* Happily Ever After - A beautiful wedding store with very nice industrial architecture and lovely landscaping and interior. Adding to my faves!
* Crumpets and Pastries - Cute and rustic bakery! I like each of the details and lovely landscaping too! Adding to my faves!
* Flower Cottage - A gorgeous cottage and the architecture really reflects from TS3 very well! Another lovely landscaping and beautiful interior too!

Wow, I really love your builds! Some of my favorites are the Mexican Casa, Piggy Farm, the Victorian House, and the Flower Cottage, but all of your builds look really well designed! I also really like the Crumpets and Pastries bakery, it's so cute!

The exterior design of Little Rascals Elementary school is very nice! Very nice roofing! The school clock is a nice touch on the roof. The brick texture of the exterior looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the build! The columns look very nice how you have placed them on the upper balcony! Nice seat benches sitting area on the front porch for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine. The lavender and plants either side of the front steps in the corner nooks look nice. It looks great how you have a gate through the playground area. The kids will have fun playing horseshoes, or on the pirate ship or monkey bars. The texture of the outdoors areas suits the school theme of the build. The lavender and plants look nice along the edges of the back of the school. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the school! The brick texture of the foyer area looks nice and it looks great how you have placed lockers on the walls either sides of the staircase. The clothes shelf looks nice on the wall between the bathrooms. Very nice science room! Sims will enjoy doing the experiments on the tables there! The space, crystal and science themed pictures look great on the walls! The green colour of the blinds complements the science tables. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them through the windows whilst sitting at the desk using the computer. The elements display item looks great in the room. The cafeteria is so very nice! It looks very nice how you have used different coloured dining seats there! The stone texture of the walls there and in the other rooms through the build looks nice. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating food from the fridges and reading a book from the bookcases. The magazine rack is a nice touch in the room. Sims will have nice views of the outdoors through the windows whilst dining. It is nice that have you have a computer lab room. The kids will enjoy sitting at the desks using the computers. The type of blinds that you have used in the rooms and how you have placed them looks nice. Very nice art room! It looks nice how you have placed the art tables there. It looks a nice light filled room for the kids to enjoy doing artwork with sunshine coming in through the windows. The patterned purple and yellow floor rug is a nice touch in the room.
It is a very nice school for child sims to enjoy attending!

I'm truely sorry I don't comment in everyones topic. I simply have not enough time to do so. I look at all the screens from everyone and they give me such great ideas. Very inspiring.
I'm very busy with my job, family/friends, my 2 cats and building and playing the Sims ofcourse. I love all your comments and feel guilty for not writing back. So I do hope you all understand and please know I love what you are all doing.

@Puncky99 , I definitely agree with you on the overall look of Sims 3 vs Sims 4. I prefer the look of Sims 3 personally as well. Your cottage re-do for Sims 4 came out really nice and really like how you added a playground and locker room to your school... nice touches! Creek Cottage is so cozy and adorable... really love the barn type roof you gave it!

I really like that dining room @ the top of the stairs there...the curtain u hung there...is perfect! It's nice how u added tile wall coverings in the alcove w/the tub. Nice build, my friend!

Creek Cottage is a very nice home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The curved roofing, brick texture of the exterior, shape of the home and the red colour of the walls looks so nice! The front garden area is very nice! It is very nice that you have a hedge arch entrance to the lot, and the water fountain features look very nice! The flowers, rocks and trees look very pretty how you have placed them in the front and back garden areas! It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the build. The hose is a nice touch on the front wall. The back pool and outdoors living area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table in the corner nook, enjoying being in the sunshine. The sims will have fun swimming in the pool and enjoy the nice sunny sight of the nearby sunflowers and lavender. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The clothes and shoes alcove is nice! Very nice kitchen area! The texture of the kitchen walls looks nice. The fruit pictures and hanging pans on the wall and the mugs rack on the counter are nice kitchen touches there. The floor patterning is very nice. Very nice dining area! It looks very nice how you have placed the red curtains on the window! The red flowers on the dining table and the floral picture on the staircase wall are pretty for sims to enjoy seeing whilst dining. The living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchair there having a chat. The heart teddy is a cute touch on the floor! The flowers, plants, fruit bowl, jars and candles on the tables are nice touches for sims to enjoy looking at whilst sitting having a read from the bookcase there. The sunflowers picture on the wall is a sunny sight for them to look at. They will enjoy listening to music from the stereo whilst there. It looks very nice and homely how you have placed the display cabinet into the corner nooks of the room and the sunflowers and teapot look so nice on the window ledge! Very nice wall paneling! Very nice master bedroom! The blue and brown colour scheme of the room looks nice. It looks very nice how you have placed the curtains over the bedhead and have a mirror on the wall. The bathroom is very nice! The wooden texture of the walls and the colour scheme of the room looks calming. Nice bath tub alcove. The wall tiling looks nice. The candles are a nice touch how you have placed them between the double sinks. The blue semi circle floor rugs add a nice touch of blue in the room. Sims will enjoy using the fitness equipment in the gym to keep fit, and enjoy listening to music from the radio at the same time.
It is a very nice home!

* Little Rascals Elementary - A perfect elementary school for Get to School mod. I like that industrial feel with some rustic interior. Lovely color scheme too!
* Creek Cottage - Very gorgeous cottage with amazing structure, lovely landscaping, and beautiful interior. I also like the small dashes of modern.

I'm still in love with that house so I tried to build something like it in the Sims 4: Flower Cottage
I think it looks nice, but the Sims 4 can't beat the style, finesse and textures of the Sims 3. Judge for yourself.
I love many things in the Sims 4, but for building houses I still like the Sims 3 more.
