    What is this strange message?

    This keeps popping up and I don't know what it means or how to make it stop.

      It means someone is missing work. Although I think in your case, it's a bug. None of your sims seem to be missing work even though your game think so. Try getting in and out of the game or making someone purposely come back from work while at work.

      your sims are at work in the pic. One of them wants to come home. Maybe you clicked Leave early by accident or started an event with them as a guest or travelled with initiving them along.

      I've been getting this message all the time too, for no reason. I think it must be a bug.

      I've had this message as well for only one of my Sims, but with her name and job noted, no blank spaces. However, I am pretty sure I never clicked leave early and it happened every time she went to work at a certain time. Must be a bug

      I keep getting this as well..my sim be at work and it randomly keeps popping up

      Oh, no bring the sim back from work it means the sim is dying at work. usually blank lines means a sim is dying and being curled you need to bring the sim back so the game remembers them.

      Odd, I've never come across this... Try restarting the game as said above, it may very well be a bug, though it couldn't hurt to also delete your localthumbcache and/or check to see if you have any outdated mods. Recovering a former save may help as well.

      I have gotten that loads of times too. I was wondering if it had something to do with a celebrity sim and their obsession with posing for the paparazzi. Thorne was forever getting this message.
