For this Christmas challenge I may have to enter Unofficial because I've stared a week ago and some of the requirements aren't meet on this I've built on a 40x30 lot with one bedroom but wanted to try out the new terrain tools out not easy as I thought it would be I'm happy to put this in Unofficial as I'm enjoying this build the Budget is way over as well
It will be great to see your build, @chips46! I'm working on a house, and I'm done with it and only $26 under budget --- which was hard...lol ! I have to check things over and play test, as well as make give the family more outfits, etc. .

Thanks @MrsHosni for your well wishes I feel fine and just have to deal with the treatment so its not a big deal. I wish I had time to do a build for this challenge fingers crossed I will get some before Christmas but I have a lot of shopping for presents and baking to do yet haha
@chips46 yes I know its harsh here I burn so easily to but Im pretty good at making sure I put sunscreen on every morning, wear hats and cover up.

The Joy family is comprised of two parents and a child. The family rented to own this property, which they've decorated to the nines for Christmas. The child is receiving wrapped and unwrapped gifts in the living room, as well as the dining room. The parents are both getting a violin. Images (6 max):

Comfort and Joy is a very nice festively furnished home for Sims to enjoy celebrating Christmas in! @coolsim9999999 The roofing and exterior design of the home is very nice! The festive decorations look very nice and pretty on the roofing area, on the windows, either sides of the door. and on the edges of the front porch. Very nice red and green colour scheme used for both the exterior and interior. The nutcrackers, candles and snowflakes are nice touches in the front garden.Very nice festive furnishing and layout of the interior! The floor rugs and floor prints look great in the rooms.The kids room is very nice! The wall pattern gives a very nice look to the room, and the Christmas garlands and wreath look very nice on the walls. It is a cute picture of the little girl hugging the red dragon Her festive outfit is very nice. She will have fun playing with the dollhouse. The windows sitting nook is very nice! Very nice dining room! It looks nice the way that the dining table is angled and that there are festive green chairs for Sims to sit on when eating their meals. They will enjoy eating and drinking from the buffet table and fountain, and enjoy having a drink from the bar with their meal. The wrapped presents look great there. Very nice living room! The Christmas tree there and in the hallway between the living and dining rooms look very pretty. The Sims will enjoy spending time together as a family near the festive fireplace fire. The heart teddy is cute! The lantern ceiling lights are a nice festive touch. The little girl will enjoy using the science table, and doing artwork on the activities table.
