Raj and Geeta are one of the few premades I never touched since purchasing City Living. Finally decided to give their story a go.
After much persistence Geeta convinced her son to give dating a serious try. He hit up the nightclub with some friends and there he met two ladies he was extremely attracted to. Both of them clearly were not interested after failed attempt at "dates". But that night, I noticed Jade Rosa eyeing up Raj, so I decided to have Raj try with her though he wasn't as attracted to Jade as he was to the other townies (based off the Wonderful Whims attractions system).
Can't say Jade and Raj hit it off either, though Jade was the most responsive to his romantic advances. And truthfully I was in a rush to get the ball rolling because Raj got that inheritance call, which I like to imagine was secretly set up by Geeta lol.
About 1 day into their relationship I tried the "Talk about Marriage" interaction with Jade which failed as expected. Didn't deter me. Raj hosted a dinner party at his apartment where he proposed to Jade after dinner, under the city lights. Ngl was expecting her to refuse, but nope, she said yes! So with three days left to claim that inheritance I've planned out the wedding events. Hopefully the Rasoyas can collect a nice sum.
Ultimately it doesn't matter because the Rasoyas aren't struggling by any means with their 60K simoleans, but the extra gameplay was appreciated for this vastly overlooked household in my save.

They've only been married two full weeks and my sim self's second wife wants to flirt with her husband's son-in-law:
It's probably cause she knows him, but they are not friends. Sims can't accept they know someone and are not friends with em. Sometimes they wish to talk to that sim, sometimes they want to flirt with em.
@Glitter_bug That enormous spider reminds me of how my older brother described the spiders underneath the hedges, the soldiers hid under in Vietnam years ago. He said everything was big over there.

They really be like that sometimes though! My sim is always cursing now and idk how to get her to stop, even her mom is just like "doo duh doo" and doesn't even seem to notice so I can't like...reprimand my teen sim for cursing.

This is truly changing the nature and personalities of our Sims in a bad way. Erik still doesn't utter profanity, not in the game. I had him get made at his fiancée and retaliated by saying Boofoe on you. And he called her the Potty Mouth of the century, or somethin like that. I spell it like I do, because that's what it sounds like in my game. I was totally shocked when Kayleigh started this up. I know her father is a Captain in the military, but that doesn't mean his daughter needs to swear like a sailor.
