Introduce your sims:
For each girl, I only used clothes and shoes from one specific pack (base game girl has base game, clothes, shoes, make-up, accessories and hairstyle.) The other 3 girls have some accessories, make-up and sometimes hair from their specific pack, but all 4 of them have medium hair with no bangs. All 4 Sims sport, red, black and white throughout their outfits.
Aside from clothes and shoes, you can tell which pack I used by each one’s last name.

Celebrate with Red Pops is a very nice restaurant for Sims to enjoy dining at! @coolsim9999999 The brick texture of the exterior walls looks very nice, and the green plants look great on the edges of the venue to complement with it. Very nicely designed water features at the front entrance to the venue! The type of patterned windows used looks very nice. Very nice rooftop outdoors dining area! Sims will have very nice views when dining at the tables there! The layout and furnishing of the interior dining area is very nice! It looks nice that there are black and white dining chairs , which are at red coloured tables both levels. The red, the black marble and the patterned tiling flooring gives a very nice look to the venue! Very nice dance floor area! Sims will have fun dancing to the dj booth music there. The design of the dance floor looks great! Very nice fireplace nook for Sims to enjoy sitting near the fire on the stools chatting. The bubbles machine area is very nice. Sims will enjoy using the bubbles machine. The rows of knights either sides of the stairs look great! Very nice design of the kitchen. The red piping on the wall and cake wall print looks great!
The four friends are very nice Sims! Very nice black and red colour scheme of their clothing.It is great that their clothing, accessories, hair and makeup are from one particular pack, which is their surname. It is great that the initials of there first and surnames are the same.
The venue and the sims are very nice!

Finally finished!! I wanted to make a historic Japanese tea house with gardens that has been remodelled into a restaurant/karaoke bar (lot can be played either way). The build mixes the traditional and the modern. There is traditional style party room upstairs with low tables and cushions.

Natsunoya Tea House is a very nice Japanese style restaurant and tea house ! @lsnishi The pagoda roofing and the Asian design of the exterior looks so very great! Very nice red, white and black colour scheme of both the exterior and interior areas of the venue! The string of red lantern lights across the front entrance and the red dragons either sides are a nice touch. Very special outdoors areas! The landscaping is very pretty! The flowers on the edges of the lake water, and on the edges of the rock pond look so pretty! The bridge looks great over the lake. The lantern lights are a nice touch on the rock pond. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the venue ! The Asian style pictures and mural add a very nice and special look to the restaurant ! The bar area is great! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar. The design of the drinks shelves wall looks great! The type of Asian style windows used suits the venue well. It looks very nice how the dining tables and red dining chairs have been placed in the main dining area for Sims to enjoy eating their meals or having a drink. Very nice upper level room with the traditional lower table and cushions for Sims to enjoy sitting on. Sims will enjoy karaokeing in the karaoke rook, or enjoy listening to the singing.
It is a very nice Japanese Tea house!

Thank you @JojoMOMSTER! I originally had it on a 30x20 lot but decided I wanted to do a nice garden setting so I moved it to a 40x30. I didn't think about how much longer all the landscaping was going to take.

You know I love asian builds @lsnishi and yours is awesome, the Tea Room is beautiful!!! I see that you use others art at your creations, how you avoid the CC? One of your ponds is from GF?

@emere, yes one of the ponds is from GF, I stocked it with koi since it seems that there should be a koi pond in the garden. And I don't know how people like @rosemow do it, but apparently you can create all this wonderful art by reference without it being labelled cc. Rosemow does some lovely pics as well as several others on the gallery.

Hi guys!!
Sorry been mia again health has not been so good, been in and out of hospital dealing with complications from chemo. Im home at the moment have a suppressed immune system and very tired but im ok. Have had some troubles with my eyes hence I havent been able to update challenges. I plan to update it today for those that do want to enter I know it must be frustrating them not ending on time but eventually I plan to get them back on track. Will try keep some fun ones up for those just wanting something to do.
Missing you all and seeing your wonderful creations

Missing everyone here a lot and playing sims. I might try today to play have blurry eyesight at the moment so building might be interesting haha

@Cbear13, please don't worry about the challenges. We missed you too. I finished chemo myself last July and it is really rough on body. So just take it easy and take care of yourself. Hugs & much love to you as well! Sorry about the hospital food. Hope they allow you to have your family and friends bring better tasting food in to you. (I distinctly remember the NO SALAD/RAW VEGETABLES rule during chemo and I actually wanted to eat salad for once, LOL)

Some of the food is actually nice but some is very questionable lol.

@Cbear13, thank you for the lovely banners! And yes, I'm fine now. But chemo is rough on your body, so please don't worry about us and challenges. I hope you have a chemo buddy or buddies who can take you to your appointments and generally check up on you to make sure you're doing OK and run errands for you when you don't feel up to it. I had family, friends and volunteers from the American Cancer Society helping me out. I'm hoping you have something like that now.
