My exploring Sim (as you can see he hasn't been doing the best of jobs avoiding Selvadorada's dangers LOL) seems to be intent on having a staring contest with this particularly fashionable skeleton.

I think, with the state that he's in right now, he's probably thinking she's just another fragment of his imagination... cause I imagine he'd be hallucinating like crazy by now! He's been stubbornly refusing to acknowledge the fact that he really has been poisoned for more than a day now (even after the poisoning persisted) - just pinning his hopes on the fact that his vampirism would grant him immunity. It doesn't.
