with a level 10 singing skill. The karaoke machine can also make them become celeb singers.

      The pack focuses on acting and directing but they made a way for your sims who sing to become celebs as well.

      I want drum too and for instruments to get synched so bands can be formed and members can actually play together like they did in Sims 2 Uni. But until they make them be able to play together - the same music - just getting drums won't help.

      I have always wanted bands with singers so I do hope maybe one day they will do it like that.

      Famous theme doesn't mean Rock band.
      Same as Celebrity/Band were in EP03 Late Night, it didn't stop Maxis releasing Singer/Gigs in EP06 Showtime.

      The Sims is a puzzle with several pieces. EP06 Get Famous is the Celebrity/Reputation piece.

      This poll is a trick question :lol: I voted no anyway. Not because we already have singing, but because I know it's not in Get Famous and I'm hoping it will be fleshed out like Acting is, in a future EP/GP.

      this is why I am so annoyed, because the original survey had singers.

      Of course not. Surveys give them ideas for the next direction to go. Maybe that new direction will include a recording studio, performance stage and singing career. Or maybe not.

      Already done. There was no detailed survey in 2018.

      I'm sure they choose the best way, they do a good Acting career instead of repeating the mistake of EP01 Get To Work (3 half-baked careers).
