Introduce your sims: Elvira Jinglebelle was not having an easy time in a relationship with Jack Frost. Elvira is cheerful, mischievous and wise beyond her years. She was having a hard time with all the drama with Jack who she finds unreasonable. She escaped to Brindleton Bay with her Children Clement and Jaqueline Frost. Some years later Clement would reclaim the north pole with a huge amount of support from his Mom's side of the family. All the Actic elves pledged to be toy makers to support Clement's vision. Everybody knows the rest of the story. But what about Jaqueline? She grew up in the SIM world with a wild imagination, a flair for the dramatic and some decent computer hacking and baking skills. She would become a huge star in Del Sol Valley where every set was new game of make believe! They even have air conditioning in Del Sol Valley which really helps her keep it together, she does not like heat.

Elvira and Jacqueline are very pretty! @JojoMOMSTER Little Clement is very cute! The red, green and silver colour scheme of their clothing looks very festively nice. It is nice that Jacqueline is enjoying her acting career in Del Sol Valley

Hi @Cbear13 I wish you a Happy New Year! I hope your horses are doing great I need to renovate a lot so I will enter this challenge (after edges lol). I still play many lots that I built at your challenges. I stop playing for months But now I'm having so much fun and RL is more soft

BTW I feel that MOO is different now, many of my tested lots need now the MOO on... also if a switch a building to another lot many stuff vanish. Build mode changed?

@Cbear13 can you include 30x30 lots? The karaoke at San Myshuno (Spicey market) is a 30x30 lot I want to change that one. But if it is not posible I will enter unofficial... I was sure both karaokes were the same size Thanks!

It will be great to see your build @emere ! I'm working on a build and Sims for this challenge ! I'll be done before the deadline, but I want this to look just right, as always --- but this one's a little more involved !

Hi @Cbear13 here is my karaoke. Thanks for changing the size lot. Some of my old buildings are not Seasons friendly so I building a few new ones. As the game is more demanding with Seasons and my save is old (since vampires release!) I need to avoid the clutter and MOO (I feel MOO is now really unstable, they are some issues at gameplay since the terrain tool.). But I feel my karaoke is good enought to wish you all a Happy 2019:

Steampunk Karaoke is a very nice steampunk themed karaoke bar venue ! @emere The exterior design of it looks great! The brick texture of the exterior walls, and the design of the roofing looks great! The large clock is very nice on the front exterior wall, and looks very nice the way that the windows are placed in a diagonal line. The yellow flower boxes are a nice touch of yellow there. The overhead lantern string lights look nice. The standing clock looks great! Very nice fish water fountain feature. Very nice upper balcony area for Sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating food in the outdoors air. The indoors karaoke nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting and resting on the sofa and armchairs listening to other sims singing. The fireplace will keep Sims warm whilst sitting there. Very nice bar counter area! The floor patterning looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table having a drink from the bar.
It is a very nice karaoke bar venue!
