Sims Party Patio is a very lovely party patio! @coolsim9999999 Very great design,layout and very nice furnishing of each area of the patio! Very nice hot tub and fireplace areas.The green,yellow and blue colors are very nice, and lovely curtains. The wall pattern is very nice. There are lots of activities for sims to do there

The amount of lights that you @AlJay and @coolsim9999999 have managed to tuck in everywhere gives to backyard a dayglow feel. I think you've managed to outdo the strip in Vegas by quite a few lumens. It looks so amazing at night.

Thanks so much @JojoMOMSTER ! Yes, both parts do make the backyard quite bright! I really love that backyard @AlJay ! I went with the color scheme, and I also used TS4's new colors.

The Communications student has a nice space to visit in person with friends, there is plenty of seating and always room for one more. The notebook is for written communication. The media station if for having an online presence.

Communication Student’s is a very lovely bedroom for a communications student ! @JojoMOMSTER Very nice design,layout and lovely furnishings!The patterned curtains are pretty.Very nice sofa and armchair chatting corner. The notebook is a nice touch on the table. Great study desk area to enjoy using the computer for studies. The media station corner nook is very nice. It looks very nice the way the wall divider separates off the bed area. The floor rugs are very nice.
It is a very nice bedroom!

Here's the finished bedroom for a computer science student !
There is a desktop, a laptop, 2 slablets and 4 hard drives in the room for a total of 8 computers, and they all love Bella Simms !
