What is missing in San Myshuno is the ability to put several community lots at the bottom of the buildings (similar to the apartment level).
Actually San Myshuno isn't designed to host Retail lot and Restaurant lot because of the festivals.
More stuff that Sims can build, like for a survivalist or a sim that's off the grid, and an axe to collect wood for these woodworking projects. Maybe add growable trees that sprout seeds and can be cut down.
I would like a Rock garden that sims could populate with various rocks they find around the neighbourhood and souvenir rocks collected during their vacations. Each rock should have a story or memory associated with it.
We need more stuff for teenagers, kids, and elders. Kit specific ideas: Playdate stuff kit, Adolescent Drama kit, Over the Hill kit. These could include everything from bringing back the dress-up trunk from TS3, to a whole retirement community lot and interactive objects for elders! I'd write a novel now, but I'm short on time. I will post more ideas later, I'm filled with them!!
I would love a gameplay kit about puzzles, and we can solve them and hang them on the wall. It can bring family gameplay and when the puzzle is finished we can use it as decoration. Also if the logic skill is high we can make a custom puzzle that works the same way as the cross stitching and the painting skills.
I made a thread on formal wear, actually maybe this place is more fitting; since these are specifically CAS items & added gameplay, I definitely more formal wear for ALL genders & age groups, especially the men who don't have a lot of options. Formal wear & some additional everyday wear as well, clothing relevant to today & maybe some pieces inspired by a few past decades, fashion is always evolving.. with some homage to it's past as well. More clothing for our elderly sims & additional hairstyles, just in general hairstyles fitting of today for all ages would be cool, kids, toddlers need an additional pack in all clothing categories. I guess teens not as much? since their clothing can be adapted into young adult-adult stages, maybe a kit specifically for teen-young adult that can also crossover with packs like University, & also a kit again for toddlers that involve strollers, those twin strollers, toddler toys & activities, generally more kits & even packs that focus on activities, because those are lacking.
I think now that you have the chickens you should make a farm expansion pack where we can far ride trackers four wheelers golf carts and horses take care of cows, chickens sheep's, lambs, roasters, etc.... I think a Farm expansion pack in a country setting would be fun
Could we have an option to hire a handyman to upgrade the appliances etc? I can't be bothered to teach every single sim handiness skill, plus it's not always realistic. A super rich sim would rather hire someone to do it and not all the unbreakable items look as good as the lower quality ones, so this option would be perfect.
I'd buy stuff packs that were just themed to decades (1950s, '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s). Right now I'm piecing that stuff together with cc and I'd happily pay for just one-stop shopping.

I have a Sim with level 10 handiness (as well as a few other skills) and I saved him in my gallery. When I need upgrades in my game, I briefly move him in with the family that needs his services, have him upgrade everything, then I move him out and delete him from that save.
Bring back garages/cars. Pool tables/fooseball Imaginary friend for children. More stuff for teens to do. I miss having parties when the parents went away and sneaking out. A more rebellious turn for teens, it used to be my favourite age to play and is just so boring now
In my opinion I think the Kits direction should be a tad bolder in direction. I think the teams and EA should be brave enough to NOT try and appeal to every one. I think that they should sometimes make kits that are supplemental to old packs. So here is my suggestion I would do a two pack release each time maximum three. One be something very marketable and the other with something that supplements an older pack that not everyone will enjoy because they don't have the pack it would be supplementing. It would in theory offer items cool enough to attract people to the older pack or they could do bundle pricing with the supplemental kit and the original pack.
For example
Kit #1 Moroccan Nights (Popular) - A kit of Moroccan decor for the bedroom and bathroom
Kit #2 Cleverly named Indian Restaurant Kit (Not as popular but useful) - Supplemental restaurant decor and build items for Dining Out and has a few bonus recipes and a tandoori oven and related recipes
Kit #1 Making Medieval (Not as Popular but useful) - A Build Kit of Castle Buy/Build pieces
Kit #2 Nail Spa (Popular or not, Toss up really) - A game content pack that has new CAS finger and toenails, Mani/Pedi stations, NPC nail techs, (If you toss in a lot designation this might be better for a GP but I digress.
Kit #1 Luxurious Nightwear (Popular) - CAS Sleepwear kit that give a bunch more choices for Sims to sleep in. Some very high end, some ratty, some just comfortable for granny also more slippers and robes
Kit #2 Twin Lakes Revisited (Maybe not as popular but really great) - A Game Play kit with Popular items from Sims 2 Bon Voyage for Granite Falls.
And if we can get "Macho Man" by the Village People in Simlish and Physical by Olivia Newton John I'd have paid the $5 just for that. Lol

Just curious, did Soviet fashion really stand apart from the fashion of that time? I thought all the clothes back then in many places were somewhat on the similar trend path, minus the iconic fur hats & big & fur coats maybe. This is the mid 80's- early 90's set right?

That looks like pages from Burda magazine, and since it's in Russian I imagine it's dated early 90's after the fall of communist regime. The magazines were popular at the time, because of their western fashions. So, yeah, that's not Russian fashion just old fashion.
I would like some changes/additions to the fitness idea. I would love if people had to learn to swim rather than it coming along with fitness. I always thought it was odd that enough otg cleaning meant I was fit enough to (and experienced enough) to free dive.
So, separated fitness skills with perhaps some peril for attempting actions risky for your level...swimming in particular, you could get into difficulty.

The Sims 4 General DiscussionI agree, we need a Kit when it comes to the world "Sixam". It makes sense to me.

The Sims 4 General DiscussionI'm doubt about the return of birds cages. I think aquariums must be updated first.
