Really missed doing these challenges as my laptop had died and had to be fixed. Luckily I've got it back, reinstalled my expansions and am ready to go! Perfect small build to get me back into the swing of things

LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: A modern, minimilistic build with all the essentials. A small but effective kitchen, a simple living room that feels comfortable and welcoming, a study with a desk and bookcase. There's also a small bathroom but with everything you need. The bedroom is a perfect place to relax and chill out after a hard day.

I finally have a build that I'm actually proud of. But it's over budget by 4k!
So I'll have to keep tweaking it until I get the look I want, within budget.
I'm loving all the entries that are dripping in! Makes me want to try even harder!

Man, I'm glad it's not just me! I've built and rebuilt six or seven times (I've lost count at this point!) and I've only really loved one of the builds. Of course, that one didn't have enough money to properly furnish it once all the walls were up. I do love this challenge though. I'm really having to think about it.

If you're seeking a taste of modern this is the perfect home for you. Located on a 10x10 lot but still has a decent amount of landscaping in the front yard.
I'm such a happy camper right now. Finally got my build within budget. Really had to cut down on some furniture, which was a shame, but it still works! I'm happy with the result. Now I have to arrange and sort the screenshots and get my entry upthink it will be up later today. I'm play testing it now, with some moo fusions

I've approached this build, with the view to give Mr Smith a home from home,or a much as i could with the tiny budget and plot size,keeping within the color pallet and with the general feel for what i think he may be accustomed , functional but i hope comfortable as well.
