Hey hey! Happy Halloween to everyone! I didn't have a chance to make any creepy builds, this year, but I did make a new home.

I would like to present Black and Tan Townhouse. For this home, I had a bachelor in mind. This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with a tredmill for the sim to stay fit. The bottom floor is open with a bar and melded diningroom/kitchen/livingroom. I hope you enjoy!~

Black and Tan Towenhouse is very nice! The exterior design of it looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the friezes in your build! The brickwork texture of the exterior looks great, and it looks very nice how you have used and placed the open shutter and other types of windows! The planter boxes look nice on the windows. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the front edge of the home. Great gardening area at the back of the home for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the garden boxes. The tan colour of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The black colour scheme of the furnishings looks very nice! Very nice kitchen area. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there, and the island curved bar stool counter is great. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools eating a meal or sit at the dining table when sims friends come for a meal. They will enjoy listening to music from the juke box when dining. It looks great how you have placed the key wall decor either side of the menu sign. The red colour of the candles looks great with the black of the rest of the room. Sims will enjoy practising their comedy routine using the microphone there. Very nice living room area ! It looks great how you have placed the cabinets around the tv. Sims will have fun resting on the sofa or armchairs there watching tv and having a drink from the bar.Very nice study room nook area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the study desk table there using the computer or having a read of a book from the bookcase. Very nice upper landing sitting area! The flowers and plants on the table and floor there and the yellow flower picture on the wall are nice for sims to see when sitting on the sofa there. The yellow and green of them looks great with the black of the other furnishings. It looks great how you have used the black patterned floor rugs there. Very nice bathroom! The wall tiling looks great and the type of and colour of the blinds there looks nice. The hanging robe is a nice touch on the wall and it looks great how you have placed the towels on the wall. The mirror alcoves look great! Very nice master bedroom! The brown colour of the walls looks nice. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. It looks great how you have placed the windows on the bedhead wall. It looks nice how you have placed the armchairs either side of the tv for sims to sit, rest and have a read. The green plants are nice touches in the room.

Hey hey. Here is my newest upload. More pics to come later on. Willow Creek Court House. This is a Library lot that I made into a "Court House". I forgot that the court house is the normal place to have trials, so a trial area is not included, but I do have a Mayor and Judge office on the second floor, though they are small.

Your Willow Creek Court House build looks great! It is a great idea for a community lot! Very nice exterior of the build! It looks very nice the type of and how you have placed the windows in the build! It looks very nice how you have used the exterior level trims/friezes. The water fountain features either side of the stairs are nice for sims to see when coming to the court house. The exterior texture of the build suits well the type of build.
It is a great build!

Library 1:

Willow Creek Court House. I did not include a trial area, I totally forgot about that until I had uploaded. This does have two stories and a set of special Judges or Mayors chambers on the second floor - they are small but they work as offices. I always put an observatory on my libraries, so I included one here, too. Of course this was before I had thought of my lab.

Library 2:

All That Science Labs has all your logic needs. This library has a lab on the second floor and a roof top garden (I have not planted any plants, sorry). An observatory is located on this lot, too. I keep a very clean grey.

Your three builds are very nice! Very nice exterior designs of each of them! Very nice layout of the interiors of them! Nice sitting areas in the Courthouse build for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the armchair or sofa seats having a read. It looks great how you have placed the bookcases back to back in the Courthouse build and have study desks either side of them for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables using the computer. It looks very nice how you have done the side wall section of the build where you have placed the cabinets around the bookcases! The pictures that you have placed on the walls are very nice for sims to see whilst sitting at the desk tables or on the armchairs reading or using the computers. It looks very nice how you have placed the windows in the Science Lab build, and the rooftop garden looks great! It looks very nice how you have used the hedge fencing in the build! It is great that sims can come to the library and use the observatory and microscope there. Great interior of the lab building. It looks very nice how you have done the glass walled section of the library, where you have placed the study desks. The fish bowl is a nice touch on the front desk counter Sims will have fun playing in the game cube on the upper level of the building. It looks great that you have placed the elements item there. The type of seating and modern furniture that you have used in the build suits well the science lab theme. It is great how you have done the ground level outdoors gardening boxes nook areas. Sims will enjoy coming to build and harvesting plants both there and on the rooftop. The outdoors balconies look very nice! It looks great how you have done the water fountain feature! Your Little Pink Starter home is very nice! The pink colour of the exterior and interior walls and the furnishings looks very nice. The pink trees, clouds and rabbit on the interior wall is a nice touch. The pink curtains look pretty. It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels in the area between the kitchen and living room! The pink and pattetned floor rugs add nice touches to the room. It looks nice how you have used open shutter windows for the home.
