I tell you what I'm looking foward to adding my own stuff to this venue especially the La Cirula Set from the store.

Now I finally have a use for it.

I've never heard of La Circula/La Cirula before? Think you can give me a link to that set. ;)

I know there is something called "Le Cirque Celebration".

Shady.......... I'm sure you knew what he meant.

I would rather them release the venue this week because the worlds take so long to download and with the venue to download on top of that I"m looking at a good 30 minutes or more till I can get both downloaded. I have a gaming pc but these worlds are big files so they take a while to download.

Not only that a lot of people will be downloading this world at the same time. Other then the long download time I'm psyched for this world and the venue. I wish they would put up the venue page so we'll know what's coming with it. I have a feeling there is some suprises we don't know about yet.

Right?! I'm so stoked for this world I'm practically jumping out of my skin! I'll have to wait until finals are over to download it though, or my productivity will crash, just like the stock market! Oh the historically relevant puns are endless!!! 8)

Oh... my... God... I'm going to make a speakeasy!!!! With a rotgut room just like in Who Framed Roger Rabbit!!! Time for my Twinbrook Bayou sims to get busy distilling bathtub hooch (juice  )! Now I'll have a use for that Katy Perry Sweet Treats Jessica Rabbit Dress... If only I could make her a lounge singer. They should release a custom content old timey microphone for crooning! I know we have the Showtime singing career already, but since the violin with new compositions was such a nice addition, why not some new songs?

Thank you Sims team for making this world!!! <3

    Wow !!! :D

This world looks just so amazing ! I can't ait to buy it ! Great work Ea-team !

It's been so long time I was looking for a new ''normal'' city to play with and I'm so glad it is eventually on the way.

I wonder about the families... I'm glad that the Capps are returning, but I really would like to know a little more about RH's households...

Pleeeease EA-team :?: ! Can we have new informations about it or is it just too early ?

    Good idea, Matpeng! :)

The Art Deco is one of the world types I voted for in the polls. I'm very pleased with how fun (and classy) Roaring Heights is looking. It will look perfect with some casinos and arcades, too. Thanks Store team!

P.S. Thanks for posting the video, Rflong! :)

I love the new world. Thanks for posting the trailer :D

It's beautiful. The buildings are wonderful. SO happy to see a new city. I love the art deco style and the animations with the car. Venue is fantastic too.

The only thing I am not excited about is the Boardwalk Attire set that comes with the gold version of the world. IMO it doesn't have that spark the rest has, but I'm sure that many players like it and will buy it.

Looking forward to live broadcast. HS.

Simguru Copeland on twitter said the venue is 64x64 because the roller coasters take up a lot of space.

I just created a petition to have a festival lot in the world. If anyone is willing to sign, it is here: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/0/728651.page#11582050

SweetieTreats, I was just thinking about a festival lot for Roaring Heights the other day. SimGuruSmitty used to make them, but, since she's gone, I wondered who'd make it.

I'm excited for this! I love the old fashioned theme of it.

Are any "classic" families going to be in it? That'd be awesome :)

    Hey,

I'm a bit concerned about what was said in the broadcast about the retail version.

As far as I understood there won't be an North America retail version but there will be one for Europe.

So what does that mean for all countries that are neither ? Will they get one ? Will it be available trough Origin ?

Problem is that there are many many countries that can't buy simpoint bundles. If they can't buy the bundles they have no chance on getting the world unless it's available on Origin.

Some clarification would be nice :)

EDIT: Russkii confirmed to me that there will be an Origin version for everyone later on. So all good. Now all we need is a date :)

Since the retail version will not be available in North America according to the live broadcast will I be able to buy it with my EA Account Balance because I know that with Dragon Valley you were able to buy it that way and I want to make sure the same is true for Roaring Heights.

It has been said that the Capp Family, from Veronaville in TS2, will be returning in Roaring Heights.

I think it's horse pucky that you can't buy it with points. Why are Roaring Heights and Dragon Valley cash only? The others can be bought with points.
