1.) Can you get knocked up by Greg?
2.) Are vampires and werewolves automatically hostile to one another?

    Questions about the toggle.
    • If you have it on, is it just the werewolves from Moonwood Mill that will appear in wolf form in other worlds or will the game also begin to spawn other random werewolves? And will they randomly scare and/or attack other sims in worlds outside Moonwood Mill?
    • If you don’t turn it off from the beginning, but then decide you want it off, does it work immediately or is it like the NAPS that if it’s not off from the start you’re kind of stuck with what you got unless you use cheats?

Will creating a married werewolf and Vampire sim in cast, still make them hate each other?

Could you share the other tiers? Even when they're not unlocked yet, it would be really interesting to see the description of those.

If I move the library or bar to a different lot but still in Moonwood Mill will the NPC bartender and librarians still be used or will it be randomly generated like other lots elsewhere?

Thanks for all the answers so far :).

    CROSS-PACK COMPATIBILITY

    Tunnel Progress

Progressing to different areas and items is effected by your sim's stats. Here are some cross-pack things I noticed while exploring.
    • Dark Areas: A regular sim cannot see what they are doing in some places, but being a Vampire means you have automatic Night Vision. Werewolves have to unlock this as an ability.

    Tunnel Loot

There are lots of things you can find in the tunnels. Here are the cross-pack items I've found so far.
    • Encyclopedia Vampirica Volume 2 - From Vampires.
    • Wolfbane Seeds - From Vampires (originally, I think).
    • Moonwood Wand - Realm of Magic tie in. Usable by Spellcasters. Description has Moonwood Mill lore.
    • Ball! Ball! Ball! - Pet ball, from Cats & Dogs
    • Faux Meat Cube - From Eco Lifestyle's Faux Meat Wall.

    Food & Drink

All things edible... And not so edible.
    • Bad Tasting Werewolves: Vampires probably only dislike Werewolves because they taste disgusting and they don't like eating them.

      4GeelIX.png

    Cross-Species Socialising
    • Werewolf - Vampire: Introductions between these two result in immediate dislike (around half red bar). This means any autonomous socials between the two are likely to go badly.
    • Werewolf - Spellcaster: Introductions are fine between these two.

    Gardening
The Moonwood Collective plant random seeds in their two planter boxes, including seeds from other packs such as valarian (RoM), emotion mushrooms (CoL) and soy (EL).

They won't all be suitable for the current season, but you can uproot any that aren't growing and they will plant something else in the slot autonomously.

You can also find various produce in pack resources and pack gifts to further add to your collection of plants.

    TUNNEL EXPLORING

    Areas/Encounters/Obstacles
    • The Underground - The way in. No choices, no encounters, no loot, no lore.
    • Tunnel Thoughts - Tunnel, with random thoughts text. No choices, no encounters, no loot, no lore.
    • Frog City - A frog breeding room. No choices, no encounters, random frog loot, lore.
    • A Busted Chamber - Broken cell. No choices, no encounters, no loot, lore.
    • A Garlic Room - Doorway. Choices, no encounters, Vampire related loot, lore.
    • A Garlic Haven - Vampire bunker. No choices, no encounters, , Vampire related loot, lore.
    • A Presence - No choices, no encounter, moodlet loot, no lore.
    • Diverging Paths - Junction. Choices, no encounters, no loot, lore.
    • A Wet Dog? - Tunnel. No directional choices, no encounters, no loot, lore.
    • Finders Keepers - Tunnel. No choices, no encounters, random loot, no lore.
    • Growling - Corner. Choices, no encounter, no loot, no lore.
    • Furious Growling - Tunnel. No choices, werewolf encounter, moodlet loot, lore.
    • A Lonely Howl - Tunnel. Choices, no encounter, no loot, lore.
    • Searching in Silence - No choices, no encounter, food loot, no lore.
    • Lost - Tunnel. No choices, no encounter, no loot, no lore.
    • Ouch! - Accident in tunnel. No choices, no encounter, moodlet loot, no lore.
    • Leaving the Underground - The way out. No choices, no encounters, no loot, no lore.

    Lore
These tunnels lead to various storage rooms, bunkers and other exits/entrances.

Some rooms are occult themed, some are storage and some just seem like living quarters and likely belonged to the Werewolves before they moved to the surface.

Choosing occult paths reveals more info about the shared history... If you can see it or get to it, of course.

You can also encounter a Werewolf, get scratched and contract Werebies, which is one of the ways to turn into a werewolf. Werebies is eassily cured, so don't worry about it too much if you want to explore.

Basic Loot found so far (non cross-pack)

    Produce:
    • Mushroom
    Frogs:
    • Sunsurfer Frog
    • Spotted Heart Frog
    Moodlets:
    • On An Adventure! +1 Happy

      ThOw014.png
    • Battered and Bruised +2 Uncomfortable

      IKsBNQv.png
    • Something's Watching +3 Scared

      ACBuiHk.png
    • Werebies! +10? Angry

(Can't find pic, sorry. Comes from Werewolf encounter if sim is human. Last victim was a Servo, so no werebies for him).

    Tips
    • Being able to see in the dark will help you see more of your surroundings.
    • Being strong will help you move obstacles.

I'm taking a break now. I'll keep adding to this thread as I find out stuff in game. I haven't even got to the Fated Mate gameplay yet, and I could only socialise with Greg once (with a Mersim) before he ran off.

Double check the posts to see if I edited anything new in since you last checked.

if, say, we have some sims we've already made that we'd like to be a family of werewolves, but don't want to just have them all bitten for story's sake... do we have any idea what the cheat commands for something like that would be yet?

    FATED MATES

Please Note: The info I have collated here is from other players and gurus as I haven't played with this feature myself yet. Though, if you prefer to play mixed life state couples (like I do) it's likely not a feature you would see/use very often. This is why I wish only one of the sims had to be a Werewolf.
    • Fated Mates will always be another Werewolf. So if you know for sure someone isn't a Werewolf, or your played sim isn't a Werewolf, then flirt away as you don't have to worry about that connection forming.
    • You can only find your Fated Mate by deliberately flirting with other Werewolves. Only player initiated romantic actions count towards the chance of it happening.
    • Fated Mates have RelBits (2 linked hearts, like Soulmate) and also a Sentiment with the mate.
    • You can can be in another relationship, even Soulmates/Married, and still find your Fated Mate if you are deliberately flirting with Werewolves other than your spouse.
    • Gender preferences/orientaion is taken into account because the only candidates to be Fated Mate are the sims you choose to flirt with. You can have gay couples if you are flirting with the same gender Werewolf, for example.
    • There is no "ask" in Fated Mates. There's just "is" or "isn't". The decoded messages just confused the issue.
    • Werewolves can only have one Fated Mate in their lifetime, and being immortal is a choice, so think about that before you settle down.
    • You can choose to deny fate, and not be with your Fated Mate. Regular romance is still available to any Werewolf that wants it.
    • Someone posted in Deaderpool's Discord that Greg's diary mentions a Fated Mate being cured of the Werewolf curse will mean they are no longer your mate. This is likely due to the feature only being available to Werewolves. Sad about this as that would have been a good workaround to get mixed Fated Mate couples.

How do you teach toddlers to howl. I had my sim turn into a werewolf and still couldn't do it even though he wasn't enraged. Also how do you get toddlers to say goodnight to the moon?

If I move the library or bar to a different lot but still in Moonwood Mill will the NPC bartender and librarians still be used or will it be randomly generated like other lots elsewhere?

Thanks for all the answers so far :).

@JemmaTheSimmer I have a different librarian and I haven't changed the library at all. Not sure why. Maybe they switch shifts with each other, like the bartenders.
My new librarian is a werewolf too though :)

What's the easiest way to gain XP as a werewolf? It's taking me ages. So far I've found that marking territory, howling and ferociously intimidating sims gives XP but it's not a lot at all. Hunting doesn't seem to give XP and is also a rabbithole which was disappointing.

Can random walkbys become werewolves if they happen to get into a fight with a NPC werewolf?
What if the random walkbys are your sims in households you're not playing?
    telemwill wrote: »
How difficult is it to get werebies or get an accidental bite?
I'm echoing these two. How safe are our non-controlled Sims from the wolves? I'd like a few Werewolves in my worlds, but I can do without every other Sim joining their ranks. Hopefully the Werewolves aren't too bite-happy, but one never knows.

    Thanks!

I have one more question, not sure it was found out yet by anyone, but can Greg become a fated mate?

Or was his fated mate Avelina and that's why it will never happen? I mean he has a wedding ring on his finger, so I assume he had a fated mate and romantic interactions with him never turn him to be another wolves fated mate.
