    Here's the first I chose to display. It's not the first house I built in the Sims 3, but it's one
    of the first I uploaded with a new picture as it's main photo.

    I decided to build a little modern suburb on an empty street in Riverview and this was the second
    house I came up with. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a HUGE basement that has not one, but two
    seperate entraces to the outside. The carport is a unique design that matches some of the gridwork
    on the house.

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"
    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"

    There's a study in the back for a writer - you can actually see it through the back windows above
    the second entrace to the basement. The workshop is tiny, but maybe you can put a few tables in
    there and have it be for a collector... or a treadmill... another bathroom for when you put in a
    pool? Whatever you like.

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"
    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"

    As you can see there's plenty of room to expand if you need to build another bedroom in the basment.
    And here's a shot of the kitchen:

    Here's Home #2 in the form of a Modern Villa... The front looks basic and modern
    yet the back is a splash of style:

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=400""height=300"

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=400""height=300"

    As you can see this home also features a great staircase accessing the second floor inside as well as out. A family of 5 sims would fit easily into this home.

    Check it out and don't forget to recommend :wink:

    Another modern home, this time befitting the woods. It's on my modern street with the others but
    the coloring is perfect for a modern sim in the country. It's got a huge basement too, ready to
    be turned into a play area and maybe add another bedroom.

    Here's a really cool contemporary home- it's more block-like than the others but it still has some roof flair. The carport is covered by the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for the kids. So if you have a Sim family of 5, this home is perfect.

    There's lots of room inside but it lets in lots of light and would be great for those sims who venture outside more often.

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=400""height=300"

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=400""height=300"

    I know a lot of people focus on big houses, others on starters, but this is a nice mid-level home for your accomplished sims. Enjoy!

    If you like it, please recommend it. Thanks!

    So I needed dateable guys in one of my neighborhoods and I decided to build a party house... to be
    honest I think I made it too nice, but let's pretend one of the guys inherited the place. It can
    be converted nicely into a family home.

    I put a sister in there too so one of the guys would have a relative in the neighborhood you
    download it to. Just move her out into another home (I'm putting her with a bunch of girls) and
    delete her bed.

    Hey I really like what you do with your roofs, It really sets you apart form other modern home designers. The party house is great lookin too, it may need some more landscaping but the double rooflines really make the house.

    The anticipated Master Chef's Chateau is here! I uploaded it as my first lot for this thread then realized no one could truly appreciate it without the pictures of the lot- because the game's shot was just ugg. Soooo I learned how to change the upload photos and save this lot for, well, now!

    This house is awesome! If I really played the game I know the family of sims who would live there would get along great- space to move and grow- from the nursery to the party area for teens upstairs. Pool parties anyone?

    And this one comes with it's own story tour. Check it out!

    I remember back in the day when I ran a weekly challenge for 2 years. Now I
    hardly have time to build a house for one, let alone a SCHOOL. Yet I did! I
    wonder how many people have sat down and scetched out the actual floorplan of
    he Mutant mansion because it's quite the puzzle!

    They used Parkwood Estate in the first one with scenes from Casa Loma interiors,
    but in the second two movies switched to Hatley Castle for exteriors and trying
    to mold all three together- WHEW! I think I wasted like 8 pages of tiny-graph
    paper. Everytime they filmed a scene I was there with my pause button and pencil,
    ready to sketch. The strange thing is- when I finally figured it out it all fell
    into place.

    And here it is!

    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"
    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"
    screenshot_original.jpg"width=600""height=450"

    I hope to have a story uploaded soon but I need to take a few more pictures.

    DOWNLOAD and recommend: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=988130

    And in a few days I may get around to actually creating the mutants. Enjoy!

    PS... maybe it was the fact that I was building this school for mutants who fight crime and can put out fire easily, but it just dawned on me that I didn't put in an alarm system or a fire alarm. I usually make those manditory in all my houses. :shock: My bad.

    You know I like your X-men mansion but the rest of your houses are stunning as well. I especially like Linear Modern and will be adding it to my favs :D The interior picture on that looks so clean and pristine. And I really like the way you've used the rug and beachy style chairs to such good effect in a modern build.

    I adore the back of your modern villa. So well thought out and beautifull planted.

    That Fashion Galleria is a really neat idea as well. Great idea to shoot your pitures with models on the cat walk :lol:

    I look forward to see what you do next because these are lovely.
