Of course the milestone bug is being worked on, but the devs don't seem to add bugs to the "laundry list" unless they're very sure they can be included with the next patch. I do wish we could get an eta on it though.
The other night I had one of my sims teach his son to ride a bike - they were practicing in the market-stall area in the Arts district of San Myshuno. It probably took about 5 or 10 minutes all told to complete. I realized for the first time in quite a while that I was completely enjoying just sitting back and watching my…
Honestly, probably to keep everyone from buying it all at once and crashing the servers that handle sales and downloads (it HAS been pushed out to some players, but locked until release time).
With MCCC, you can already "start pregnancy" with another random sim. I would have to double check but I think you get the choice of any sim on the same lot.
I have a huge rotation that I've grown from four original starting households; some of the family lines are up to the sixth generation at this point. There are TONS of family and extended-family relationships that Growing Together will help. I expect I'll have to go through a lot of families and set things manually to…
I could probably live without CC at this point with everything that's been added, but I do have a fair amount and I would miss some of it. However, CC is not what tends to be the problem with updates. I've got a number of mods that address things from mild annoyances (for instance, the option to take quick showers/baths)…
Well, shut up and take my money. I wonder if the new Urban Park is a lot type, or a communal area in the world like the Pier pier in Copperdale. The Pier is gorgeous but I think I'd prefer a lot type.
They seem to be about equal in satiation to the purchased packs, but the type of fish doesn't matter as far as I've ever been able to tell. However I think you can also use the fish that can't be eaten (goldfish, guppies, etc). (Tip: Fishing is a poor way to feed a squeamish vampire. Speaking from experience.) For…
Purchased...I'm more into the clutter kit; I can think of lots of places to put many of the items. The only thing I could wish for would be a remote control but oh well.
I like to log off when everything is going haywire and the forget all about it until I start the household back up again and spend several minutes of confusion putting out fires, in some cases literally.
Well, we got a game pack in June, an expansion pack at the end of July, and four kits in total since late May. In past years I'd have expected to see a stuff pack by the end of this year but since they do seem to have gone all-in on kits, it's more likely we'll see some more of those (if anything). I'd be skeptical of…
Honestly the more I see, the more impressed I am. Lots of things for male children, and the quality just gets better and better. Only two pairs of shoes but I love them both.
I started to say something like "well, there are probably more colorful swatches" but then I looked and realized I am wrong. They kind of remind me of whatever that period was in the 90s? Somewhere in the 2000s? when it was all neutrals, all the time (it's actually possible that I'm imagining that, though). I like the…
It used to be that they would include items along with patches, but they’ve separated them out for the most part now and use SDX for items instead. They still may include items along with monthly patches, but not the other way around.
The patch, not the expansion itself, is actually causing the most problems at the moment. Devs are working on a fix. The expansion itself has added a couple more. If you have mods, please take a look at this thread for information on what mods have been updated and need to be replaced.
If you don't get the "bug" when you remove your cc, it's not a bug; it's a cc issue. There's a lot of information in the custom content/mods section of the forum on how to track down which piece or pieces might be causing it.
