    Hi,

    A household with §0 has a specific gameplay, there are many things the sims can't do.
    But now what happen when §1M is reached ?

    It would be nice if it could unlock a new kind of life (orbital travel), new social interactions (hire talented sims (skill lvl 10), join a secret millionaire club), power (influence the careers by recommending somebody for a job) and maybe some consequences (Weak friendships and betrayal).


    Give to the sims a reason to own more than §100k.

      Some meals and drinks could be unlocked :
      • Champagne
      • Caviar
      • Lobster
      • Foie gras
      • Smoked salmon
      • Oysters
      • Truffle


      Only the famous best chief of the worlds are hired to cook high quality and expensive meals.

      I would love this. We need more options for grand meals and these would definitely fit the grand category.

      Like The Sims 3 these high fortunes could become the owner of venues and NPC services (Maid, gardener, stall vendors, …)


      Income and taxes

      Like Bills & Utilities, the sources of income are listed (Venues, NPC Services, Retail lots, Restaurant lots) and the taxes (VAT).

      From this panel we could decide between :
      • Share the money with the employees and invest in the business (relationship bonus with the NPC employees (Venues/NPC services) and good reputation)
      • Keep everything for the household (income tax and bad reputation)
      • Donate to charity projects (good reputation)

      Luxury Mansion

      Some decorations, wallpapers and floors could make the house more expensive as usual (Luxury Mansion lot trait).

      They require a specific maintenance included in the bills.

      Would this be the luxury equivalent to tiny living? I would love something like that, but with lot traits and perks for grand mansions and high luxury lifestyle.

      Casino or "wall street" gambling with higher risk and bigger amount of money. Until now you can only do an investment about 5000 when in the investment branch of the business career. This should be open up to every sim. Risking 100k and above should be possible this "investment". It should be easy to loose money, because the bank/house always wins.

      Add a new Club Requirement, to the Financial Status :
      • Poor: less than §1,000
      • Middle Class: (§1,000 - §30,000)
      • Wealthy: more than §30,000
      • Millionaire : more than §1,000,000

      To be honest, I've always thought the wealth parameters in the club system don't make sense anyway. They should be significantly higher for both middle class and wealthy sims.

      With EP05 seasons, some eccentric millionaires could use the weather machine and select "Money rain" (cost §100,000).

      It will cause some chaos in the neighborhood like negative fights, NPC workers stopping their job to grab the money,...

      These objects are no longer decorative, it's real money.
      • Duffle o' cash (§500k)
      • Bars of gold (§3M)

      • Cars - Buy different cars. From small electric economical cars to trucks, family suvs and expensive hypercars.
      • Stock Trading and Investments - Invest in stocks and a range of different businesses and invest in them in order to increase a potential profit.
      • Establish contacts - Establish contacts with other sims that have other business and work together to complete a range of goals like building a larger company.
      • Golf - Visit golf courses, build golf clubs and houses and establish contacts.
      • Yachts - Invest in a large yacht or build your own yacht and host parties.
      • Airports - Build and run your own airport. Start small with small propeller planes and move towards building a huge airport with jets and helicopters.
      • Hotels and resorts - Build and visit hotels and resorts, expand them by building and investing in them in order to increase profit.
      • Share your lifestyle - Share your lifestyle on simstagram, and other social media.
      • More expensive items - Buy more expensive items that you can use for recreation or for your jobs like high-end computers, tablets, rockets, cooking equipment, fitness equipment etc.
      • More formal wear - A wide range of the latest formal wear like modern suits, dresses and coats.
      • More modern accessories - Stay up to date with your stocks and contacts with the latest modern accessories like smartphones, smartwatches, earpods, carry your stuff with bags, suitcases and backpacks.

      I desperately need this!
      There comes a point with every sim where they’ve: maxed out their career level, have to much money to do anything with, and have dabbled with most of the activities in game.
      I need something to work towards after I’ve done all that.

      When $1 Million is reach, it could unlock sources of high income and risks of big loss.

      "$1 billion in the safe" would be a new aspiration, the sims would become very greedy and proud of their money due to the aspiration bonus trait.
