Thank you. It worked out for the Holguin's, shame i didn't get to rotate round to them as much as i'd like to have. As each sim year comes by I have a brief idea of what's going to happen when and how with what families too.
Princess Roddy changed into his feminine cold weather outfit. Then he and his Clydesdale mare, Tammy, set off for Britechester. They had an enjoyable ride:

Princess Roddy and his aunt, Shelly Heart, headed to the Old Quarter Inn in Windenburg. There, they played darts:
Shelly scored 7 points, whilst Princess Roddy scored 24 points. The princess had won!
Afterwards, the pair played foosball:
Shelly won this time. After chatting, the pair went back home to Dianthus Hall.

@misty4m When you turn off NAP voting, it only turns off voting for new NAPs, it doesn't disable NAPs that have already been voted in.
Try playing a household who lives in the affected neighborhood, click on their mailbox, and check the NAPs. Are there any in effect?
I moved the Wilsons to a house I built on the Arid Ridge lot in Oasis Springs. Chris went to the living room to practise his typing, and I noticed that he had an "unpleasant surroundings" moodlet. I couldn't see anything obvious, no hidden plates or anything. After a bit of investigating, it was because one of the fish in the tank was of foul quality. Once I got rid of it, the moodlet had gone. I don't often keep fish in tanks, so I didn't realise it would be a problem. But it makes sense now!

I don't believe it's the NAP @mightysprite because I play with six different folders and it's only happening in two folders.

Within one hour my my sim mom got fired from her level 8 job and the kid got kicked out of school after having a B. Clearly one of my mods hates me, but I have no idea which one.
I made a new husband and wife today and they had their first baby. A little girl named Leanna. I finally aged her up to infant and the first time Mom feeds her I get notified that she's a "Feeding Tinkler" and 'Gassy"...I've always avoided playing babies/infants and age them up to child immediately. Why didn't I do that this time?! LOL...this should be interesting.
@misty4m It would make sense that different neighborhoods would have different NAPs enacted, but, the easiest way to know is just to check the mailbox while playing a household from that neighborhood.

I wish it was the NAP that would solve the random fighting @mightysprite and after reading EA forum earlier today there are other players having the same issues.
I had to delete my sim friend because she made it clear in her conversation bubble 🚫, she didn't like him for no reason, there friendship was in the green and not the red and she kept attacking him for no reason.
I only have two chapters of Schemes left to rewrite and move over to the blog which will be available on Friday. And I have most of the work done on rebuilding the Tartosan Sun save. I have all of the lots and sims I need for Matteo and Liberty's wedding in place. As soon as I finish those two rewrites I can have a wedding. But first there's some bachelorette fun. Liberty and the girls out having some fun in Sulani sun..
@misty4m oh wow that tanks, yeah I haven't moved much but it is draining, poor little guy I developed some extreme allergies after the mask thing I don't know if they alone caused it but I miss not having allergies bleh. They make for a fun story, occasionally I don't know if you have seasons but there is a holiday for playfighting, if they hug after at least it is a more harmless bug.I have naps turned off but I still see voting so I don't know if that option works. ah I wish I was having a wedding but it isn't needed I may add a new save file just to get to throw a wedding.
@Ellupelluellu thanks I want to say I am adjusting but not in the way I hoped, my husband goes in fairly early too and sleep in on day off? No we have to be up cause it's just gonna happen lol. @Lucy_Henley when I have that problem I start looking at odd corners or places I haven't decorated much and just dig in, you can make some weird bathrooms that look just right, for who knows why ha.
Mmkay I was behind like always anyhow I just have a shot of the Rose's new house I don't know working through a lot of households it seems it has been longer than it was I'm finally seeing the ridge in snow!
So pretty, and I think their horse agrees he rejects his new stable and just sleeps in the snow.

Jeb tries to jog every morning and today Saiwa accompanies him again.

Neighbor: "Is this your dog?"
Saiwa: "NO!" Jeb: "Yes ^^' "
Neighbor: "You are Martha's new ranchhands, aren't you? How has your first day been? Do you get along? We can't see the farm but don't hesite to ask if you need advice."
Saiwa: "Uhm - first day? ... yes, we get along. Thank you..."
Neighbor: "That's fine! See you at the Country Bunker! Bye!"
Saiwa: "That was strange. We're at the farm for the fourth day, right?"
Jeb: "Maybe time runs faster at the farm? But we've been at the Country Bunker on two different days..."
Saiwa: "Maybe time slips back and forth? Oh my... let's fetch our 'dog' and go back... you and Kiyoshi need to find out what's going on with the meteorites."
Back at the farm.
Kiyoshi and Jeb are channeling their magic.
If they could take a look at the meteorites from above, they could see that they lie together in a heart shape
Jeb, whispering: "I can hear the horses!"
When Jack went to the cellar to make his wine, he found a breakthrough in the wall - and Kiyoshi?
Kiyoshi: "I was a bit exhausted after the channeling so I went down here and found this room behind the barrels! I can make my cheese here! Right next to you!"
Jack: "Wow - this farm is always good for a surprise!"

@RedDestiny92 The hard part about moving is him dealing with the allergies and me unpacking everything don't make it easy on him but I have an indoor patio that I can close the door and unpack some of the things.
I do see the notification from NAP but I don't have an option to vote because it's turned off in my game, it just hurt that I had to delete his best friend, after his best friend attacked him so many times for no reason there was sadden relationship of feeling hurt listed in their profile of their feelings about each other and they never hugged like some of the other ones.
I do take a lot of screenshots which is perfect for me to use in any story and the fighting is a plus but the random attack on my sim from his best friend had me confused because there was no red bar between them.

After a rest at home, Princess Roddy called Jessica Lacey, his sweetheart. Then he set off for Plumbite Pier. Jessica met him. 'Roddy!' she squealed excitedly. 'Jessica!' the princess replied, excitedly. The pair caught up:

Once they got there, they marvelled at the landmark. Jessica Lacey smiled and gave Princess Roddy a loving smooch on his cheek:
The princess smiled. After chatting some more, the pair blew kisses to each other and said goodbye. They had enjoyed their time together!

Whoa, so many mysteries! I'm starting to get the feeling the meteorites are the core of the invisibility thing... and possibly a lot of other stuff happening around the farm. But even in between all that it's starting to look like the guys are actually making really good progress there, starting with different skills is lots of simoleons flowing in.
Janine visited her daughter in Chestnut Ridge after, of course, buying an appropriate outfit. She just got the riding skill and decided to work the barrels...That woman likes to jump into the deep end...
I had an "issue" where some clothing items in CAS were tagged as CC, even though they were EA-designed items. For some things it was all the swatches of the item, for some it was only some swatches that were tagged. I started a thread on Answers HQ and everything...
Today, I got thinking about it again. I looked in my mods folder for any outfit mods... and remembered I had installed a couple of Bienchen's outfit mods. It was one of those that was the culprit! Specifically, one that affected outfits worn by NPCs at the City Living Romance Festival. I checked Bienchen's website and it even said that EA clothing that had been assigned for use by the mod would be seen as CC. I obviously completely forgot!
It's a fairly minor mod and I don't mind not having it. I'm kind of proud that I worked out what the issue was, but also feel kind of dumb that I didn't remember what Bienchen's website had said about EA items assigned for the mod. *facepalm*
