@Stina1701A They are marked as played. I rotate between roughly 180 households in one save. I suppose I'll look at it as @popstarissa said; alumni coming back. @alan650111 I agree. I never complained about the generation of townies. I suppose it makes more sense to pull sims from the game all ready (for performance issues)…
Thanks for your input @UnDutchable. It's very jarring, and I too have seen Judith Ward wandering around. As well as a bunch of my own played sims. I'm thinking you're right about the whole RoM thing. Though, I never saw any of my own played sims turn up as spellcasters unless I made them spellcasters myself. I don't care…
This seems like a ridiculous oversight. The devs have to know how many rotational players there are. I just learned this lesson the hard way myself. Glad I decided to test things with the premades before sending my own sims to college.
@babajayne I'm having the same issue with the go to class interaction dropping out. Only played in Foxbury so far, and the walk does seem far. Also, I can't seem to attend class early on my own? Not sure if that's related to specific traits or something. Know your buildings is hugely good advice.
Those are some tough choices with the stuff pack voting. Glad we get to do this again. I always appreciate the work the devs do to keep communication open with simmers.
@junipersr Haven't done a romance challenge myself since S3, but I've been mulling it over for quite a while. Probably once I had Discover University and the ping-pong table back I'll do so. I had a ping-pong table in my last challenge and everyone had a blast with it. Guess I kinda wanna recreate that magic.…
My sim-self has extended family which is just recreations of most of my actual family members. I wanted my sim-self's children to have some extended family. I do try to have them over for holidays and birthdays and such. I wish there was a way for children to spend the night with their grandparents and stuff like that.
My sim self is a writer married to Two-Bit Matthews from The Outsiders. We have three kids and are financially well off. Waiting as patiently as I can for Uni to send my kids off to school.
Anybody else try to cheat up Tess's spellcaster rank and get the bug where it won't give them talent points? It works fine with the other spellcasters, just not that one sim.
This is why in my main save I play multiple households. Were talking about 182 now. I haven't counted in a while, but that's roughly where I'm at. I used to have a problem where all my single sims wound up married with kids so I'd create a new single sim and start over in another household and eventually just do the same…
I'm sorry I can't be much help, but I can commiserate at least. I experience the same thing, especially with whims to get married. I just give my sims the reward points and cancel the whim for now. I'm not sure what's causing the issue, but I've been experiencing it for quite a while.
Those witchy looks are stunning @Netzspannung! You used a few skirts I always struggle with and they look phenomenal here. I am always in awe of your CAS abilities.
@WildIrishBanshee as soon as my game finishes updating I'm going to check on this for you. Edit: They changed the name. It's now: "Shout out from..." in the social menu on a Sims' phone.
@lizisprocrastinating that's hilarious and horrifying. If only you'd left him as a teen until the mood swing had passed. They can't die from emotional deaths as teens if they're having a mood swing, thankfully.
@nerdfashion if you have the fitness SP use the headphones and have them listen to music while they write. Provides them fun and keeps them writing longer. I think it does make the task take longer because of the doing two things at once, but it's a trade off I guess. I do, however, totally agree that a bookworm writing…
While not a very feminine person myself, I find myself using this game to express that side of myself a surprising amount. I have several sims who are fashionista workaholic moms. :D
