Creative notes about your room: I wanted this to function like a mini studio. The back wall is blank so it can be painted to create a backdrop, the rug color can be changed, and then props added. The reference photos and paintings turn out great (imo ).
Back Story: Level up painting and photography skills easily in this well appointed art study. The large, blank wall can be painted, the rug color changed, and props placed in front for reference paintings and photos. Includes easel, digital sketchpad, cameras, bookcase, clay for molding, and a radio. Made for the #fireflysimya February Room Challenge hosted by #coolsim9999999. The Art Study is a great room! @Lissykin Very nice design and furnishings! Your paint by reference pictures are very nice! The art looks great on the wall! Very nice study desk area to enjoy using the digital sketch pad. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel. whilst listening to radio music.Very nice blank wall to use as a backdrop

What a beautiful and fun backyard @AlJay!!! I love all the details and the pops of color --- especially the pops of orange/Irish flag umbrellas and the Tiki bar!

The backyard area is lovely! @AlJay Very great design and layout! The colourful furnishings are very nice! The balloons are pretty! Each area is lovely! Very nice pool for swimming or relaxing on the floaters. Sims will enjoy relaxing poolside on the loungers under the umbrellas. The bar area is lovely! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having drinks in the sunshine. The dining area with pizzas on the table is great! Sims will enjoy drinks from the keg.Very nice sunken bubbles machine and colourful cushions area. The string lights are pretty! Very great outdoors movie area! It is nice that there is a popcorn machine there to enjoy having popcorn whilst sitting on the stools and cushions watching movies. Very nice sunken firepit area. Sims will enjoy sitting around the fire keeping warm or toasting food.
It is a very great backyard with many lovely areas!
