I like the original version @oXseashellXo . It looks very nice!
If you want to keep the costs down, perhaps you could put a coffin in a bedroom instead of a normal bed.
But if you want to have a vampire cellar, you may be best to increase the budget a little and add a few more items.
I'm working on a large lot inspired by Jungle Adventure. it will be a 5 bedroom home.
I've finished Jaguar's Perch a few minor changes but the overall look is the same check it out on my showcase thread.

Your WIP is looking so very nice! @BlueShreve Very nice layout and design of the build! It looks very nice built around the courtyard. The water fountain feature area looks very nice. The greenery on the monkey bars is a very special touch! It looks great that you have used it to make a gardening nook. Very nice trellis covered pool areal, The fireplace sitting nook looks very nice.
I will look forward to seeing the finished home!
The exterior design of the fraternity building looks great! @Blastboom The type of windows used look nice and the brown brick wall texture gives a great look to the build. Very nice double storey entrance area. I hope that your work on the interior continues to go well.
@oXseashellXo I am still working on the Brindleton Bay build it just kinda got pushed back a bit but I did mess around with it and I think I found something that works though I do thank you for your suggestion.
My suggestion to you go with the first where it's decorated but affordable because as you play you could always add the shed later. Unless you plan to start out with a vampire than I would suggest to maybe still using the first home but still add the shed if that's where you want the coffin and instead of stripping the house of the decor just change out some of the more expensive furniture and see if that helps with the price.
Here's an update picture I did add some items to the backyard just to see how it look and to see if I liked the changes I made. I moved the porch in a bit and made some changes to the roof in the back I think it give it less of a flat look. It's still a work in progress though.
Your WIP is looking great! @cmbaker16 It is nice that you are planning to have an outdoors dining area on the patio and a swimming pool. I hope that your continued work on the build goes well.
This is a house Its for a 15x15 House contest. I'm going to add rooms to it, we choose a bigger piece of land or if I'm just doing them all in the basement. I will make a cellar, a rehearsal room and gym and a guest room with a bathroom and an office.
Your WIP is looking very nice! @AudreyLD Very nice design and layout of the exterior! The car port looks great! The exterior wall texture gives a very nice look to the home, and the type of fencing used looks very nice. The flowers in the front areas of the home look pretty.
I hope that your work on the interior goes well
my current WIP, I did a search for hacienda and was inspired so this is what I have so far. Not quite sure if this is the color scheme or not I'm still playing around with it.
Your WIP is looking great ! @cmbaker16 Very nice design and layoout of the build. The roof covered front entrance is a nice touch. I hope that your continued work on the home goes well
WIP stands for "Work In Progress" It is mainly used for build projects to show that something is not done but it is being worked on. Sooner or later it's going to be finished or maybe not.
Your new WIP is looking great @Heaveness I hope that you will enjoy simming and working on the build. I will look forward to seeing pictures of your progress on it
The build is looking great! @Heaveness It is nice that there is a bubbles machine area inside the building and the patterned stools are great for sims to sit on whilst using the item. The vases look great in the outdoors areas. Nice nook area where sims can use the workbench table or artefacts table under the canvas shade. Sims will like doing their laundry outside using the washtub and clothesline. It is great that there is a tent to sleep in. Sims will enjoy sitting around the campfire toasting food and keeping warm.
The updated version is going well!
So ... I wrote this book, "A Gentleman's Murder". I've been away for a while because I've been deep into intensive edits and rewrites, but now that's done and I'm mostly free until the official release date on 31 July.
The story is set in 1924 London, England, and begins with a gentlemen's club ... so of course I had to sit down and try to build the place in the Sims!
I'm a little hampered by certain things in the real world being not quite possible in the Sims world, and also there are a few space constraints. But hey, as long as it works the way it's described in the novel, right?
The finished build will be described in-game as a restaurant, I think. In the book, the kitchen is in the basement, but the Sims restaurant kitchen doesn't really need as much space as a real world restaurant kitchen, so I'll put it on the ground floor with the restaurant dining room, where the serving pantry should be.
It is exciting that you have written and are publishing a book! @Xinqun That is great! Your WIP that reflects the building where the story takes place looks very nice! It looks very nice how the open shutter windows are placed and how the columns are used. Very nice roof covered front entrance area. I hope that the rest of your work on the build continues to go well
Ive got a couple WIPs Ive playing around with off and on. Decided my sims needed new hip and happening places to socialize at, so I built a karaoke bar and nightclub. Using spoilers to avoid page stretching!
The Purple Crest Nightclub and Bar
I had to demolish the nightclub several times to until I was satisfied with the main structure. I do have another nightclub that precedes this one, but saved it to my library to work on another day.
Your WIPs are looking very nice! @InuMiroLover The exterior design of both the Purple Crest Nightclub and Bar and Karaoke and Chill builds look very nice! The lighting on the exterior edges of the venues gives a great look to the builds. Very nice water features in the front areas of the builds. It looks very nice the way that lights line the edges of the front pathway to the entrance in the first build. Very nice roof covered front entry area in the second build. The layout of the interiors look great ! Very nice bar areas. The drinks shelves on the walls add a great look to the bar areas. Sims will enjoy dancing on the patterned dance floor.
They will be very nice venues for sims to enjoy visiting !

I'll post more pictures as I make more progress into my build and eventually finish. I tend to take a long time when it comes to building things lol
