I think your first one. She already said that the 18 is the days, and only one of the numbers represent two days so to can't be the number of days until something. We still need one number to be events so I'm going to say your first theory is correct
Although I'm not sure about the 350. She said that the guesses were wrong except for the 18 days? Had people guessed 350 items at that point when she said two guesses wrong?
I'm going to guess that 2 refers to the release of the next EP along with the release of Legacy Edition for those on 32-bit systems. And 350 is either the number of objects in the next EP or the number of Game Changers invited to EA Play.

Googled "350 days of sun" and there were a lot of references to tropical destinations. Also checked landcode 350 (Gibraltar). Tried to find something 350 tied to University, witches, but to no avail.
