I don't really know the difference between deep dish or hand tossed. But I like thick crusts without any stuffing. I can't stand thin crusts. Might as well not have a crust at all.

Hand tossed is thick on the edges and thinner on the bottom, but not as thin as thin crust. Usually cooked on a screen. Deep dish is cooked in a pan where the crust is more uniformly thick on the sides and bottom. The crust on a really good deep dish pizza takes a lot like fresh bread that just came out of the oven. mmm mmm
