  • Thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying this so far! Sorry that the background is distracting you, I'll definitely keep that in mind the next time I'm on my desktop. Thanks for reading! Haha, yeah, I thought I'd puck a trait that would give her a nore unique perspective. Thank you, I can't wait to share the next chapter with…
  • Thank you, I thought it might be an interesting trait which would make the challenge harder. Your Building Newcrest challenge really inspired me to start this, and i'm really glad that I did.
  • Hmm, I'm concerned about Lilah... She seems a bit hesitant to lay down her roots. I'm not sure if she'll be able to stop with the traveling she loves so much. As she was talking to Jaxen, I couldn't help but notice the fact that she was so eager at the thought of leaving. I suppose not all relationships are bound to work…
  • Ohh, this looks like a lot of fun! I'm definitely going to be entering a submission! Now I just have to find the time to take screenshots, what with my recently hectic schedule. Everyone's submissions are lovely. :)
  • Oh my gosh, this is coming way too intense for me to handle! I don't work out, I don't have a healthy enough blood pressure to handle this, LOL.
  • I'm so excited to see how generation three will pan out -- I like to see how each heir and their spouse act differently in terms of personality and their role in the legacy. It's always interesting to see how the different generations differ from each other! I also can't wait to see your Library build. You're a really good…
  • I love Peter and Lilah a lot -- they're super cute together! Awesome update as always. :)
  • Love the idea behind this challenge! I'm definitely going to try this out. I've never done a story blog before, but I might try that for this challenge. I'm very much enjoying reading everyone's blogs and watching the LP's to see how each person approaches the challenge. :)
  • I don't really care for having toddlers in the future, if I'm being honest. I'm used to not having them anymore. But one thing I very much want is to be able to give children up for adoption; you could give away pets in TS3, and you can adopt children, so I don't get why giving them up isn't a feature. Sometimes I just…
  • Aw, everything is so sad as of late in this comic, but I'm glad that she might be able to get some closure by seeing him again! Nice update!
  • Nice start to your legacy challenge, I just watched your first episode! Unless you're not aware of this, but when uploading videos to YouTube you have to turn off the Sims in-game music because it's copyrighted and your video can then get flagged or taken down. Best of luck in your challenge, and I will continue to watch…
  • @CathyTea Yes, I'm very excited to see which genes carry on throughout the challenge, and how much their house and family will grow! I'll keep you guys updated on how everything goes, and am contemplating whether or not to just make a blog out of this challenge. Thanks for all the help on getting me started with this…
  • @CathyTea I contacted Pinstar by posting on the Sims 4 Legacy Challenge Gameplay Rules; I wasn't entirely sure how to efficiently contact him, so I figured that the official website would be most viewed and get me a response fastest. Thanks for your input of putting in Currently not in World Sims, I completely forgot about…
  • I wonder, when DTS shows up, couldn't you just save your houshold to the gallery, as well as your lot, and then transfer them to a new save game? Although it might be a bit strange that all the premade townies are back, I suppose you could exchange them with families found on the Gallery. Just a thought, of course.…
  • @CathyTea Thanks a lot for giving your opinion on DTS! With your words in mind, I decided to give it a go! I haven't started game play just yet, but I'm developing my founders background story. Thanks again, CathyTea!
  • Hey, I've been considering doing the legacy challenge for a while now, but I'm a bit hesitant. For everyone in this thread participating in this challenge, is DTS really so bad as it seems? I just don't want my Sims to not be able to get partners because of DTS culling all of the townies. Opinions? Thoughts?
  • Ohh, this would be a hard one for me to do. I micro-manage my Sims all too much, which is why I want to see how far I can get before breaking the rules, haha. Thanks @Lynnwood for tweaking this challenge for the Sims 4!
  • This sounds like an awesome challenge, and sounds, well, challenging! I have yet to by Outdoor Retreat, but this has me really wanting to. Once I manage to get the pack I'll be sure to try out this challenge! Awesome idea!
  • @Rainydayz179 I pretty much have a house as well (I mean, it's not fabulously furnished or anything), but I like to turn aging off so that I can really create a story and develop my characters, which is just my preference. Though I do wish that changing that game option didn't change the aging for my other saved games.
  • It's been awhile since I've checked out your comic! I've caught up with your story, and am very much anticipating the scenes to come. Thanks for showing us your "behind the scenes" pictures--I'd guessed that you were using PS, and am very much envious that you have it! GIMP is nothing compared to it, and it doesn't come…
  • Thanks for making this challenge compatible with the Sims 4! I started this challenge the other day, and I'm really enjoying it. I think putting aging on hold helps, because otherwise the teen years go by a bit too fast.
  • I love this comic, and the whole idea of turning the sims 4 screenshots into comics. I finally caught up in the story, haha. :) Keep it up!
  • I love your legacy--especially liking Cooper. Keep it up! :)
  • [LOL. ignore my last post, I want Quinn to meet whats-her-face! Your other sim!]
  • [You can start by meeting my character! Here, I'll start it off] Quinn: I sighed. Huh, looks like my roommate hasn't showed up yet. Too lazy to start unpacking on a summer day like this, I wandered back over to the courtyard. The glare of the heat caused my sticky back to cling to my shirt. Ew. I sat down in the shade,…
  • [Lori is approved! You would have been dormed with another girl, but it seems that she hasn't been on the forum for a while, so you'll have to wait to get a roommate! sorry! Anyho, welcome!! I can't wait to rp with you ;)]
  • [Welcome Emma! Your character is approved. I can't wait to start rping with you :). Serena will be dorming with Elena Stratt.]
  • Quinn: I smiled goofily, my heart fluttering, looking like a love struck dimwit. I continued to stare into space, daydreaming, until someone rudely shoved past me. Jerk. I collected myself before I exited the cafe. I wandered over to my dorm room, unlocking it with an old, scratched up key the color of faded gold.
  • [Hi! Welcome to the rp! Sorry it took a while for me to respond, I didn't see this! Anyho, your approved! Your dorming with Serena Clarke!]
  • [Awkward silence.... I don't know how to respond....:)] Quinn: I was reluctant, but I knew that it was time to go see if my roommate had arrived yet. I'd always dreamed that I'd become best friend's with them, but I knew it would probably be the opposite. Reality is cruel like that. I pushed away from his comforting body.…
