I have a friend who has 2 car dealerships in his studio if you would like to look at those. His screen name is @ajaxpost. I use several of his items in my games. I love his fishing spot and the pub especially, and have used one of the car dealerships. He does not use cc and I've never had any issues or problems with them.

what would be really amazing allso is to find a home for Hanna, fit for a snob, and with her own designer studio.... if it was on a 40x30 lot (5D) that be simply perfect.

3C: 60x60, I would like some chain houses here in LN apartment style, stile family homes. Sharing a playground with room for fun and picnic (playground equipment, maybe a build playhouse, a grill and some picnic tables + some toys) in the middle. Maybe a laundromat as public area.

Hmmm... converted old farm sounds interesting. A very different style than the ones I was thinking above so instead I will create something similar to your sample farm picture. Let me know of any special features you would like me to add to the lot :-)

OK, rough potential layout. Kinda what you are looking for? The building with the half-roof is a 3-car garage (converted milking shed, lol. I'll probably make a small woodworking tool shed and a little orchard towards the back. The buildings will be connected with terrain paint garden stone pathways. I'll fine tune the playhouse and roofing later. Where should I create this lot... currently it is at 8 Lakeside Dr.

beside the outside sharede facilities arnt that important (not even laundry as ther is alaundromat in the town, and it is "just" townie homes.

I suspect the farm on my picture is whitewashed stone and straw roofing (very normal in Denmark at some point) but the out house wood.

Hi, I did a bit more with the kids playhouse and terrain layout and started on the landscaping and exterior walls - still need to fine-tune this though. I'll create a little tool room near the stream later on. No spawners... you can add them if you want. I did add a garden and some fruit trees though. I'll add more windows when I start work on the insides. TTFN.

It would be really nice to find a hobby shop to have on lot 2B or 4B
that or a music shop... or even the toys shop...
any way both to be shops... and they could sell difrent things, on the same lot.

Hi, I've finished your converted farmhouse apartment lot. Just play-testing and fine-tuning as I go along.
Everything is good except no NPC neighbours as yet. I've set the NPC doors but they don't seem to be moving in... am going back in game to take a look at Bridgeport to see if they set the markers differently. They are NPC roommates hanging around the lot - however not living in the NPC apartments... weird. If you are good at making apartments and can fix this I can upload the lot for you to take a look at.
I've added some fun activities... some in the screenshot below. Thought it would be cool if sims could sit on the rocks. The family balloon fight activity fit perfectly in the lot. The barn is a fun place now with dancing and a DJ booth. Will upload more pics to a separate thread later on.

hmm ones I get HS sorted I might have an idea for a challenge thread... becouse when you have everything this will be a challenge in every world... how can I use all I got.... so... hmm
how would a lets flesh out this world challenge be.... 1 world pr month, goal to make lots so all content is used.... for easy redo of the worlds.
edit how many worlds are there? including the 5 travel worlds (though maybe (Oasis landing schould count for 3... so it is 7 worlds)
