Thank you @rosemow I do love little frogs facinating and cute creatures so I thought I would have a go at making a home for who ever collects them, I read that there are rare ones in the desert so thats why I built there. I might even have a go at the scenario myself
I'm currently working on a family-friendly restaurant on Bargain Bend in Willow Creek. I really like how it's shaping up, but the friezes are not co-operating with me. Don't want to get rid of them as they look so good but they place so weird! There's also a weird ceiling/roof glitch going on at the front two corners of the building - if you know how to fix this please share!
Your restaurant WIP is looking great! @arcHannah Very nice exterior design and the interior booth dining area is great! Very nice colourful kids play area. The jigsaw patterned flooring is very nice
I am using some My Wedding Stories as the door is cheap and nice trees, the garage door is from Snowy Escape its a good price and its wide. Wall is debug pieces made small and plants/planters are debug too.
This is the central place of the “Olde Platz” neighborhood in Windenburg. On the left is the library in a lot called “Quad Manor”. In the center at the back of the place lies the nightclub “The Narwhal Arms” and on the right is the “South Square Coffee” situated. The builds are a bit boring and quite simple, so once again EA gave us much room for improvement. It somehow begs for being overhauled.
I simply could not refuse this offer. I tried to rebuild the buildings, but at the same time preserve their respective function. Naturally, I ended up with dozens of towers. Guess that is somehow my style. Like the last times, I tried not to stick with one design but to give every building a sort of individual style. I have to admit it looks somehow like Disneyland or in in general like the scenery of an amusement park. The library is Cinderella’s Castle, the night club is Captain Hook’s pirate hideout with a light touch of steampunk and the “South Square Coffee” evolved to “Café L’Oriental” and looks like a palace from One Thousand and One Nights.
Once again I cobbled that pirate ship prop from Get Famous together. It’s not the first time I did this and despite of having no function or interaction, it’s looking good as a decorative object. To me, the ship is the “Narwhal” and therefore the eponym of the nightclub.
Every lot is still completely playable, every level is reachable for a sim, and they can be used in their original purpose. With exception of the nightclub (glass domes), I didn’t use any CC.
Anyway I’m pretty happy with the result. Hope you like it too.
I guess I will later post some details to every particular building, but for today I guess it's enough to have an overview of the whole ensemble.
Thanks for watching.
Bonxie: Great Skua, stercorarius skua. Meet me on Fair Isle.
Your makeover of the neighbourhoood is so very creatively great! @Bonxie Very great architectural design of each building! The towers are great! The palace cafe is so very pretty! The blue and white colors are lovely! The steampunk pirate theme of the nightclub is great! Very lovely library castle.
The neighbourhood area looks so very great!
Thank you @rosemow I was trying to copy a googled image but I changed it completely Lol, im glad you think it looks lovely and you like the pool in the decking Thanks
I renamed my version of "The Narwhal Arms" into "Persephone" and moved it from the Windenburg Olde Platz to the Windenburg harbor area. It looks way better at that location. I had to bulldoze the "Discotheque Pan Europa", but I never used that lot before so it was no loss for me.
Also the night view is beautiful.
In the background you would expect to see the public pool "Bathe de Rill", but I didn't like it from the design and I also never used it. So I speed built the Windenburg "Harbor Fort" to get a better scenery for my "Persephone". Once again I got that inspiration from real life. Maybe that building looks familiar to our Canadian friends. Examples can be visited in the eastern Canadian provinces, like La Citadelle de Québec, Halifax Citadel and Fort Louisbourg on Cape Breton Island.
The models mentioned are national historic sites in Canada so I set the lot type to "National Park". It's completely playable, contains all the items which are required for a National Park (Grill, Picnic Table, etc.) and has a small tourist office and washrooms in the gate house.
I hope you like it.
Thanks for viewing.

I started this big cabin in Granite Falls, the inside is huge so I wont do this in a day Lol. I will inclue the inspiration picture. There is a lot more to do outside and inside is empty but for stairs and a ladder.
Inspiration I did change the wood tone as the orange looking 1 hurt the eyes
Thank you @rosemow I am pleased you think it looks like the image and the flowers look pretty Its large but I think the original is even larger, im not into building large very often but im getting into the cabin fever so to speak
I am having Fun at the moment using lilsimsies shell for #SimsiesBigMistake as its diagonal and crazy shaped, so I decided to do a jungle build, this is how its going
I have used some Journey to Batuu items plus base game, Jungle adventure. The golden fence is free from Get Famous.
Thank you very much @rosemow for saying my Jungle villa looks great, I do have a thing for balconies and anything to do with water so the pond on the left has Crocs in it as I have seen them in Selvadorada Im off now to hopefully finish it as its the last day in the challenge. Thanks again for the great comment.
