My English is not very good either, so no worries. As long as we understand each other there is no problem.

I've been very busy in real life but also with building lots in the Sims.
So I present to you 3 new lots because I really like to build commercial lots and shops.
I hope you like them all!

The first one is a wedding lot (set as LOUNGE) , with a wedding chapel, music gazebo and reception room. There is also a kitchen for the caterer.
Name on the Gallery: Romantic Rendez-vous (you can download only the reception room or as a full wedding lot)

It’s a Bridal/Photography Store (set as STORE).

Each of your three new builds are very nice! I have posted about your bakery build and the reception room in your wedding build in the challenge thread so I won't post about them here again, but just wanted to say again that they are so very nice! The outdoors areas of the wedding build is so very pretty! The floral roofed gazebo where the piano is, is very pretty! Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches on the edges of the gazebo enjoying the outdoors air and listening to the music being played, It looks lovely how you have used the spandrels to create the outdoors wedding ceremony area! It is such a special place for sims to enjoy getting married outdoors! It looks very nice how you have set up the seats for the guests to enjoy sitting and watchig the wedding. The water fountain in the corner of the outdoors looks very nice, and the pink flamingo is a nice touch there. Happily Ever After is a very nice bridal and photography store! Very nice exterior of the venue. The wraparound balcony is very nice. Very nice front windows display! The pink awnings look nice, and it looks very nice how you have placed the pictures on the walls on the window for sims to enjoy seeing whilst looking in from outdoors. The planter box windows look very nice. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the store! The type of and placement of the curtains in the store looks so nice! It looks nice how you have used the arches in the build to go through from the cash register area to the mannequin and to the photo studio areas. It looks very nice how you have set up the mannequins in the store! It looks nice how you have placed the male and female looking at each other. The children look nice placed near the windows. It looks very nice how you have set up the tables and pedestals of the items on display ready for customers to come and purchase them. It is great that you have a dressing room. The flowers and the butterflies on the corner wall are pretty touches in the room. The grey and pink colour of the walls looks very nice and suits well the wedding theme. The flooring colour and texture is very nice. It looks great how you have taken pictures of sims standing next to the mannequin forms of themselves! Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting and waiting area for sims to enjoy sitting, resting and chatting together. The pink, beige and white colour scheme of the seating looks nice. Very nice texture of the walls! The heart teddy looks cute there, and suits a bridal store. The toiletries and candles are nice touches on the display shelves. Very nice photo studio area!

@yanti68 Thank you for liking my builds and especially my Bakery. I play with it myself ands it's working fine. Only added a small bathroom afterwards because my Sim (and her customers) wanted to pee during the day!! Love it when you follow me on the gallery!

About 2 years ago I have build a home in the Sims 3: Rosewood Cottage.

I'm still in love with that house so I tried to build something like it in the Sims 4: Flower Cottage
I think it looks nice, but the Sims 4 can't beat the style, finesse and textures of the Sims 3. Judge for yourself.
I love many things in the Sims 4, but for building houses I still like the Sims 3 more.

Your Sims 4 version of the home that you made in Sims 3 is very nice! I like both versions equally nice!
The exterior design of Flower Cottage is so very nice! The roofing and the windows dormer is very nice! Very nice wall panelling and patterning on the exterior of the home. The planter box windows look very pretty! The wall lights look nice how you have placed them either sides of the front door. The outdoors areas are very nice! The front corner area looks very pretty with the fish water fountain feature and the flowers and rocks around the edges of it! The flowers look pretty around the base of the trees as well, and the bird bath is a nice touch. The outdoors lights look nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches enjoying the nice setting and the sunshine. It looks nice how you have done the front fencing and have the sides hedging . The backyard area is very nice! The flowers and rocks there look very nice. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The brown and green colour scheme of the interior looks very nice. The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas looks very nice. Very nice living room area! The brick texture of the walls looks nice. It looks nice how you have placed the sofa and armchair there, for sims to enjoy sitting in front of the fire having a chat. The clock and teapot on the fireplace ledge and the foisted on the coffee table are nice home touches there. It looks great how you have angled the TV into the corner nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching TV. It looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the green curtains in the room! They go well with the texture of the walls. Very nice kitchen and dining area! It looks nice how you have angled the dining table, and the floor rug under the table adds a nice touch in the area. The paving flooring looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets around the windows and the fridge! The fridge alcove is great! Sims will enjoy looking out through the kitchen windows at the outdoors views whilst preparing meals. The kitchen wall tiling looks nice. The teapots and utensils are nice kitchen touches on the counter.
It is a very nice home!

@Puncky99 Your transition from the Sim3-Sims 4 home looks great! I agree...we could use a lot more textures..I do miss those. I like the window boxes u placed & a great look using those outdoor lights as the entrance w/the fence.
