I'm back to testing older issues and found one that got fixed at some point - we can now place our builds in any manner and lighting colors/intensities will still be retained.
@Nectere I found the same issue with one of the bookcases from cats and dogs too, I think its just one slot buts it way behind the bookcase. Im not in game to find the name of the bookcase but it was the more antique looking one.

@BryonyRae She is right "The Floatin' Shelf" bookcase from Cats & Dogs has extra slots, 4 almost two tiles back aside from the two slotted into the bookcase.
Conversely the "Revolutionary Book Stowage" has no slots even though it would appear that it should.
@Nectere@Kementari I've updated the thread on AHQ to include the bookshelf as well - see here. As for the bookshelf that seems like it should have slots, there are some other bookshelves (admittedly just a few) that also don't have slots, so it may be designed that way, but I'm looking into it and will log an issue if not.
I am having an issue with the "Brohill Wood Counter Solution". The corner piece does not line up with the straight pieces if it is against the wall. (nvm they all do it)
Yes, they all do that @Nectere. You can align the counters with the grid and drag a half wall at the back of the counters. This way they will all line up.

Ok, I guess I didnt test far enough. I dont like it tho, especially since they dont have a backsplash. (I did end up using a half wall to counter the counter imbalance hehe) The agitating factor with half walls is the amount of the trim that overlaps/goes beyond the end of the wall. Its way too far imo.
@BryonyRae or anyone else - is it supposed to happen if you have one broken sink in a houseful of sinks that suddenly you are unable to clean up or throw away? Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes, that is very true. It's defenitely not perfect, but a more acceptable workaround.
@Nectere regarding the corner counter issue, I think the problem there is when you have a corner counter partially against the wall, the entire object behaves as if it is against the wall, and it changes its size accordingly (as all counter types do when against the wall). I think this was done in order to support backsplashes, and the coding is still there even for counters that don't have them. We might request that it be changed, but I'm guessing that it's tricky. When you place objects up against walls, many of them are actually intruding a bit into the wall because the wall has a thickness that extends beyond the grid line, but the object is sized to fit or snap to the grid. If you don't shrink the object's size a bit in the back, something like a backsplash would be inside the wall instead of against it. What they could maybe do is allow builders to select from and manually place either of the two sizes and also allow us manual backsplash control. I'll add the request to our list.

I'll second that motion - and/or....give us the ability to move that trim in and out, like the roofs.
Has this been brought up? I seem to have a little dot every time I place the double Arch from Pets. You can see both arches in pic have the dot.
Thank you
