I really enjoyed the openness of your letter as I really got my creative juices flowing. I hope that you will enjoy each of the gifts. I really went outside the box on a few of them, but I think you will enjoy them. Some have some "unique qualities" that I won't get into until posted. Your first gift will be after work today (later in the evening, roughly 12 hours away). I know torture right, but I am pressed for time. I am sure it will be worth the wait.
Have a great day

The first gift I am going to share is the Coastal Sands Pool & Bistro. This was a complete tear down of the community pool in Sunset Valley and then remade into something more modern and classy.
What sim?
Oh That Sim?
Pay NO attention to that sim in the picture, she's just helping me out at the moment to show this off.
So first, a nice big blue roof and an open and airy area. Pools are made for the summer and this is a great way to enjoy the sun but stay cool.

The white wall kinda hides the pool from the front, but you shall soon see why.
Side entrance really shows off the openness and as you can see there is some seating available.

It's a nice big area for the size of the lot it is.
There's the bistro as well in the back. No light in the kitchen as I would imagine the bulk of the orders would happen during the day. You can set the menu to anything you like. Maybe something light to go with the airy feel.
Screenshot-6 by Lady Emillye, on Flickr
Glass walls surround the kitchen so everyone can see the chef prep and cook. I believe all of the bistro tables were designed for a table of two.

Birds eye view of the kitchen, washroom and shower room. They are for both genders.

I hope you enjoyed your first gift. More is on the way of course

A permanent replacement for that boring old Sunset Valley pool!
Nice job
Thank you Tanu. Normally I'm not into redoing community lots. I never even use the pools, so I thought, nice change of pace to kick things off lol.
Thanks Ciane. I think I was thinking, more for decoration than actual functional use. I'm not a shower in public showers type of person, but I know they're there O.o
Haha, I'm sure they'll be popping up all over the place.
Thank you and I believe so. I rather like it so I'm sure I'll be getting some use out of it myself. A place to go in the summer on days off, or a date.

(They kinda look like Sandwich triangles . . .I may have been hungry at the time of build O.o)
First up is the little Bake Shop and fully functional. A small little eat in area and everything you need (the bakery stove and fridge to create more, if you want to own it)

Next is the Coffeehouse. A place to sit down, have some pastries and coffee and just groove.

And finally, we have a High End Restaurant. It's small, so it's exclusive as dining seats are limited. You can hire a chef and set the menu to whatever you prefer. And of course a bar as well for any sims wanting to moonlight.

Each restaurant was designed to be minimalistic in nature in case you wish to have a sim own it and run it.
Gift 3 will be posted tomorrow morning, which ties into Gift 4, which kinda ties into Gift 5 but has no bearing on Gift 6 lol.

I enjoy baking as well! And yes, you should coin this for your own blueprints I'd go there if I could.

Both of these lots seem like they could do really well in both Riverview and Sunset Valley, which makes them very versatile.
The only kind of garden I can grow is a virtual one.
Dragons - must haz dragons!
LOL, thank you!
Thank you and yes that resident does appreciate the good things in life . .at least from what I could see.
Hehe Thanks. I haven't had too much time to really enjoy it, I'll definitely need to put it in a few of my worlds I'm using at the moment. SV is more of my testing zone for some old houses mostly and someone has been going around and redesigning the homes room by room.

Thanks. I haven't really played Riverview before, one of the few worlds I don't really play in as much. I'd be looking forward to placing them in two of the custom worlds I'm using, although as one is at a Pioneer stage, it'll have to wait.

Enjoy the pool haha and the Triad. Hopefully they become hot spots. The Triad is in my world, not sure about the pool.

Carbonell - The Inherit Challenge.
Meet Mischa Carbonell, the last known relative of Sunset Valley's Carbonell family.
You never heard of them?
They're as famous as the Altos and . .that other family, lol.
It's that big house in town?
Doesn't ring any bells?
Well, in any case, Mischa will get you acquainted. The descriptions are in both the household description and the challenge is in the lot description in game. But Mischa's grandparents left their home to their only living relative, Mischa, but just the house. So Mischa moved some of her meagre belongings and must turn the Manor into a well lived home, worthy of the Carbonell name and pass on to future Carbonell generations. Now you could ignore the challenge and just continue her life or if you do decide to do the challenge, the main part is you have three choices: Going to Uni, going with the first job that rolls as a want, or get a part time job and work as an author or painter, etc.
Now that you know a little of the back story, you can meet Mischa.

Look at that wide eyed, what did I get myself into, scared look.
And her clothing:

I did say Sparsely furnished:

This is a two story building as well, but the stairs are gone.

Soooo Open:

Hmmm, Mischa doesn't look impressed . . .
Hey Mischa? Are you signing away the deed to your home? No challenge?
*Silence*
Screenshot-33 by Lady Emillye, on Flickr
Wait . . .Mischa? Where are you going?

Edit: Took a peek at the file and the type is lot so I'm guessing Mischa comes along later then.
Edit 2: @LadyEmillye ~ installed it into game & took a look... house AND sim are there!

Looks like Mischa is on a mission! It'll be fun to see what she gets up to. Love the open and airy house too ~ It will be fun to decorate.
Lol, maybe.
No, Mischa should come with the download. I uploaded as a household not just the lot. Although, I will go back and check!
Thank you! With decorating, a house can be the way a person likes, and I'm all for choices
