MOO cheat is used.

This lot is best set to Library or Gym during daytime and to Bar, Lounge or Nightclub in the evening/night. All things needed for these lots are available. You can do so when your Sim is on the lot (go to build mode and change the lot). When you do so the NPC's will show up and use the buildings.

The design and layout of Talk of the Town is so very nice! It is great that it has a gym, library, nightclub and lounge all in the one build! Sims will enjoy visiting your build and using the different facilities and visiting the different areas of the build ! Very nice exteriors of each of the buildings! They look very nice! The flower box windows look pretty! It looks nice how you have used the roof trimming and the columns in the builds . The upper balconies on the buildings look very nice. The water fountain feature looks very pretty in the middle of the town square! Very nice outdoors umbrella covered tables patios outside the nightclub/bar and the lounge for sims to enjoy sitting having a drink or eating a meal outdoors in the air. The entrance areas of each building looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the awnings over the windows. The bookcase is a nice touch outside the front entrance to the library. Sims will enjoy sitting on the seat benches there, having a read of a book in the sunshine. The textures of the exterior of the buildings looks nice. The outdoors bathroom patio area is nice. The plants in the pots look nice on the curved fenced patio. Very nice furnishing of the interiors of each of the buildings! Sims will enjoy doing fitness training on the equipment in the gym, whilst sunshine is coming in through the windows. The flooring in the gym is nice. Very nice library! It looks very nice how you have placed the bookcases. Very nice sitting area under the stairs for sims to enjoy resting on the seating and have a read of a book. The sunflowers on the coffee table are a sunny sight for sims to enjoy seeing whilst reading a book. Sims will enjoy sitting at the upper level study desk tables using the computers, and at the same enjoy looking through the windows at the outdoors views. Very nice bar counter area in the bar! The new curtains look so very nice on the brick textured wall! The bottles and drinks shelf look very nice on the walls. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. The red flowers on the counter are pretty for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice banquet table and fountain area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table eating and drink food or a drink thst they have served from the buffet table and fountain. The neon bar lights are nice touches on the staircase wall. The bar counter area in the lounge is very nice! The drinks shelves look nice placed either sides of the windows. Very nice music and comedy performance area! The curtains looks so very nice how you have placed them on the walls there! Sims will enjoy playing the musical instruments or performing comedy routines there, or enjoy sitting on the seats listening to the performances.
The build is so very nice!

I present you: Magnolia Florist.
A sweet little florist shop with a lunchroom on the second floor.
I used no CC but I did use MOO. The shop is play tested en ready to open.

Magnolia Florist is a very nice shop! It looks very pretty! The exterior design of the building looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the awnings in the build and the flower box windows are so very pretty! It looks nice how you have done the porch fencing. The flowers and hedging looks very nice on the edges of the fencing and the edges of the building. The roofing is very nice! The circle windows look nice on the roofing areas. The flower cart, plant and vase of flowers are nice touches on the front porch. The outdoors flowers and plants are very nice for sims to enjoy seeing when coming to enter the florist shop. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the store! It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers and plants on the display shelves, tables, pedestals, counters and floor near the windows for sims to enjoy looking at and purchasing. The sunflowers picture is a sunny sight for sims to enjoy looking at whilst standing at the cash register. The garden hose is a nice touch on the wall. Very nice lunch room dining area! It looks nice how you have placed the tables and chairs there. The flowers on the tables are pretty for sims to see when sitting there, enjoying eating food from the fridge or having a cup of tea. The yellow flowers picture , the sun decor item and plates on the walls are nice touches in the room. Sims will enjoy looking out at the views through the windows whilst sitting at the tables. The green colour of the seating suits well the florist theme of the shop. The inside planter box on the window looks nice, Very nice textures of the walls in the store. Very nice upper outdoors balcony. The pots of plants look nice on the balcony.
It is a very nice Florist shop!

Talk of the Town is so wonderful! I love builds that have separate venue ideas as this one!! Magnolia Florist is beautiful! I really like the architecture of the building and the outside is so inviting!

Your thread is full of beautiful builds! I love Magnolia Florist, such a great idea for a retail shop. The exterior is gorgeous, love the landscaping and the awnings. The interior is lovely, love the idea of shopping for plants! Also, your Sims 3 photos are perfection, really makes me miss that series.

Desert Dwelling is a very nice home! The exterior design and layout of the home is very nice! The balcony window dormers are very nice! It looks nice how you have used the pegs on the exterior of the home. The flower box windows look pretty! Very nice front garden area of the build! The pool is very nice! The side water fountains look nice. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool. Nice outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the picnic table in the sunshine. Nice firepit area for sims to enjoy sitting around the fire chatting, toasting food and telling stories. The plants and flowers look very nice around the base of the trees, and on the edges of the front patio fencing. Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table on the front patio, enjoying the evening air. Nice art nook area for sims to enjoy painting on the easel whilst looking at the outdoors setting. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! It looks nice the type of and how you have placed the curtains in the room, and the texture of the kitchen walls looks nice. The condiments, fruit bowl, and cutlery on the wall are nice kitchen touches in the room. It looks nice how you have a side wall bar stool counter area. The sunflowers picture looks sunny there for sims to enjoy seeing when cooking and dining. The floor patterning is very nice! Very nice living room! It looks very nice how you have angled and placed the armchairs and sofa there. The sims will enjoy sitting resting in front of the fire, watching TV or reading a book. The curtains there look so nice how you have placed them! The flowers and plants are nice touches of nature in the room. The patterned floor rug complements well with the seating. Nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table, using the computer. The scenic picture on the wall is very nice for sims to look at whilst sitting there. It looks nice that you have double sinks in the bathroom, and the circles floor rugs adds a nice look to the room. Very nice master bedroom! The colour scheme of the room is very nice! The green lamps look nice on the bedside tables, and the pictures on the walls are nice for sims to see when laying in bed. It looks nice how you have angled the dresser into the corner of the room.
The home is very nice!

Each of your three new lots for Newcrest are very nice! Very nice exterior design of Luxury Living! The roofing and how you have placed the windows in the build looks very nice! Very nice outdoors living patio and the upper balcony is very nice! Very nice pool area! The water fountains look nice going into the pool. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout of the kitchen, living and dining room areas looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the flooring! The clothes and shoes closet is very nice! The bedrooms are very nice! It looks nice how you have angled one of the beds into the corner nook area.
First love is a very nice starter home! The exterior is very nice! Nice roof covered front entry. The flowers and the water fountain feature in the front garden area looks very pretty. The lavender and rock nook in the backyard looks nice. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The grey and pink colour scheme of the interior looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the fencing to separate off the areas of the home. Nice corner sofa nook area for sims to enjoy relaxing and watching TV . The pink flowers on the table there look pretty! The bathroom floor tiling looks nice.
The public pool and lounge is a very nice venue for sims to enjoy visiting! It looks very nice how you have used the columns and arches in the entrance area to the build ! Very nice wraparound curved porches! Sims will have fun swimming in the sunken pool, or enjoy sitting poolside or on the porch at the umbrella covered tables enjoying having a drink. They will have fun playing card games or chess at the card and chess tables. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the building! The computer desk tables area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables using the computer then get something to eat or drink from the fridge. The long patterned floor rug looks nice there. Very nice outdoors patio for sims to enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating their meals outddoors at the tables there, enjoy looking at the views whilst dining. The lamps look pretty on the tables. The bar area and room looks so very nice! It looks so very nice the type of and how you have placed the curtains in the room! It looks very nice how you have placed the seating in the room. Very nice music stage area! Sims will enjoy listening to the music being played whilst sitting at the tables or on the bar stools, having a drink from the bar and a chat. The musical picture is a nice touch on the wall.

Both your builds are beautifully designed and decorated! The starter is adorable! The other modern home is so grand and luxurious! I wouldn't mind living in such a house! LOL!
