I'll probably have some time after this week. It's 'test week' then a new term starts and it's a little slower than at the end of a term. So this week, a lot of stress to get everything done, next week a moment to catch our breaths
Yeah, today was the first test and I have no clue how I did. At most we'll be waiting three weeks for grades, so, fingers crossed! I would like it to be done hahaha!
I've been pretty busy offline, but still working on getting those wedding shots of the Mentalist couple so that I can post the entry. The problem is that I keep actually PLAYING them, instead of just pushing through to the wedding! But last night I scheduled the wedding and invited the guests, so next time I open the game I get the wedding photos. I'd have them now, but I couldn't resist the bachelorette party option when it was presented. The party went pretty late too. I should have grabbed a couple shots but didn't think of it at the time.
Another distraction was that in order to employ Patrick as a psychic I had to place a 🐸🐸🐸🐸 caravan in my town. Well, obviously I couldn't just plop one on a lot and let that be it. I mean, this is me we are talking about. So it became a mini project and I will also be posting a 🐸🐸🐸🐸 lot to my build page when I post the couple, for anyone who is interested. I am so easily distracted *SQUIRREL*
Well, after much ballyhoo and prediction, they have finally arrived. I'm not as happy with Patrick as I was with James Spader. I just couldn't get it quite right. There are definitely times in game when it totally looks like him. But I couldn't for the life of me capture that when I was getting pics. Teresa was easier, and the long hair makes up for what I couldn't manage, even though I was happy enough with her face. Except her jaw should be wider, but when I tried to go that wide other features got skewed and I had to settle on a compromise.
And, @ZeeGee, guess who finally installed poser! How did I manage without it? Even for the few custom Sims I've made. Now it is a matter of finding poses I like and keeping track of them.

@ZeeGee, I've just noticed that James Spader never made it back to my Studio. And, what's worse, he didn't survive my system reboot last month! Do you still have a copy of him on your system that you can get to me so that I can get him re-posted to the Exchange and have him back in my game bin? I'd hate to think that he is lost.
@Jude525 I don't know the show but the actor sure looks like the real guy! And unfortunately I lost James Spader too in a total reset. Thought he was backed up to my back up drive but turned out he wasn't. I kept checking your studio hoping for a re-upload.

I wanted to try to go all out with the decor and landscaping this time, i hope that's okay. I still have the master bedroom to do and the bathroom, garage and outside to finish up, so i'll be working on it for a few more days (maybe sooner, who knows). yeah... i hope it will end up okay.

Although, I do have to pull out the one external drive that he might have ended up on. I just have to remember where the drive is.

It isn't a big change, although I suspect Perceptive might push her career along. I haven't played that trait before, so don't know if it does or doesn't work with the Law Enforement career or just the Investigator career.
