Your Country/Western themed nightclub WIP looks great! @Khree29 Very nice exterior design, and the wraparound porch and balcony are great! The design suits the theme very well!
Thank you @rosemow I have made it with my Hunter Cottoneye in mind as I loved playing him in Sims 3 so I made him a while ago and its about time he was in my game, I love his erratic trait it makes him fun to play and all he likes doing is fishing so he will be close to fishing spots there plus he can go on vacations
The windowsills are very nice! @hely0t Very creatively great design of the maze! It looks very great! You are very creative!
Thanks. I wanted to be able to put little items and plants on them, and fill the empty space outside with something fun.
I have a few WIP I'm alternating, and earlier I wanted to begin a modern-looking house. This is all I have so far... just a shell lol. But I'll update this later with more!
It's coming along okay.

This is what I built this evening and inspired by a Sims 3 Christmas build of my own.
It would be a rather expensive shop to own so I think I will put it on a 50x40 lot and create a new Magic HQ for Realm of Magic so I may change the colours and I will make the roof more pretty. I will add another updated screenshot later.
Getting Better the roof will change later
Back lots of walkways
How I left it yesterday and now going to do more
Thank you @rosemow I have been thinking and it would be a rather expensive shop to own so I think I will put it on a 50x40 lot and create a new Magic HQ for Realm of Magic so I may change the colours and I will make the roof more pretty. I will add another updated screenshot later.
I have finished for the Day and this is the Realm of Magic HQ so far Inside and outside. I did not want to clutter too much but there are plenty of potions and crystals. I added Fish Tanks as some are used in potions, I will get my sim try and get some tomorrow.
Btw the far left room on ground level I was influenced by Sybil Trelawney from Harry Potter its for Tea Leaf reading and crystal balls : ) Thats why its got more rugs and hanging lamp sets from paranormal pack. It can sleep upto 8 so sims can stay overnight and it has a large kitchen. Bathrooms have showers and 2 bath tubs.
Nice name @JojoMOMSTER but it is going to be The Realm of Magic HQ building thats why I am building it where I can see it properly. Any more names I can only think of *Realm of Magic HQ* lol
Your Realm of Magic WIP is looking very lovely! @luckyheather Very great exterior design, towers, balconies and the windows are very nice! The interior layout and furnishing is lovely! It is a very detailed build!
Thank you @rosemow and yesterday i was doing the front garden and sent my builder to catch fish for the tanks inside. I also tried out the outside wall cover and roof colour in the Magic realm and a white Eco roof looked so nice so I will change mine today. Thanks for saying the furnishing looks lovely I did try leaving spaces for the Magic training and duels
I couldn't resist. My next try to build something really big on a 64x64 lot - and once again it turned out to be a castle. It’s called “Schattenberg” and it replaces the Watson family estate on “The Olde Mill Hill” in the Old New Henford neighborhood in Henford-on-Bagley.
The idea behind is to have three different architecture epochs in one lot. The darker tower in background is called "Motte". Those fortifications were built in the 10th century. On the right side is the typical knight's castle which represents the era before the invention of cannons in the 14th century. On the left you can see a renaissance building which has lost its military purpose and is used as a feudal residence.
The other views:
Today you can see those different styles for example at the famous Windsor Castle, the residence of the Queen of Great Britain.
After being disappointed with that throne prop from “Get Famous”, I redesigned that part of the building. I of course could not resist after finishing it. The temptation was too great. Having a throne room and NOT sitting on the throne is too big a challenge.
If somebody is interested, my other two 64x64 castles in the spoiler section:
Burg Schreckenstein:
Windenburg Castle:
The first throne room draft, using the throne prop from "Get Famous". It's looking good, but unfortunately, the throne can't be used. There are no interactions, you can't sit on it. You even can't climb the dais. It's a prop, nothing else.
Thanks for watching!

Your new castle build is very creatively great! @Bonxie You are so creative! Very great exterior design of each of the buildings representing different architectural times. The towers and windows are very nice! Very great arch entry area! The terrainwork, rocks and trees are great.
The redesigned throne room is lovely! It is great that your sim can now sit on it.
Your cat park castle WIP is lovely! @luckyheather Very great design and the towers are very nice. The cat signs are great, and cute cats either side of the front entrance!
Your WIP home is very nice! @luckyheather The exterior design is creatively great! Very nice glass roof side area. It will be a great home for the scenario.

And a simple little maze for kids. I'm thinking of replacing those flower bushes at the dead ends with gnomes as a creepy surprise.

I just built this unusual house thinking about the Frog collector scenario and the right side with glass roof for the Frog collection and some plants.
I got the idea from a little lego picture I have had ages, its not the same but it was inspirational
